Glitches and crashes all the time . They used to always have a coupon but, now it is less often making me opt for another site. I have created multiple invites at different times and it does not save your work! Halfway through my editing it revertes back to the example template on its own. Spent time to recreate, app said it was adding to cart but froze and I lost everything again! I'm over it and used Tiny Prints/ Shutterfly. THIS APP IS GARBAGE! GET IT TOGETHER ZAZZLE!

Rating 1 Star for Visibility...having trouble with the Verify part. Keeps asking me to find busses, crosswalks and traffic lights and tells me I'm a bot. When I finally get through, which is not always, it's just blank pages that aren't loading. When it's working I do like it and I've ordered several things this month as well as shared my referral link and discount codes.

It was fine until it started directing me to verification pages every time I got a notification from the app. I would try to verify the app every other day or so and it would still say they couldn't verify me. I've got zero interest in playing games of tagging picture with bikes, buses and crosswalks... particularly when you can't "win" the game. I uninstalled. I will just use my computer and a browser. Let us know when you fix the bug, Zazzle.

Worst App Ever. The app used to be good before the forced updates. Now the app not only looks ugly, but fails to even function correctly. The app crashes every time it opens. I finally had enough and just uninstalled it. And as a buyer, the new design forces you to search for everything you want to purchase; whereas, before there were collections that you could browse. It's impossible to find your customizations. Overall, the app is the absolute worst in terms of style and functionality.

Have never given an app 1 star, but this app got worse. It's was already difficult to search for items that are easy to find on their website. And it doesn't synch with their website. So if you add to cart while logged in, items will not appear in app cart. Just tried using app now and it just keeps asking if I'm a robot. I completed 5, to verify I'm not, was finally let on the app. I clicked on something on the top menu and it again asked me if I was a robot. Most annoying app.

I tried to customize something and then attempt to add it to my cart. I get a pop up that says my item is added, then I go to my cart and it is empty (and when I go back, my design is gone) not very user friendly. When I go to Zazzle through Chrome, I have no issues. I only experience this in the app. Other than that (which is a pretty big issue in my opinion) the app is easy to use.

Trash!!! No matter what I search it returns with "No Results". Even if I search something on the home screen advertisements. Or even coffee mugs which I have purchased numerous times before. Pictures won't upload. Images I've created or downloaded. This app is complete trash. Update: STILL TRASH! Now EVERYTIME I open the app. to check on an order status it keeps asking me to leave a review when I alreday have. No matter what!

As a seller and buyer I can offer two different perspectives. As a buyer this app is great. You can find what you're searching for quickly, buy easily and its very functional. As a seller it's ok. Hard to design products. Don't have as many options on posting the products as well. Still has enough to be useful such as products you have and earnings are great features. 4 Stars overall. 5 for buyer. 3 for seller.

It's useless. The only reason I I download it it's because the website kept on freezing. The app it's really bad. There was no way to add photos to the card, which the website was showed that can be customized with different pictures. It took me forever to even login. I had the right password but it kept on saying that it's the wrong one. I changed the password and tried to login again and it kept on saying the same thing. Super frustrating. I removed it and tried to do everything on the site.

Quite honestly the most frustrating app I've ever used. It crashes constantly for seemingly no reason. It also randomly asks me to verify I'm human all the time, then crashes after I do. Each time this happens, I lose everything. I checked for an update to see if that was the issue and there wasn't one. Most definitely uninstalling and sticking to the site.

I downloaded the app to shop but it is proving to be an exhausting experience because the app returns to the first page after viewing a product regardless of what page you are on. Want to favorite something on page 27? Be prepared to start back from page 1! The app also doesn't retain filters after you view one product. Instead, I had to keep setting the filter. Time-consuming and frustrating. This needs to be fixed before I can increase my rating.

Works pretty well overall. But there are little bugs once in awhile. They may have fixed the problem I had since my last order. If you're working on a design & back up, the text will move around on you or change size & color. If you have to back up, scrap it & start over or it won't come out right. But again, they may have fixed that since my last order.

This app was awesome. I am using a Samsung Note 9, Android Version 10. I never had an issue creating my own Mug, now I do! Every time I try putting my own Custom Image, I have an issue. I gave the app 3 stars because I am a long time Customer and Never had a problem with the app until now. I hope they can see this bug that prevents me from inserting a pic from my gallery to the customize Mug. Another glitch, I try to put an item in my cart and it wont show! I will change my rating when fixed!

I love the concept of Zazzle, and the website isn't bad, but this app has been buggy since the first moment I used it. I do enjoy personalizing the things that I buy from them, it has been fairly simple and painless most times I've done it. The issues with this app are that it keeps signing me out, and then it gets stuck in a loop of verifying that I'm human. I usually end up just going to the website in my browser because that (so far) doesn't have this issue. Fix that and I'll be happy.

Super glitchy and problematic. You go to edit the size of something and it may work to adjust one side but when you move to the other it jumps everywhere but where you want it to. Or maybe you want to move an item but it ends up resizing over and over. The discount codes may or may not work. This could be an amazing site to rival Vista print but all access via mobile is not good at all. So far the best, workable, user friendly option for using zazzle is accessing via computer.

I feel that the app is difficult at times when editing a project. I kept exiting the edit screen unintentionally and I wish there were more options. I feel like there should be more buttons to make the editing process a little smoother. I like the designs of the thank you cards, but I almost went with another company because the editing of this app and the website is not the most user-friendly option out there.

Very glitchy when it comes to uploading photos (even for my profile pic) or editing designs. It's great when it works but more often than not it doesn't work smoothly at all. If the kinks were worked out it would be awesome...like the Canva of products! I'm an entrepreneur so apps like these are so essential for me. Hopefully this gets up & running SMOOTHLY soon.

I've used Zazzle before and don't mind the concept but I've had designs disappear (never to be recovered, and upon reaching out to customer service they wanted a screenshot... of what, exactly?). If you work on a saved design there is a chance it gets duplicated instead of updated. And most recently things I flagged with the like button have disappeared. The items I've ordered in the past were of superb quality both in print and material/construction. Just a shame the design function is flawed.

Update: Due to the response given by the developer, I changed the rating by 2 stars. A person can not use the app to design anything. Go to the website it actually works. It's not as good as the website. The Eraser tool is not available in the app. The grid doesn't show you if it is centered. Several good features are missing in the app.

Honestly the only thing good and worth using the app for is one offs. If you want to design and set up a store the online site is better but even that UI and navigation are rough, iv tried to get a shop going for years and still i have products i made never show up, sell it button not show up after spending time carefully crafting shirts and other products. And many other issues, i do have to say the concept is great pricing is ok could be better royalties for sellers but i get, we gota get paid
