I've been using this coloring app for at least a year or two now. My 5 star rating has not changed. A wide variety of categories and pictures. Beautiful colors. I really like that you can change the background theme with nature sounds or babbling brook sounds. It's the most relaxing app that I have on my phone. The adds are short and non intrusive. I would request that you add more people of color images.

The app itself is amazing. Minimal ads, just between photos, if you order more hints or take a break. I myself ordered a few hints for the very small almost miniscule parts. The only thing that bugs me though, the completed pieces stay where they are. I like to work from the bottom up. If they could make it to where the completed pieces move to the bottom so we didn't have to scroll forever, that would be better in my opinion. Makes it where we find our next one easier.

This is a really good color by number app. Very calming and allows me to relax after a long day. I do have some issues with there being like 5 pixel big spots for a color that take me searching for the better part of 5 minutes and then an ad to find so I would get rid of those if you can. Also the ads are kind of annoying with me sometimes being relaxed and then an ad shows up and starts with someone screaming, breaking the relaxation. But other than that, this is a pretty good app.

I've been using this and several others to compare. Zen Color is nicer, more difficult pictures with a huge choice. But there are several features on other apps that I'd like to see. I miss having a noise or beep, etc. when the color auto-changes as the others have. I also find the expanded screen snaps back to small constantly. it refuses to stay large. It's very annoying to spend more time 2-finger spreading than 1-finger tapping. And the 30-second ads are really annoying.

I really love this app as far as coloring goes, the pictures have a wonderful variety and I love at the end where they have an animation of all the coloring you have done. What I hate about this app more then anything are the way the ads work. If you click on one of the ads, even just to close the ad, it will automatically download the game from the ad onto your phone. I can't tell you how many games I've had to uninstall from my phone because of this.

This is relaxing, except for when I get stuck in an ad. I try to get out but it sends me to the play store. Otherwise, a very nice selection of coloring options. Now that I've been coloring for over seven weeks, I really like this app. Although sometimes it's hard to spot where the highlights are, especially when I'm coloring intricate mandalas. All in all, I find this very relaxing. Okay, now that I've been coloring for over two months... it's really enjoyable, very nice selection of subjects.

I actually enjoy this much more than I thought I would. I have one BIG suggestion after playing for a while. The buttons should be in a drop down menu. Having them scattered across the coloring area makes for a lot of unintended hints being used, zooming out, and exits from the picture. After an accidental exit, I have to watch an ad (partly) for the image to come back up to continue coloring. To get a hint back I have to watch an ad that I didn't really want to watch. Fix it and 5 stars.

UPDATE - When Happy Color ads come on, they are one screen after another until the last screen and then it freezes. Can't get out if it and have to shut down the app. When it gets fixed, I'll restore my 5⭐ because otherwise it's great. I hope you guys fix this very soon. Original- Very lovely and and are very reasonable. Love the ad for Vocal Sound Healing; it's a great program. I did it, and it changed my life in the most positive and amazing ways.

Unusable as of right now. Pictures are not loading. When I am able to get a picture to preview, it gets stuck on the "sketching" load screen. My gallery is now gone. I've cleared my cache and restarted the app to no avail. I have noticed a certain ad not letting me click off the screen. It forces me to close the app and restart in order to clear the ad. Pretty disappointed right now as I was considering the ad-free version.

Pretty Upset Currently... I just changed phone providers but now I can't transfer my data from my old phone to my new, both are Androids. Your instructions in the app Help Center are incorrect / don't make sense at all & I'm incredibly upset that now I have to RESTART 100% & RE-PURCHASE the no ads. Would be great if your app had a back-up through Google Play like every other app because then I wouldn't have this problem. Other than the above I have LOVED playing this app.

Without a doubt the most relaxing color app available. Really would be nice if there were more apps as awesome as Zen Color, the maker's took this app personal!!! I opted to go without ads, unlimited hints... lots of beautiful pictures to choose from, with the option of soothing music as you color. Perfect combination! I ZEN daily and love it!

3rd review- My 2nd review still applies. The one thing I would ask you to adjust is the size of some of the smallest pieces. On a phone they are hard to see, and you waste so much time expanding out and then in again to chase down a color. Some of those small pieces could be made larger without hurting the picture. 2nd review-I like the variety of pictures to color; you don't get bored. I like the fact that you include cats with your animal pics; others use dogs and exotics exclusively.

Be warned that if you have to get a new phone like I did, Zen Color will NOT transfer all your progress of completed photos. On your new phone, you must start over fresh! Redown the app. I do enjoy coloring the pics but I hate that some of the final color number is the size of "pinhead" & you have to zoom in major to find it. The point is to force you to watch a ad then it will show u where the final number of the color is located.

The game is fun, however, I don't like the sly tricks of it showing there's still one square, etc, left that you haven't found when really all have been found. You do this so an add has to be watched to earn 2 points to find the square etc. I'm very good at this game and I know add soon as you click to find the missing color space you un- color one. You'd is suppose to be fun not stressful.

I used this app for over a year and loved it. But now it's suddenly stopped working. It won't preview any of the pictures, they're all just blank, and any one I choose just gets endlessly stuck on "sketching." It's completely unusable now. I tried clearing the cache, and even uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. It's too bad, because it was fun while it lasted.

Update: What did you do to the game? I can't continue a picture anymore. I click continue and nothing happens. And when I load a new picture and choose a color the grid doesn't go away after I color the section. You've ruined a perfectly awesome game! // My favorite part is when it plays back how I filled in the picture. The animation is fun. I wish the animation was half as fast. I try hard to make the colors flow and the animation speed just dumps it all out there. But I still love it.

I installed and used this a couple of months ago. I enjoy coloring, very peaceful. I like watching the video of my coloring them in, that was an added treat. Would be 5 stars but... I tried to use it today and at first all blank pics so I couldn't choose. Got them to appear but once selected it's stuck on 'sketching...'. Tried rebooting, clearing cache, nope. I don't think it's my phone. Came to review and see at least one other experienced same. What a shame. Please fix.

This is one of the best of the five color by number apps I've tried. There is large choice of pictures, and I went ad-free for a one-time charge of less than $10. I've experienced no glitches or technical problems. When I got a new phone, the game, with my ad-free, synced perfectly. The peaceful Zen effect is achieved. My only issue: too much use of ugly color combos like pink and peach side-by-side, and too much use of greenish yellow. I'd like more contrast and deep, rich colors. 5 Stars.

Love coloring and this game gets it right on multiple fronts; great variety and great sketches, superb coloring options. Also in terms of performance it has minimal latency and great response to touch compared to other coloring apps; it also does very well when you need localized coloring on the screen, even when you have fat fingers like me. Music could be better, only downside. But then again i tend to play with the sound off, easy fix!

I love this app. I can use it to calm myself, focus or sleep. I loved it so much I upgraded. BUT there is a single reason I can not give this app a 5 star. There is an annoying music that plays while actually coloring. The music would be ok if it was changing often enough or was more varied but it's repetitive and begins irritating quickly. But if you mute then you don't hear scenes. I wish there was a way to keep scene sounds on seperately from music. Or just keep scenes sounds everywhere.
