Earlier it was good but since past couple of months what I have noticed is that they will show delivery time of 8 to 10 mins but the order will arrive in about 30-40 mins. And you'll see a small text in the tracking page "Expecting delay due to high demand". My issue with this is why show this message after the user has already ordered based on initial delivery time shown. If you are expecting delay and you know it before the user places an order then show it upfront like other delivery apps.

I used to order from Zepto, they're really quick but in my last order they delivered a different variant of snack. When contacted the customer support their response was poor and refused a refund or exchange all because I have already paid to them. The customer support person was not even trying to understand the issue.

Most of the time they won't deliver, On the home page they show delivery in 15 mints and on payment page item shows item can't be delivered in your location due to high demand. And also when you turn location off or on your cart got cleared. Again and again you have to add manually Overall Not a very good experience with the application Swiggy instamart and blinkit provide better services and product too. Please remove 10 minutes delivery from your advertisement

I had a very bad experience through zepto. Every time they say to bring the new location & when I'm doing that it's not reachable. I've tried 3 different addresses but nothing working. You guy's need to fix this.

Worst app, customer service is non-existent, and on top of it, the app glitches like anything, I had to order something, and had changed the address, but upon ordering I found out that they were delivering the order to the previous address, and no one could help me with the problem, nor could I contact customer care for this reason, or get the order cancelled, even the delivery valet, wasn't picking up my calls, so I could inform him, worst experience with zepto!

Worst app ever!! I keep getting msg about the free cash expiring soon but unable to use it. Everytime I place an order I don't get any option to apply zepto cash at the time of checkout. I added some money from my upi as well still unable to use. WORST APP EVER DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Very poor service if there are any issue. I had order product a jam bottle broked. Delivery partner just put it on door step and went away before I can check product. Also I didn't added paper carry bag but as it was broken they put it in double carry bag. Person got cut during taking it out from carry. After reporting & providing the pictures, they have denied. Horrible experience. I have all picturs but there is no option to post here. I doubt do they have trained customer support team even.

Just a horrible app and customer service. It said that my order was delivered but it never left the shop at the first place. When I contacted support they were continuosly spamming some preset messages and when tried to tell them about the service they just let it pass. This has happened twice. The first time this happened I stopped using the app for 6-7 months but then I thought that they must have grown through but no it's the same thing happening all over again. Never using this app again.

Terrible customer support. It's a scam. U order anything, you have to wait for 2hrs minimum. In the process, you get rotten (expired with date )items. When u escalate it, the response you get is "once order placed can't be cancelled" . What kind of a service is this!?

Intial few deliveries were good. Recent order wasn't delivered for an hour, contacted customer care, they just kept escalating to next level and kept saying it will be delivered but don't know when. After waiting for another 30 min ( total 90 min), got a message that they cancelled the order. Their customer care is useless. Company isn't mature or professional. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's nightmare.

It's very bad experience with zepto i mistakenly placed same order and unable to cancel..i unnecessary took exps which are not required. And they are not allowing to cancel and on chat they said you can tell delivery person to cancel. That delivery person didn't cancel order. It's very bad. i will not recommend anyone to buy any product from zepto

quite disappointed with the app..no return or replacement policy..and no option for customer suppory calling.. only some chat feature that give you relpy after ages.. feels like a trap.. had to order same items twice because first booked showed failed payment and a refund was promised.. so ordered the same items second time but recieved both orders... what should i do with the extra items???worst experience with any online commerce app.. wont recommend it at all

Zepto has been a huge disappointment. The prices are excessively high, and once you've placed an order, you can't cancel or make any modifications, which is incredibly frustrating. On top of that, every evening, they show a message about a "demand surge" and claim they’re temporarily not accepting orders. Even after trying until midnight, I kept getting the same message. What's the point of using this app if it can't even handle basic orders? And let’s be real—they never deliver within 10minutes

Earlier, I noticed a balance in my Zepto wallet, but when I tried to place an order, it didn’t show up as a payment option. What’s the point of having a wallet balance if it’s not usable when I need it? Even after successfully placing an order, my Zepto wallet still wasn’t enabled, and on top of that, the delivery wasn’t completed within the promised 10 minutes. This makes the service seem unreliable and frustrating to use.

One of worst app 1. Their is no well customer help care in the app we should gmail and they will respond to it after a week with out any solution . 2. I observed that some of members are able to add cash in their wallet and use it but I have an option to add cash into the wallet but I don't have an option to use it for order 3. I don't have any alternatives to payment, l have only cash delivery automatically.

It's superfast but not cheap. They claim you're doing savings but we are clearly not. It's discounted on hyped prices. I use only for convenience else it's like paying 2 to 3 times for things you can buy by yourself. They do take delivery charges seperately so don't know why they hype prices so much (more than reasonable)

I like the app but the only problem I have is their tracking system. Kindly please improve the tracking system, customers should know where their order is. Also the tracking system stops mid-way due to which delivery person faces issue which then again causes problems for the customers too!

I've been using the Zepto app , and I must say, it's been a game-changer for me. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it super easy to order groceries and essentials with just a few taps. What impresses me the most is the reliability of their delivery service. Orders arrive promptly, often ahead of schedule, and the delivery personnel are always courteous. I've never had any issues with missing items or damaged goods.

It's a great app. The interface is nice and accessible. But I have been facing lots of issues recently. The app is very slow and doesn't respond fast. It lags a lot and the screen freezes all the time. Another issue is the range of products. Especially for stationary, frozen foods, condiments etc. Very limited options available. The delivery, prices and discounts are great.
