Zip use to be one of my favorite apps to use but now I've been having problem logging in every since they went to text verification. I can't even log in to change my payment method to make sure funds are available. I've made a complaint before and it seems to happen everytime I get ready to make a purchase. I'm not sure if this is done intentionally but PLEASE fix this bug if that's even what it is. Or give me another way to log in.

There is nothing but good things to say about ZIP! It's as reliable and predictable as it can get. As long as you keep what you owe in line, it's always there when you need it. It works online everywhere I've tried, in the U.S.A., and it continuously gives me credit increases based on bill payment. It is an amazing app for shopping needs.

The perfect way to shop for what you want or need, without having to come up with the lump sum amount upfront! Zip allows you to break your balance into four equal installments, paid biweekly. Zip can be used virtually anywhere, as you can shop directly in the app, or use a virtual Visa card that can be used anywhere Visa's accepted. The interest rates are fair, and it allows you to save money now, and pay over time! Easy approval also!

Emailing customer support is zero help when you have an issue. They just say claim nothing's wrong on their end & suggest using wifi to try to make a transaction. I've made like 15 transactions in the past, never with wifi enabled since I don't have access to it. I'm having the same issue as another recent reviewer where since the pay in 8 function was added, I can't complete a transaction because the "continue" button is hidden. To add insult to injury, it locks you out after multiple attempts.

Don't wait to purchase that gift for yourself or loved ones, just use ZIP! The platform is very simple to use and easy to understand. I've made 3 separate purchases with 3 different vendors and it was seamless. You see how much you have available, you can purchase in store or online. So far I've had no issues where I had to get assistance from support but I would assume the CS would be just as great as the app! Happy shopping everyone 😀

My experience with Zip until now has been excellent! I have been using zip regularly for over a year, from online shopping to using my Zip card in store. I have referred friends and family...my loyalty should count for something. With that being said, I am so disappointed in Zip denying me access to my account without a reason why. I can't seem to get an answer from customer service, apparently they're researching into the issue. It's not complicated, either my account has been canceled or not.

The app does not work properly anymore. I get blank screens, won't load, can't shop, can't pay. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, don't even receive the code when I try to sign in. Customer service is absolutely no help. They blame everything except for them. Literally told me it's my computer browser lol, um it's a mobile app. It's a shame, I guess I can't use it anymore?

Took a little a little while to figure out how to use zips efficiency but make thing s easier to finance when it comes to bills and online shopping etc . . I like it.. some what like other pay in four options are great ...also if there is a problem with the merch they seem to have you back thankfully...only thing is weird with zip is amazon shopping on their orders billing policy s 👍😎

Zip will let you finance almost anything! I've been using Zip for 9 months now and I'm on order #8 and #9 at the moment. I love this app, it makes financing things so much easier! I've never paid for than $6 in interest charges on an order. My only knock is that I wish they'd give higher spending power limits ($275 currently.) I've financed everything from car parts to Walmart gifts, even used it to pay my car insurance to keep it from cancelling on me. 10/10 would recommend.

Zip has been a life changer for me! Very good app and customer service does everything they can do to fix the issue you have! I started at $100 spending power and after 2 years and probably 1-200 orders I am up to about $1000, you treat the system right and you will be rewarded, the 90 day spending power increases are awesome! The new pay in 8 system is a very big change and very helpful for those bigger purchases! Looking forward to the upcoming years with zip :) thanks for being a great team!

This app is very easy to use. I use this for things I really need but can't afford at the moment. Such as groceries! It is so convenient now that the Zip card is available. The app has no lags, so it makes it easy for me to pay at a register. You just have to open the app, put in your total, and agree to the plan. Then just swipe. Thank you, Zip. The app keeps getting better and better.

I love Zip but recently the app has been complete garbage. It signs me out every time I close the app, if I can even sign in to begin with. It'll say it's a new device and needs my phone number to send a code, only the code is never sent, even after waiting over a minute, hitting Resend Code and waiting another minute. If by some miracle, I get the code and log in, I can only view my past orders. The "Home" tab is an endless loading screen so I can't even pay using Zip for a future order.

I really enjoy using Zip it is such a game changer when you don't have enough funds or when you just don't want to spend a lot more often. I hope they do eventually change far as going to stores and using the card without going through the app first to enter amount your spending. That will take away some time spent at the register and eliminating down payment for the customers who have been paying their bill with no lateness. Ppl should definitely download and start using this app.

I generally dislike credit on principal alone, and I think interest is the worse form of usury. However I like Zip as it's not really a lending company, as long as you keep up with your payments. If your not that great at budgeting yourself, or don't have the wherewithal to deal with credit cards, the "4 payments in two months" makes it pretty easy to say "Hey I can afford about $50 a paycheck". Zip charges a nominal flat rate, and they make it easy to set payments to align with payday.

I've been able to balance my budget a bit better with payments broken up and having options to choose to shop to include things the kids may need. It's going well I love this app! It could be better at explaining how to set up. I just go through the app because its not clear to me how to use outside of the app. Everything else is going fine though!

This app is great. I have used it three times and each time has been Wonderful. The payment process is easy and instant. I use it for small bills and groceries. The scheduled dates are every two weeks with a down payment. My spending power was almost $400 on my first transaction. This app is great. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Summer electric bills are climbing and zip app came in handy for me.

I found this app watching the Xfinity race they sponsored and figured why not. I got approved and gave it a try. I typed a company in their search engine and was able to purchase an item. The item was more than I had, and splitting it up into payments made it possible. It was extremely easy to do. The amounts were clearly stated and when the charges will happen. I love it and will use it again.

I've used similar apps like this before, but was always such a hassle when checking out. Used Zip for 1st time a couple days ago for a Walmart purchase and the whole process from shopping to picking up my order was so easy and convenient. No issues at all. It was a simple checkout whereas other apps had what felt like a 10 step process to checking out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zip to all who may be short on money but really need some things. Payments aren't insanely high, very reasonable. THX

App is very easy to use. Didn't give me any trouble trying to purchase something up to my $200 credit limit, which is what you get when you start... There's an optional, bigger credit limit with a bigger down payment (not a definite option). There was no impact to my credit score in a negative way so far. Bi-weekly payment options... I would definitely recommend this for anybody else!

Aside from the built in web browser (which is absolute garbage) that you have to use for no good reason. The service is good and does exactly what it is supposed to. However, I cannot say enough bad things about the built in browser. It's slow, gets stuck in infinite loads, forces you to close out and try again multiple times before actually working, most of the time your cart is not saved and you have to reenter everything, and, my personal favorite, drops connection when you go to pay.
