Fake listing... so many of them. You call up the realtor and they tell you "oh sorry, it's JUST been taken. However I can show you another one which is worse and nothing near your expectations". Fake listing are left there for days and even weeks!! The realtors don't care and don't bother removing them... are they lazy or just don't care about their job? 직방 needs to do something about this... it's wasting people's time and making it extremely inconvenient for innocent buyers and tenants.

If you can't read/speak Korean don't bother moving to Korea! Srsly these reviews are so annoying. Why would you move to a foreign country without bothering to learn/know the language! Stay in your country and just go to vacation. Jeeeez.

I have a new apatement and this worked perfectly 😆😆😆 I even got a month of rent free because of a special offer. If you speak Korean this is the best app for housing.

Lots of fake reviews. I was almost coerced into signing a contract for a 10m2 cage full of mold. They took all my private information and were threatening me. Knowing Korean didn't help. I had to refund him his car gas and contract fee or I don't know what before I could escape him shouting at me for 15 minutes or so. But I could find a nice place with an honest realtor. I saw both the worst and best. Ask a Korean friend to accompany you or expect hell.

Can you add the English language please? Me and many friends of mine can't understand to use the app. Foreigners also need houses. You should consider this too.

Hello zibang if this app would also have an English option or version it would be nice because those who doesn't really understand korean are finding it difficult to use it.

The app could be more credible by self enforcing proper disclosures to sellers. However, it is the korea's legal environment that permits fake posting as there is no enforcement for such bait-and-switch advertisement. The app operates just like craigslist where anyone can create postings and it is only that U.S. sellers will be held liable for creating false advertisement to lure potential buyers with deceptive or misrepresented facts regardless of how & where their ads were distributed.

Too many fake listings. Just look at all the fake listings review posted by other members. If there is 100 postings, about 95 of them are totally fake. Shame on you Zigbang for not controlling fake listings.

Nice app but only for who can speak Korean. It would be great for foreign people in Korea who are looking for home. Foreign population in Korea is rising so this app needs English version too.

They bought Samsung Smart Lock system internationally but their application interface only support Korean language. There is no English or other languages support. None Korean speaking customers won't be able to use this app.

I've downloaded and deleted this app several times over the years hoping that the listings would finally be controlled. They are still all fake. Not a single listing I've ever contacted turned out to be realㅠㅠ

I went to 3 부동산 to check the room that i want but none of them show me the real room like those they put in this app. All fake, different room, different or less facilities, location& lies about what the 관리비 is included & it turned more expensive when they show the room. When i dissappointed asked why all is lie they tried to make excuses, "it's old photo/camera makes it bigger/etc" All u see on this app is only to attract customers to come to their office & that's such a waste of time &energy.

It is a very nice app because with this app I can finally find a home in Korea. But the reason I am not giving you more than three stars was mainly because it is not in English and does not show the interior of the house. I can barely understand Korean but I think I'll improve in the future but it'll be better if there's an English translator for those who can't even read Korean. And of course us buyers would be more interested and satisfied if we can see the interior of the house. I wish you would fix these problems very soon.

BEWARE! This might be the most popular app for finding a place to live. But the majority of the posts are ads to make you visit their office. When you visit them and ask for the listing, they will always say it is no longer available. ALWAYS ask call and ask for the listing before you visit. The app is fine and the concept it good. The real estate agents can't update the listings that change several times a day. That is why they just post the bestlooking ones and leave them online, like ads.

I request developrs that at least AI translation be provided for some options. It would greatly help foreigners like me who have limited understanding of Korean. I hope the developers can find a way to support users in similar situations.
