I love the physics of this game a lot. I just wish I could see what's happening in the Bob's Burgers level.. it's like it's zoomed out too far; a good part of the screen is the gutter the ball falls into.. and it's too small to tell what to do for a ball save which sucks since there's 3 gutters on one side.. If possible maybe zoom in the camera a lil and/or change the ball color so I can actually see what's happeninng.. Physics are great, can't recommend buying that board tho.

Used this for years on other devices and it worked great, however, this does not display correctly on newer devices with 18:9.screen ratios as the game is scaled to eliminate blank borders on the top and bottom of the screen. So when you play you can't see about 10% of the table on either side of the display. Doesn't look like there are any plans to fix this once-great app.

The best mobile pinball ever! Great graphics! For any pinball lover. Pick your tables, with no play limit. Tables are worth it, and if you get rid of one, you can always bring it right back! Customizable view and everything. Great job! Thank you developers for a very cool game. (It would still be nice to see all owned tables on one screen.)

Needs more non android actions to back out. Like exiting from a table and such, it's a bit complicated when I don't have my home buttons visible on the galaxy s10. Honestly, I like Zen Pinball, play it on the PC. But this one needs more intuitive navigation controls. Granted this was a issue a year ago when I tried it out, but still. Samsung S10

I got a refund on this because an update reduced the amount of screen on my pixel 6 that was used. I emailed support that the update caused it to use ~25% less of the vertical space of the screen after the update and they waved me off saying it's hard to keep up with new phones and the mobile market is hard to keep pace with. Except that it was fine before the update and they clearly lack comprehension skills. Shame because I loved playing it and had purchased many tables to play in it.

The art of pinball is such that no matter your level of playing, you still get to improve on your skills all while having fun! What I love the most is unlike most games, you will never have two games the same there will always be different outcomes that will leave you on your toes! As someone who has every table I have to say it's been worth the money, recommended a new purchase every now and again. You won't regret it! The Doom table is by far the hardest out of all to beat! You've been warned!

Only one table comes with it, but the tables you can buy are detailed and perhaps worth the money, depending on your love of the particular characters. However, I was absolutely furious that it lost my current game & highest score ever on a table I bought (Back to the Future), when I elegantly paused the game to open Android notifications (that's it, no other app!) and then switched back into the game, it entirely refreshed the screen back to the home page and my game was last forever. ARGH!!!!

Love the tables. I have played the 3DS versions of this game, and for the most part the experience translates well. My biggest gripe is the button regions for the flippers are painfully small. I wish we could adjust those controls, but this game has been here for years (the UI painfully shows that). I have lost many times because my thumbs crawl up along the screen overtime and all of a sudden I miss the flippers. I'd rather just play on my 3DS or Switch, where I can feel the buttons.

Pinball at its best. Almost all tables are 2 bucks each. You get one free table. Edit 1/16/2020 do you plan on releasing an update due to the fact that most new phones have larger screens? It's kinda awkward playing this game when it doesn't fit the screen. Also because of this the areas where you would touch to use the paddles is slightly off. Graphics are still as awesome as ever it just doesn't fit my new phone screen (Samsung Galaxy 9) its probably worse if you have a note 10.

Edit: It's been patched for the Pixel 2 XL to be a good game. Menus fit well now, and the gameplay is still fun. It doesn't require any permissions, at least no mandatory ones! Previous review: Pixel 2 XL user here, still have not fixed the control layout for my phone. Very difficult to use the menus. For phones where all the buttons are accessable, I'm sure it's very good. It's unfortunate to see them come out with new tables for you to buy every month instead of fixing the layout.

After spending more time with Zen Pinball I'd like to point out a few areas that could use improvement. The biggest issue I have is that the graphics aren't HD and look pixelated on larger screens. Not as polished looking as Zen's Williams app. I hope this gets looked into on a future update. Maybe even the ability to set the visual parameters. Secondly, I find some of the UI a bit clunky. I think I would prefer the main home screen to be divided into "My (purchased) Tables" and tables to buy.

Its good and tables are fun. The one you get for free is actually really fun once you get the hang of and you can get a lot of playtime with it. My one issue (and its a huge one) with the game is how it looks. Resolution is so bad it's sometimes hard to read letters and this just becomes more disappointing when you see how good the tables look on console, or even on the other standalone ones like Bethesda pinball. This game is in serious need of some graphical updates for modern phones, it doesn't even run in fullscreen. Now that I'm finding Zaccaria now, I really see no point in spending money on bad looking tables. Zaccaria looks amazing and actually runs in fullscreen.

The game is fun and playable until it crashes. It's supported by my TV too, but I could not find any way to specifically configure my gaming controller. These two reasons are behind the rating. Fortunately, I have two remotes which I could use simultaneously as flipper buttons. But I consider this a workaround, not a solution. Changing views is simple and can be done on the fly. I realize this game has been out a while so the graphics are kind of fuzzy but it's still not bad at all.

Just made the mistake of purchasing the Doom table in this game. The "enhanced" graphics are so low resolution and grainy that its incredibly difficult to even tell what is going on. Also, when I start single player, theres a big checkmark button on the right side of the screen that should go away once the game starts but it just stays there. Its almost a crime to charge money for this experience. Update it or take it off the play store.

If there's another good pinball simulation, then I guess you have two... Feels right, runs well, very detailed... The free table is actually pretty good, and the others are only $2. The screen size is my only complaint... Not to boast, but my phone is bigger than most, and I'd like something done with the extra screen space, even if it was just moving the dot matrix across the top. So, more resolution modes would be awesome.

After trying three other pinball games that were either too complex or too simple or had terrible controls, this one is amazing. There gameplay is really fun. If you lose a ball after only a few seconds of play it automatically shoots it back into play. Certain combos send you into mini games inside the main game, with huge point bonuses. And I'm not a very good player but I can keep a ball in play for over thirty seconds most times.

The free game is the only one worth playing. The paid options are just not worth it, plus no fullscreen. Repetitive and boring! Response: The free table is fun. The paid versions don't compare to the free table experience. The game should have the option to display in fullscreen. I have a Note 20 Ultra, and even after forcing fullscreen under settings, the game doesn't display in fullscreen. Also, many viewing angles, but pretty much the same. There's room for improvement.

I've tried a few pinball games in the Play Store, but Zen is the only one that I've stuck with. The physics and the controls just feel right, both intuitive and responsive. My only quibble is with nudging, which doesn't always seem to work as well as it should. The tables are creative and complex, and the fantastical mechanics are beyond what a real life machine could achieve. Animated figures, transforming balls, challenging missions, and unique mini-games offer plenty of variety. Many reviews complain about the IAPs, but they fail to acknowledge that each individual table is essentially a fully featured game unto itself, including the free Sorcerer's Lair.

I absolutely love it, I have bought numerous tables (up to 50 or more bucks worth over the years) and in my opinion, worth every penny. Now why only 4 stars, simple, whenever I switch phones, I lose everything and can't DL the tables (error). Gary in support is stellar and always helps (he's the reason I kept buying them after initial issues) because he always fixes it! In the end, I DO highly recommend it if you love pinball but note switching phones may cause temp hiccups.

I love this app but am noticing what feel like optimization issues, Inputs are dropping at worst times my bumper will randomly stop working right as a ball will near my bumpers And it doesn't feel like the game has been optimized for newer devices possibly? It happens enough for it not to be a nuisance and often ruins a good score streak. I have also noticed skillshots are harder to achieve now and bumpers will respond slowly or not at all on multiple tables I own
