The app is fairly user friendly. But its utility is irritatingly limited. What's the point of a mobile app if I can't transfer cash through it?

what is the meaning of "cannot verify the security certificate on your server"..? very annoying. it doesn't even gave me a chance to write my User name an Pass.

I used to love everything about this app but now the fingerprint login is not working, couldn't transfer money to other accounts, couldn't pay bills. This is crazy

The app is crazy,I have already downloaded it , however I could not able to open it,I downloaded and uninstalled several times but there's nothing else. Please check what other bank is doing so like BOA,CBE...........

The app doesn't let me transfer to other banks. It requests me to fill the recipient's name and select the sending account which is inactive in the app. It is confusing.

The app is wonderful...But it may not easy to use for the Customers...so their should be a clear written manual that helps or guide them to use the pp effectively....If not it will be hard to handel and be friendly with the app. Thank you.

Great UI and functional but UX improvements are needed. Everything is just so complicated and far from intuitive.

I've been waiting for this. Didn't disappoint interms of the overall user experience. I've came across a bug though... When selecting the USSD option, I get "no sim card detected" even though I have a sim card in my phone. I also need more information on how I can get my account number since only ATM card numbers are ones in hand

Generally speaking i always have the worst banking experience with zemen bank. Transferring to another account is almost impossible. It sometimes last more than half a day before the money is deposited to the recipient even it successfully withdrawn from the sender. They have the worst customer service......

This app is awesome. I can register my self without visiting bank branch to see transactions and balance, It allow me to use biometric password and the other wonderful thing is you can scan qr code to pay. Generally Simple and secure!

The security features are very annoying. I should have to repeatdly change my password... Even when I tried it was unreasonably complicated and I ended up locked out.

I really appreciate all the features of the app and services offer by the bank. I think to let get best, you need to connect the app with telebirr so as to allow from and to transfer, as most other banks do.

Really useful app, like the interface and functionality is solid as well. Only thing I would like to see would be easy login with either faceID, finger print or pattern.

The interface is good. But self-registration has a generic message at last step. Also, I personally don't want to use a bank service with no reliability and liability. All users must read the 2nd Terms in this App version. It says; "Zemen Bank is not responsible even if the problem is from the bank". And for me:- this is a wrong disclaimer for mobile App experience.

The app needs improvement, it needs to be optimized for lower end devices since it is slow to process. Frequent app crash mainly when you request a transfer it responds by saying 'validation failed or your not authorized (even when you have been using the app for a longer period of time). This needs to be fixed.

I have been using this App since mid April but it is NOT as good as advertised. Helps to check my transactions but no other useful end user functionality. Interface alone doesn't mean anything. When compared to what Bank of Abyssinia's App does, Zemen needs to improve a lot. It's much below my expectation.

Bad app, especially with password setup, which forces you to remember two different passwords. I hope they make it simpler like the other banks.
