I never write app reviews. Ever. This is my first one. I can't even sign in, the interface is trash on Android. Literally no keyboard appears to sign in, it's a screen with unclickable buttons when before it worked just fine. Your time is better spent on another app cuz this ain't it. I'm STILL trying to get my money. You would think this would have an online option in case things like this happen but they seem to be so focused on cornering the app market, this is your only way to access money.

I really like the app once your able to gain access which is virtually impossible bc they permanently lock you out then you have to call their support yada yada yada. Just have us do that to begin with. Rather than have us sign up in the app in hopes of an easy registration. The reason most of us sign up is bc we need access to money right then and the person sending trust no other ways in sending. But it's never easy there are always roadblocks when you need your money fast. Good luck!

I can't finish setting up my account! It will not let me enter a password. It just flashes something quickly on-screen, but the keyboard will not come up. I came here to the app page hoping to find a solution only to find out this has been happening for months with no response from Zelle. This app is absolute rubbish, and I would highly recommend avoiding it until they can properly address this critical bug and respond to users!

When trying to create an account, I entered all of my contact and debit card information, but at the final step when it asks to create a password, the app freaked out and refused to let me type anything in the password text field. Wouldn't pull up the keyboard, nor would it let me paste any text. Tried closing and reopening the app, but to no avail. Might rate it higher if I could get far enough to create a password and even try using it!!

After multiple exhausting hundreds of attempts, Zelle service does not work in any way, shape, or form. It simply does not work. There are no clear workable directions or guidance. It is an utter failure on every level. With that said, had there been clear guidance, a user would know whether or not there was an issue on the user end. Zelle is lacking in guidance or functionality. I find the system useless and dysfunctional. Zelle is the worst!

Useless. I tried setting up a new account AND login to an existing... both get to where I enter my phone number, then it loads for a bit before telling me I need to connect to Wi-Fi or Data... except I AM connected. Happens on my Wi-Fi and Data, which both were tested and working fine. I love Zelle thru my bank, but the app is completely useless for me.

Haven't been able to log in for almost a year now. And now I installed an update- didn't work. Then re-installed the app, went through the whole process of entering all my info just to get a vague and generic error, tried at least 10 times. NOTHING. No one to contact/ customer service to sort this out and figure out whats wrong. I give up, I won't be using zelle ever again. Too many other apps that work BETTER.

This application is completely unusable. Upon accessing the "Create Password" section, I am unable to enter a password. My keyboard disappears and appears as if it's displaying an error. Multiple re-installations and restarts have been attempted, yet the issue persists. Despite reading other reviews that suggest attempting the "copy and paste trick", no success has been achieved. The frustration escalates further when I find myself beyond frustrated!

About a year ago Zelle worked for me fine. Now it asks for my mobile number, and I tap to bring up the number keypad and enter that number. But, the keypad flashes for less than one second, then disappears. At the moment Zelle is completely useless. My experience seems to be much like David Culbreth's, except that my account is already set up. I hope this gets fixed soon.

For those having the password issue, try this. Type the new password in a text message and then copy to your clipboard. Then tap on the password field and the Paste option shows up (but quickly disappears). Keep tapping on the field and try to click Paste before it disappears. It took my 5 or 6 tries but it eventually worked and now my Zelle account is active. We shouldn't have to go through these hoops to use the app,.

I downloaded Zelle to make sure I had payment options for my new apartment. I tried to set up an account multiple times with my two debit cards, but each time there was a problem. What exactly the problem was, was never specified, but eventually my account was permanently locked before I ever had the chance to use it. When I called support to get it taken care of, the machine told me that the office was currently closed and hung up without telling me when they opened.

Just random delays with no head up or information as a recipient. It's pretty frustrating when you are talking to someone and have had multiple transactions with them, and the money is taken from their account but not sent to me nor notifying me of any pending transaction. The money is just in limbo and we just have to wait for zelle to follow thru... eventually. Too unreliable. I'd would be fine with delays if they just informed you directly in the app instead of needing to call support

Can't even use the app. I put in the ZIP code for the town I live in, and it gives me a town hundreds of miles away. Obviously, my bank has the proper info, so there is an error if I leave the (wrong) town info... But changing to the correct town also throws an error. It's completely useless. I mean, seriously, this app is absolute garbage if it can't even get a city matched with its ZIP code... I've never heard of Red Top... But a Google map search shows it's nowhere near the bay area... 🤦🏻

At first I experienced the password issue like everyone else. I solved that issue by typing my password and then copying to the clipboard. I then went back to the zelle app and would hold down on the word password. Slide your finger up just a little bit and the option to paste from clipboard stays available and you can enter your password, thus completing setup.

The interface is unintuitive, hard to find people you already paid. Unable to pay some recipients because zelle identifies them as business. With recent update I can't sign in at all, gives me "error has occurred", and that's it. What a mess of an app. This belongs in the outskirts of the app store, not being endorsed by major banks. Wish everybody accepted venmo. UPDATE: tried again, deleted account due to wrong ccv. Password prompt is broken, so can't create new. Disgusting.

I can anymore with zelle, why does it work only on and off. I love zelle, but if I don't use it on a regular basis, it doesn't function for whatever reason. I just checked to see if there was a new update that I needed, but no doesnt show one. It has me logged out, but I can click the sign in button. Everytine it seems like I will have to Uninstaller and re install, which makes you lose all previous zelle history and contacts. Zelle you need to get it together

Where do I start- If sent to the wrong person, NO chance of getting it back, if someone requests money and you want to change it, as in add more, can't be modified, I've been sending money to my friend and then recently it says she isn't a user, we had to go through the whole process of her requesting money and the same number showed up🙄, the only plus is there are no fees. There are other options for pymts that are better but this friend will not deviate.

1st time using it resulted in being able to complete setup, login and request money. I only installed it at the request of friends to organize a group outing. Requests sent, went back to check and error. Called support, got transferred, told to delete app, turn off WiFi, reinstall, re-register, and then it failed when adding my account again, twice. 35mins phone call with support am told all corrections made, try again after 1hr or more and call back again if it still doesn't work. Pathetic!!

This App is completely unusable. Once you get to the create password section, it won't allow me to type in a password. My keyboard completely disappears and it looks like it's glitching out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, annnnd restarted my phone. Still won't work. I tried doing the "copy and paste trick" that I read on another review but no luck. I'm beyond frustrated!

Six months ago, I would have given it 5 stars, but it's become almost unusable. Like others, I had issues getting past the login screen. When trying to enter my number, touching the screen in an attempt to get the keypad to come up would make the page flash, but do nothing else. I had to reinstall the whole app just to be able to use it, had to reset permissions, re-enter some of my card info, etc. I NEVER had this kind of issue before. Will be looking for a new money transfer app ASAP!
