I have tried many time but not run correctly I have shoot of cnic many time with proper lighting but they show the clean the camera lens or proper lighting what a bad app 😡😡

Pathetic customer experience. I wanted to use this app for stocks but I was not able to create account, despite calling their helpline multiple times no support was provided and my complaint was closed without any solution.

unable to log in to my account, everytime i try to log in it says CUSTOMER NOT FOUND, when i try to sign up it says CUSTOMER ALREADY EXIST, no contact us option or email address, help resolve this issue, waiting for reply.

Very poor, I suffered loss due to technical error in this app. During trading this app didn't take my orders for selling. And today 11-07-2024 I could not trade any transaction due to its technical error.

On OTP panel where we have to type OTP the keyboard on mobile isn't showing, like it's everytime so,how can i control my account then.... Please let me know the solution for not keyboard visible on OTP panel.... E.g :- if the keyboard is not showing so how can I write OTP.....

As I applied for international transaction Mean Ultra account.. But it's not working properly.., I don't know why I also call them 😔😔😔. Till today no solution found.. Overall appearance is interesting..... And working good.. But in my case I wait along time......

Thank you for this new UI update. What a relief. That thing was complete eyesore. That design was meant for minimalist apps and you guys tried to use it for a banking app. Although i liked the new update but there are several bugs i found. The dark mode needs improvements and must of all the stocks portion of app needs a complete redesign. That graph is the worst graph i have seen in a financial app. Further stock information needs to be added. Look into how international trading apps do it.

In the Updated App I am unable to find the location where I can check statement of Earned ZMiles, when and How many I have earned Is No Where Found. I can Only see Current Balance of ZMiles.. Also Only edge Zindigi had over its competition was ZMiles. We cannot Redeem them now. FOR ME ZINDIGI IS USELESS NOW. I NOW PREFER JAZZCASH for my daily transactions.

Extremely pathetic service. After the new update whenever I try to login it shows error and i can't login when i contacted their representative he said that this issue will only be solved after the next update.

The app was working a bit well but the interface of the app was below 3rd class.Then, unfortunately, I updated the app, and now, after so many attempts, I am still unable to open the app. 🖐️

Now, I want to share my experience. At last, they change their UX/UI design of the application. The application is now smooth and working efficiently. This new version 2.0 is completely different from the previous application. Thanks for update!

Hi, I'm here with a problem that I wanna make a genZ account on zindigi app and I added details one by one and finally I was brought to page where I scanned my form-B and my father's CNIC And I added my father's mobile number for OTP. After that OTP was sent to my father's mobile and I added that OTP. There was no response for half an hour and there was no button to click but I clicked on the tick button on the corner of the keyboard. Even I tried many times. Please help me with this issue

2.0 happened. My pin is invalid 😭 or Expired. I can login with PIN but at transfer it becomes invalid. This is on inconvenient way to hold money 💰. Strange enough when I tried logging in again, it asked for resetting PIN.

Worst experience ever. If you want to buy something online you need to upgrade your account to ultra but ultra feature is not available right now. Wasted hours talking to customer service and they only response like bots repeatedly saying you have to wait This goes for days and weeks but still they don't tell u exactly how many more days or weeks we have to wait. In the starting there was no need for ultra upgrade to buy something online.

They are not upgrading Ultra Account as current version showing error while upgrading. Also they have stopped offering Virtual card anymore. Also their Mastercard Debit is of no use for international payments until we upgrade for ultra account.

Before the update Zindagi app was so good every option was working so good but now after new features and update it's wired so many options not working very bad experience till now of new application please review the app or check the all options there's many options which is not working change from back end and try to fix the problems soon xz we faced Many problems with it. Thanks

I had high hopes for the Zindigi app, but it has been nothing short of a disappointment. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the features feels like a chore, with frequent crashes and slow load times. The customer support is equally frustrating—getting a response takes forever, and when they do reply, it's often unhelpful. I also encountered numerous bugs, including incorrect transaction records and login issues. Not recommended

I would not recommend using zindigi app. I ordered their card and after many tries of doing biometric registration due to their poor service and management. I finally did it. When I tried using card on atm it didn't work. When I messaged their customer service. They didn't responded for a long time. The customer support is so frustrating.
