I have been a fan of Zenni optical since 2011. The lenses are always exacting to Rx. The frame selection range of styles is excellent. The few times I've ever had to reach out to customer service they provided prompt friendly service and there has never been a problem that wasn't corrected. I can vouch for their single vision lenses and their bifocal lenses, which are excellent. They also always include a hard case for your new glasses, which not all eyeglass sellers do (in my experience).

Amazing app and website. So many options to choose from. Greatly appreciate the "try on"option. This will be my second order of two pairs. Only issues I've experienced, 1. Not particularly fond of one pair of frames I received in the first order. Not sure the lenses can be put into a different frame? 2. Slightly weird adding a second pair with both orders. Doesn't particularly have an option to continue shopping. 3 Shipping makes you wonder if the order was placed, then they arrive.

I used to love ordering from Zenni. Never had any issues with the glasses. The App since the new update has been a pain to navigate. The biggest issue is with the rush delivery, which states 3-5 days. not only are the glasses significantly more expensive, plus the ~$26 for shipping. A week went by and glasses were still in processing. support gave me a refund for shipping. Still the glasses are set to arrive 5 days later. A similar set of glasses would have been much cheaper not doing rush.

This app acts exactly as the webpage. I actually prefer the webpage because at least there it keeps me logfed in longer. Im constantly having to type out my info and resign in on this app. Even though i choose the option to "remember me". Also, if you select a pair of glasses to take a deeper look into it, if you're far enough down the list of options you have to reload and find where you were. You also take a risk losing your option filters. Pretty frustrating.

The interface of the app is not as good as it used to be (I also switched from iPhone to samsung so maybe I'm the problem) and in my opinion more difficult to use than the website. While looking at a pair of frames, I no longer get suggested options, and the review photos simply don't show up. The virtual try on is unclear on how to switch between photos. The options are there, just less accessible. HOWEVER, ordering is very simple, and many of the sorting features are helpful!

I used to love the Zenni app, but the latest upgrade really sucks! With Virtual Try-On, they removed the models that you could see the glasses on. I liked that feature because the Try-On never worked with my own photo. The glasses were always tiny on me, so I liked the option of seeing the glasses on the models. The app seems too scaled down. I really don't like it at all anymore!

Incomplete. There are fewer search filter options than on the website, and yet the app still produces fewer results despite having less input to sort with. Also doesn't give detailed information, such as how progressive frames work. I'm sure it's fine for ordering and account management. Not it's not worth the bother when shopping for frames.

I love ordering glasses off Zenni's. It's high quality and usually I'm able to keep my glasses for a long, long time. However, this app is TOTALLY not user-friendly. I have to log back in constantly, and it's SLOW. I'd rather just do it on a desktop because the app is so horrible. Again, love their glasses and would recommend buying, but don't bother getting the app because it's faster just to wait and get it for desktop.

I love zenni and it has made a toddler with eye troubles so much easier! I'm a little sad that their reward system has been in transition for over a month (when of course we need new glasses), but their deals truly can't be beat. The app can be a little buggy at times, and it is harder to search for specific needs compared to their website. I do love the try-on feature!

Confusing, shows only some of their frames in XL Update: I just tried the website again. This was an even worse experience! I clicked Men, then all glasses. I then went to filter to search the larger frame and never got that option! For some reason, styles came up and an instant check in rectangle. I couldn't get this unchecked no matter what I did. As previously stated, Zenni website is glitchy and cumbersome. Unreliable for sure.

This app was not the best. It is easy to navigate, but that is where it ended. The filter for size gives you such narrow results. It would improve the results if it gave you the option of a range of frame widths. The virtual try-on was a joke. It kept telling me that I was too close to the camera and to hold it further away. My arms are only so long! There was no option for a photo try-on. I just found this app frustrating compared to other online eyeglass shopping websites.

Very unhelpful, not worth downloading. The view for searching has no options to change it, so it takes an eternity to look through even 1 category of glasses shape. There's no sort feature, so you can't further organize the options by price, best selling, most popular, or any other helpful category. There's very limited options for customization in the app. So you can't really purchase anything in the app or search for anything efficiently. Huge waste of time. Also, dark mode would be nice.

This may come as a shock, but people who need to buy glasses often can't see very well. I appreciate the virtual try on that lets me wear my glasses and see what the new pair may look like. Unfortunately some genius over there decided to force a "virtual try on +" that is a live view and completely worthless because the only way I can see it, is if I'm also wearing my current glasses. I guess I'll be trying to find my glasses elsewhere.

The app itself is good, except you don't stay signed in & that's a bit clunky, one min your lookingat somethingthe next its flipping back to sign in page. The frames' quality is fair for the price. The lens quality is pretty good. The customer service is frustrating but got the job done. I ordered 3 pairs, one came with a lens sticking out, the CS conversation over it was annoying, but they sent me a different pair.

Love Zenni. Some ideas: It would be helpful to: 1) have the mm beside the S/M/L when filtering 2) be able to save searches 3) be able to access different saved videos AND/OR be able to choose virtual OR virtual+ (helpful when buying glasses for someone who you have a saved photo/video for, but they are not present - when it is virtual+ only, it can't be done)

Faster and worse. The app is advertised on the site as faster. Anything would be faster given how slow the mobile site is, so yes. But the app hijacks all web links to Zenni and that's a problem because the app also has several flaws. It's missing glasses details (only a few of the specifics are there compared to the web) and you can't click on anything in the cart to return to that product's detail page. I'm unsure how these decisions could be made when designing this app but it's bad.

It's decent, but here are a few things I noticed quickly that I would like to be different: 1. Stay signed in. It doesn't make sense to me to have to sign in repeatedly (during the same day) on my own device that I already sign into. 2. Make it easier to manage virtual try-ons in the app. I believe this is in account options on the web. 3. Let me use virtual try-ons as well as "vitual+" when browsing frames. The two experiences have different strengths so it's nice to be able to use both.

It's a functioning app. However I had to go online to create my cart because the app was force charging me $20+ making me choose a special UV option or other add-ons. Online there's the basic free options. I go to Zenni because I don't want to spend $120 per pair of glasses, there are so many affordable choices, great quality, no pressure, they haven't done me wrong except this... So this makes the app actually useless because I still have to go online to actually place the order. Hard pass.

zenni has Always been helpful when this technically challenged person was having difficulty placing an order. M prices seem competitive with the other places, offering them now. My only complaint is that the pictures of the frames are not actual photos. Recently I ordered a pair where they were described as blue and they appeared as blue in the picture but they were so dark when I received them that they are actually just a black frame. I didn't have the time to return. Needed immediately.

i almost gave it a 5 because of its progressiveness in features.Every year, it has more features. But it lagged on the basic features. I always enter my script as soon as i get it, but that's a waste of time when there's not an option to use the saved script once you start the purchase. Then, the scan your script feature had my script completely wrong. it had every single digit wrong. I'd hate for someone to rely on this feature for some reason and get useless glasses.
