I have a dozen pairs of glasses from Zeelool. everywhere I go people compliment them, and I'm always telling them about this site. really, I need business cards for them that I can hand out!

Have never gotten past searching the v small selection. Ridiculously narrow in that they basically only sell loud, gaudy frames that not everyone can pull off. The few neutral, every-day wear frames are usually the most expensive. Cute on the models, but defo NOT for everyone.

Zeelol is one of two apps I use monthly to scratch the itch for another color of glasses to match my wardrobe and personality. The only time I ever received a pair of glasses I was not happy with they quickly replaced them. They even let me pick out better frames for the second pair at no extra cost to me as the first pair did not fit me correctly. I would definitely recommend Zeelol.

Didn't give me fast shipping to receive my glasses before my birthday because of an error and the processing time to cancel and reorder was a menace... No glasses for my birthday yay!!

LOVE my new glasses. They came in way quicker than buying from my covered local stores (I did pay extra for business shipping). They look so great, the quality is great, and I didn't have to feel uncomfortable looking through the small selection in store of which I wouldn't be able to see anyways. I'm so happy! Oh, forgot to mention that both pairs were cheaper (w prescription) than going to the store even w my insurance. The AR was accurate for me as well so I got exactly what I wanted ☺️

I bought two prescription glasses and you were never sent, I requested a refund and you gave me no response. My purchase was 15 days ago and you never sent the glasses, I lost time and money now I have to go somewhere else because you simply do not provide the service you sell, terrible experience and I do not recommend the app. Until now I understand that you scammed me

Despite the appeal of the product range, the app's usability leaves much to be desired. Navigating the app can be challenging, with an interface that feels clunky & sometimes confusing. It is extremely difficult to browse through the extensive collection, and I've also noticed that my "You also may like" suggestions have never changed nor expanded. If the app was more user-friendly, I'd probably be checking out right now instead of writing this review.

This was my first time ordering glasses online, so I tried Zeelool and Goggles4u. I was very disappointed with Zeelool. The glasses didn't take long to arrive, but I couldn't see out of them. The lenses were progressive. I was able to read with them but couldn't see when looking straight ahead near or far. When I contacted them, they just kept sending me a bunch of emails asking for more information. Basically, I paid over $70 for a pair of readers. Waste of time & money.

Haven't purchased yet, but this has to be the most annoying app. 1. They try to force you turn notifications on. If you don't, then everytime you open the app it will take you to your settings. 2. I have gotten 3 text messages since 7am and it's now 7:20am. To top it off, they CALLED my phone at 7:03am and left a message. Who does that? I no longer want to buy if they are this invasive BEFORE an order

It's complicated to use when it comes to trying to put in your prescription, it jumps around. There's not enough glasses frames to really choose from especially if you're more conservative person. You send me notifications and when I open the app I can't find them. When I close the app,they are still showing as if I didn't open the app. Very annoying.

I'm using Android Google Pixel 3 ~ the try on feature didn't work online; it wouldn't upload my picture. So, I downloaded the app. There was some progress, as I was able to either take a picture, and/or upload one. However, that's as far as it went. I tried different frames, but the frames would not load on my face. I also had to reload my image with each new frame.

I keep trying upload a photo of myself for the glasses not available in AR try-on. Every single time, the app resets itself or shuts down entirely. There needs to be a way for me to save my photo instead of constantly taking photos and it never working. Edit: 20 April - I updated the app and tried to take a photo to use for trying on the glasses. Still doesn't work; it just shuts down the page and sends it back to the main screen.
