Doesn't deserve a star..!! Worst app I can say...In total it was showing 10 mutual funds NAV few minutes back and now it is showing 7 and the amount also invested was 87k and now it's showing as 47k... This issue I have noticed lots of time and I need to raise a ticket everytime... What the hell the app is...?? Will never recommend this app to anyone... we cannot trust on Zerodha anymore...still it's a small amount I can say but how they will manage in Crores... Totally disappointed...!! 😔

Coin is the worst app ever I've used. Even the NPS app of PFRDA works better. This useless Coin doesn't allow me to make payments while doing payments it redirects to Cashier and there it asks to login continuously. It asks you to enter mobile app code and after entering it again asks you to login. Due to this useless app I've missed my mutual fund monthly payment. I will pull out my funds from this dabba app. I don't even want to give this 1 start. Such a useless app. Disgusting.

Today, almost all mutual fund softwares like paytm and grow are providing ranking of each mutual fund and also provide best mutual fund in that segment by comparing with other mutual funds. it is very helpful to choose mutual fund by growth. please provide such facilities.

App design is quite good. I suggest two useful features that makes app more attractive and useful 1. As of now it showing the sip individual Xirr it good if you show the entire portfolio xiir also. Like switch between absolute and xiir. 2. Graph of entire portfolio and specific sip performance like 1 year, 5 years and max I believe these features make app more useful to Zerodha users. 3. Adding one day portfolio change percentage and amount like tickertape app display is a good feature

Good app but i have the same complain with Coin as i have with Kite that with the initial charges and everything and a huge userbase their apps really need to be more user friendly.

There should be an option to cancel a pending order payment. Some parts of the app are not yet dark themed. Please consider these for future version of the app

I am a mutual fund investor, and when I search for funds on coin, the information provided on the app is very basic. I use to go to other apps like ET money to explore more about any specific mutual fund.

Update: I am updating my reviews posted earlier, seems like the issue was at NACH service. I like the sip option of coin without mandate. It gives the more flexibility and security. I am giving 4 star only because it takes too much time to understand whole issue and there resolution else i can give 5 star.

Not at par with Apps from the same house like Kite. This app keeps timing out/doesn't opens payment page when investing. Needs lot of improvement. Also details shown for the investment are very basic, compare with apps like paytm money, groww.

Very less details about mutual funds every time, it will redirect to the website for documention, there should be short description about the funds and details. App does not contains all type of mutual funds. I also used Angelone they provide best analysis. But due to some personal issue i have to switch to coin.

Hello I am an 17 year old and like the way this app is designed and for complete beginners the basics to mutual funds series is very good . Also you should make a series of budgeting becoz if a person doesnt know what he spends then how he/she can start investing. Also upload some basic thumb rules videos which are used in personal finance so that people can get a template and can be tweaked according to their needs. Also can you add how to use the app effectively like a walkthrough app working

Concept of initial investment is totally unacceptable. No other mutual fund app do this. And it's one of the reason you have such low users in coin. Don't say we can do without initial investment if we opt for AMC. Check other apps, even without AMC they offer sip without initial investment. AMC sip is not the solution because it has restrictions

They won't give you the NAV of same date if booked before 2PM although actual sebi cutoff is 3PM. And silly reasons on payment aggregate but it's you and your partner issues for which we loose the funds for lesser NAV. Support portal guys are much worst simply he copy paste the same 10Marks answer and in the whole message not even 1 point will give my answer.

It's been a pretty smooth ride so far until I noticed that the filters in Explore don't work well. Especially the expense ratio and exit load. Please fix this. I also notice the fund manager of some funds are wrong, please correct this. I will increase the rating after it's fixed.

UI is so neat and clean and not cluttered with unwanted features liky groww app. This is very simple, easy to use and it make you wanna come back often. NAV chart should have more options like all time returns and there should be an option to compare mutual funds. But don't let the Smooth UI slide.

Many things are good about this app , like the feature where you can easily buy mutual funds NAV and smooth app features but the main problem is that zerodha is not updating the underlying stocks in each mutual fund, which they should improve , because u der each mutual fund what stocks r there is an important metric and no one has the patience to open and read there monthly portfolio reports , i would be happy if they solve this problem as soon as possible.

Purchased SBI MUTUAL FUND on 06/09/2024, the amount was already transferred through net banking on same day . Today is 09/09/2024, still the purchase units are not reflected on the app. It would be wise to purchase from AMC directly rather than availing the worst service from this app. I will stop my investment through Zerodha, if this problem persist.

Now in latest update, you guy's provided UPI payment directly in app instead RazarPay, that is good.but now with this new feature pls allow user to enter the OTP manually to verify its number. Currently it's reading automatically that OTP. I'm not able to use UPI payment for coin app that I'm using in my secondary phone. Even I'm using credit card for Amazon for payment that also reading sms auto, & if fails then they are giving options to enter pin manually if auto sms read not working.

The app is very basic. Portfolio analysis features should be inbuilt and should provide basic level return-investment data. Daily change should be available in dashboard itself for all funds. The percentage change, investment data should be available in dashboard instead of going each fund individually.

App lags. UPI payment sucks, it didn't open external upi app for payment (no, I don't want to register yet another upi id with you when I've 3 upi apps) with vague error like 'KTError80' or something, what a user friendly warning. Then it failed in external app; prob not their issue, but Coin's problem is after each error it HARD BLOCKS you from payment for 10 solid minutes & you're not sure how many such blocks you've to go through before payment. No info about charges, taxes, exit load, etc.
