App was working, then stopped. Read another review found the fix to connect issue. Worked for me. First unpaired fridge. Go to phone settings, find app permissions, click zero fridge app, allow nearby devices. Should be able to connect to fridge through app. Note if you don't use the app for some time your phone removes the permissions.

This app works great if you have a 10 year old phone. I ha e had to use it on my galaxy s7, as any other device does not detect the fridge. S21, s22, s23, now s24 don't work. Google pixel 7a also did not work. You guys should fix this. I have the 96l zero fridge freezer. Not sure where to tell you, so here we are. After it works again, I will change it to 5 star. Thank you.

I'm unable to connect the app to my andriod phone. I even tried an iPhone,still was'nt able to connect. I reinstalled the app. I'm able to see the BT name of the app when I search Bluetooth but still I'm not able to connect it on the app. Even with using the QR code I get a message " unsuccessful connection" checked all the settings on the fridge without any luck.. I'm so disappointed buying such expensive fridge without being able to use it's key feature.We are hoping ARB will sort this out

Bought a arb zero and went to connect the app to monitor it and even tho it recognizes the fridge, the app will not connect to show any information the only option available is to disconnect the app from the fridge, poor advertisement practices to sell you a "connected" product in which the app doesn't function :( it's 2023 for half of what I paid for this fridge you could afford a working app

Had the app before and was working fine went to use it this year and discovered as other people have described serious connection issues. Found out that at least on my Samsung s21 ultra there is an additional permission you need to grant that isn't an option when initially setting up the app. You have to go into the apps and look for the permission tab and select the nearby devices permission. This is apparently a new choice with android. App works perfectly now. Hope this helps someone else.

The app only displays and communicates with only single zone zero fridges. It's useless to me and others who have a dual zone zero fridge for management and monitoring. You have to manually press the power button on the fridge panel to get it to turn on and use the control panel on the fridge itself to program to desired temperature. It was so much easier having the app do the programming and monitoring. My rating is 1 star. Fix the app!

Very disappointing ARB. More so because you are not responding to so many people who are all suffering from the same issue. Connectivity! I found I had the same problem this week the hour after I bought it. Wished I jumped on here earlier to read the reviews first as I would not have bought the fridge. Bluetooth was the selling point to me. Listen to us. Fix it. Talk to us. Don't just send us to a dealer! Put some effort in please.

App NEVER connects to my fridges. I have 2 60L Zero's & neither of them connect to the app. It's not the end of the world not being able to control your fridge with your phone, but it's ARB advertised feature, so you just assume since you pay good money for a reputable brand you would at least have the features you paid for working. fridges work great......APP DOES NOT!!

Connected first time I started the fridge via Bluetooth, reconnected when it dropped out a couple of times. Has not connected via Bluetooth since, at all. Doesn't even acknowledge that the button connection request has been made. The app is good in theory but it doesn't seem to react to the request to connect via bluetooth so it's pretty much useless

Not sure...it was working just fine, but now it won't connect to my fridge whatsoever, I even uninstalled the app the reinstalled and still nothing. So, I would say 5 stars previously because it did what it was supposed to do, but now I say 1 because it doesn't work...my fridge is less than 2 months in use and I bought it new. Perhaps someone at ARB will read this and help me out.

The app will not communicate with the fridge. Tried several attempts and with different phones and it still will not recognize the fridge. Will recognize fridge serial number but, not connect. This feature of monitoring from my phone is one of the reasons we chose this fridge over others. Very disappointed! No solution just frustration.

Connect. Disconnect. Connect. Disconnect. Over and over. Even after allowing connection permissions, it just won't stay connected. I called the tech support and before even describing the details of my issue, the operator said he would email me an article. That's it. For as good as this fridge is, the app is unfortunately useless.

Love my fridge, always have, but after spending about $ 1800 dollars, I'd love to have the app work. It connects but doesn't display any info and disconnects itself after about 20 seconds. So many people I've read have similar issues... Is it really that hard to get this to work ? For example, I have a 10$ set of led lights from China that I control on my phone via Bluetooth through their app... it works flawlessly 🤷‍♂️, On a positive note, I'm confident that Arb can rise to the occasion!

Meh. The app works for the most part but I'm not impressed. It's extremely clunky and looks like it was designed by a toddler. It also takes a while to reconnect. It's also misleading on both the app and the fridge display. When you set a temperature, the fridge acts like it reaches that temperature within seconds, when the compressor hasn't even kicked on yet. It's also 5 degrees off based on a thermometer I placed in the bottom of the fridge. Kinda wishing I would have gotten a dometic..

The fridge is awesome, but can't manage to connect it to the app. Already tried everything (reinstall the app, reboot phone, pair/unpair device) and the app never lists the fridge to be able to connect. For the price I paid for the fridge I was expecting a really much better app. Personally, I think the brand should invest to everything to get this app working properly asap, it's a huge disappointment comparing to the brand reputation.

No so good. Definitely not happy. For the price paid. Worked spotty when I first purchased the fridge. The app would lose connection to the fridge. Fridge still works fine. App doesn't. App will not connect to the fridge. I've tried deleting, re-installing the app and unpairing from my phone. Now it won't even find the fridge. Not even if I scan the fridge. I reached out to ARB USA through their website a week ago. I received an email saying they received my response. Still no reply.

The app worked for the first year I had the fridge. Now I plugged it back in, turned the app on and it won't connect no matter what I try to do. Pretty upset. For $1600 paid for the biggest dual zone I would expect this simple app to work. Used to tell my friends "sure I live in a van, but you don't have a Bluetooth fridge". Now I just live in a van. Help me out ARB! This is no fun. Can you fix the bugs in this app?
