Manage your finances; make card settlements, transfer funds and make payments using QR (Quick Response codes).

How do I Register?

To register, simply download the app and select any of the three (3) registration options
1. With Hardware Token
a) Enter Account number and Continue
b) Click Hardware Token
c) Enter the Token from the device and Token PIN
• Create and confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Click on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on.
2. With Card
a) Enters Account Number and Continue
b) Select Card
c) Enter the Last Six Digits of the Card and Card Pin
• Create and Confirm Password (six digits)
• Create and Confirm Mobile PIN (four digits)
• Clicks on Submit (Operation Successful)
d) The user is required to enter Account Number and Password to log on to the App.

3. Branch Activation

Note:
• Registration is one time
• To Add New Device, user should simply login with Account Number and Password, System will prompt for Device Registration.
• Customer can authorize with Token or Card Details.
• Users can add up to 3 Devices.

This new otp / token thing is very annoying. Please look into it. It's too stressful to start copying otp before transferring funds. Otherwise, this app is honestly amazing and very easy, convenient and fast

I am very disappointed with it; (1) Try to register a new device using the card option yet it keeps requesting for hard token (2) Most of the time it won't login (noticeably When the bank ATM card not have network). Its frustrating, the app needs to fulfil it's purpose with User's convenience in mind.

The interface is great. But of what use is it when they're always having network downtimes? Accessing your account is just by luck. It can get you stranded at any time.

Most useless updates ever in history of banking apps. To do transfers tokens or pin which works with Nigeria useless network. Zenith is just like tunbu

This app is just so frustrating. 95 percent of the times I try to login it always says 'an error occurred please try again later' . Please fix it because there are times I have to make transactions due to emergencies. Other than that the app is nice.

I think the previous app was better. Its totally okay if u want to increase security features on the app, but having to receive an OTP before inputing mobile pin is so annoying and frustrating. Sometimes dis otp doesn't drop till after 3 attempts.

Haven't really enjoyed my experience using this software, there's usually a problem when I try to log in and now this new update has made it almost impossible for me to make transfers...🙂I've tried getting an otp sent to my phone more than 10 times today still haven't made my transfer and all your branches are closed till friday

Your password or account retrieval process is pretty bad. Your staff are inconsiderate. My app updates all of a sudden after 2 to 3 years, mobile app gets locked. The only option the staff could give is to spend the money that's already inaccessible on an affidafit or just close the account which I opted to close

The new app update is nice but I am having issues with making transfers. Before I make a transfer, I have to provide a 6 digit OTP that I have not been receiving, instead of the normal ATM card pin. This is very fustrating. Please I suggest that making of transfers goes back to the normal providing of ATM card pin as some people are unable to make transfers because of this issue, even me too. Please I hope the app developers will respond swiftly to this.

My bank can one one minute now so after I up out and want to get it will just be saying error or something.. Especially on weekend My bank is refusing to load most of the time, especially when I need it for transfer, always telling error in connection. As a customer am not satisfied with this service at all. Now I need to transfer cause am stranded but it's not working te

Excellent and dependable time value financial service. As a very busy man, the stress of banking hall which this mobile app has lifted off my daily schedule can only be imagined. The only snag I have with the app is that it fails to accept change of phone. I wish it would be associated basically to SIM card and not phone. I find it stressful and time consuming leading me to banking halls for token to activate and recognize new phones when former phone customer operated on damages.

Good morning. This update is somehow. Whilst I like some of the new features, I can't make transfers because the app is asking me for token and pin. And my email is not Available for now, and they keep forwarding the otp to my email. This option was not in the previous version. Please, I need a solution ASAP.

The new update has done more harm than good. I wanted to add beneficiary, it took me to verification page to verify with hardware e-token or OTP. I chose OTP, it says OTP has been sent to my phone number or email but non of these channels received OTP. Since then I can no longer make transfer. I went to two different branches to fix it, they were not able to rectify it. Zenith Bank needs to work on the App. I recommend to them the developer of First Bank app.

If there was half star,I'd have given it....Whoever came up with the idea of a 6 digit mobile pin+token before transactions can be made really did a BAD job,I mean,the OTP never arrives before the countdown expires,what a mess... kindly revert to the previous method of entering your password to confirm transactions,it's safer (in case of theft) and stress free for user experience.

this app is a very problematic, I sent money and I haven't received it, I try checking my history it's not displaying, there's no customer service on the app, their fees are outrageous, they give me a minus when i don't the even have the money in the account - a fee of 400 naira,why is that so high. I think the best option is to switch to another bank

With the new update of this app, I think it deserves a 5 star rating. Now, you can reprint a receipt if you forgot to do it before, just go to your transfer history and locate the transfer you need a receipt for and you can share or save it to your phone again. It's I love the update. But, they need to add the virtual card feature to it so users can request and view their virtual in the app.

You people just keep finding ways to make life more unbearable for your customers. You made it very difficult for us to transact with the necessity of putting etoken or OTP that's never sends early. Scrap this update, it's unnecessary.

Of recent, the app does not format properly on some phones. For instance, I cannot type in the OTP because the some of the number pad IS NOT ON THE SCREEN. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I can't use the app at all. The old one was better. Anytime I launch the application, it keeps rolling with a message " Network not aavailable, Reconnecting'! Don't bother calling Zenth Direct either, they have no clue and cant help. Kindly fix this bug. Other than the connectivity issue, everything is great! Thank you very much.

I need help. This app will no longer work on my galaxy Note 10 plus. It just keeps loading and never even gives an error message. I have contacted customer care 4 times including by mail but no one has been able to help me. I have cleared data and cache, reinstalled, restarted, done everything I know how. It is the only app that won't work on my phone
