Works to decrypt and unzip AES 256 passworded 7-zip files with hidden files and folders and works to password 7-zip files using AES 256 with hidden files and folders. That's about all I need. The normal Android file explorer works for all of the other compressed files. Worked with no reading of docs and no surprises. The platform I'm running on is the latest Android 14 on an S24 Ultra.

The app always keeps crashing and does so many errors during extracting or copying and putting files in another folder. It becomes very laggy for some reason if i extract a zip file. Specially when putting a data on the data folder both laggy and error occurs, making this app useless for me to use.

Answering your conserns. Sd card corruption is mainly due to read write protection. Always full folders might be your phone is infected with worm (self duplicating any infected file). If you're on Android 13 or 14 maybe wait for an update or if you're inpatient use shizuku. Tip: if you're transferring files (photo, apks, music etc.) ALWAYS COMPRESS IT TO ZIP OR 7Z to prevent corruption. Me as a user for 3 years now it's still reliable and usable

I had been using this app since 2021 and nothing goes wrong until this may. When I went to android/data or android/obb, it says that the folder is empty. I searched around the internet, looking for ways to fix this, but they all seems to not work. Please fix this.

Every time I move files such as MP3s, images, and videos into my SD card using my system file manager app, they always get corrupted, causing me to lose all of my data. However, when I use this app to move files from my storage to my SD card, they don't get corrupted at all. I love this app because of this and highly recommend using it to move files into your SD card to prevent them from getting corrupted.

First of all, and most importantly: don't put too many features as "pro". Second: the text editor should have syntax highlighting, at least, for the most common coding languages. Third: it should have native audio and video player, just like it has an image viewer, and all these media features should be able to open media files, even when they have no extension. This would be very helpful when downloading format-less media.

For a while it was my favorite, but recently, the app seems to have gotten worse, my phone is on Android 14 and it won't let me access the data folder, the canceling or extracting operation is also very broken, it takes a long time, and sometimes there are extraction errors, as well as copying and pasting, for no reason at all, solve this, the app was already good, the update made it slower and buggy !!

Very reliable app.. can unzip folders to enable functionality. Like when I download a game rom from the Internet. I use this app to unzip the folder and place the file in a location that my emulator can read and run the file 100% problem free! This is the only app I ever use for that and it works great.. plus has the option to delete files completely without leaving anything else to delete later, definitely recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exactly what I'm looking for shows where your unzipped file is gonna be, it asks if you'd like it in the current folder or another location and shows the file path to said folders as well. One slight thing was that it didn't really ask for SD card permissions at start up and i to trigger it manually. But that's not a big deal. I haven't tried zipping up any files yet but if you want some files unzipped use this app.

This app has been around for 10 years. There's a reason for that. It works great & is maintained. An app that receives updates for 10 years should tell you something. I've used it for most of those 10 years & have found it indispensable at times. It's not flashy & trendy by any means, but it does the job, does it well & has been doing for longer than most if not all of the apps of it's type on Android. Look no further for your compression or decompression needs

Works well. I can 𝘚𝘌𝘌 the files I normally can't because of the changes made in Android 11 (thanks Google), but I can't actually CHANGE anything in those folders. I can't create folders, or move files into these folders, which I need for an app to work. Likely an issue with Android ITSELF, since another file manager app I've been using now has the same issue.

One of the best apps I found. Actually about the only one that does what I need which is open zip files from Google Drive and load the embedded text file into a different app. It has been working great but seems to have stopped working last week after an update. I get "operation completed with errors" but nothing happens. Works when I download file to my phone first but not directly from Drive. Hope this gets fixed as this is the most important use for me. This is your go-to solution if your ROM doesn't have a file manager or it's way too barebones to be actually usable (pre-Pie AOSP), has none to basic archive management options (TouchWiz), or you just want a functional file management application with archiving capabilities, root access and cloud storage support. It even has a basic image viewer and a text editor if you ever need that, and can manage installation of XAPK bundles, too! Get the pro version if you can, it's well worth it.

I wish I could give 4.9 stars. This is a really good file manager, but there is one tiny bug... Whenever I try to overwrite a file and the old file was bigger than the new file, there will be extra room on the end of the file, but it's basically just corrupted data. It corrupts the file and makes it impossible for most programs to run it. Please either tell me how to fix this if it isn't a bug and fix it If it is. Otherwise, it is an amazing app and my number one choice for a file manager! 🙂👏

This is a great app; it's been solid and reliable for the couple of years I've used it. I've only used it to archive photo files (unlike other methods, zipping files preserves their modification times). My only complaint is that, if you want to open a folder, you have to tap on it very lightly and quickly... otherwise the app assumes that you want to archive the folder. It would be nice to have a setting that lets you control how long a tap must be before the folder is archived.

I really love this app. It's really easy to use and I would give it a 5 star rating with no complaints at all, but there's one bug that causes me to reinstall this app everytime, it's a bug where if I copy a file, the file gets corrupted and the file will be 0B also known as 0 bites, I want to share some files with my friend but this is a really annoying bug and I would like it to be fixed. Other then this, good job and the app is perfect!

Galaxy S10 review! Runs very smoothly. I love the new UI look. In the latest update the icon at the top of the screen towards the right came back. It was the icon that looked similar to the rubik's cube. In the last version the function worked but the icon was invisible. Now with the latest version it appeared lol. Thank you team for the update. I really like this new UI. It looks real clean.. Thank you team.

Because it allows viewing content of several archive types without extracting them first, I consider it better than 7Zipper, plus it is smaller too. This app is very fast. It is many times faster than file managers with a built-in "zip & unzip" feature, that goes for compression and decompression. Navigating folders is made easy because you can add them as favorites and access them via a pull-down menu. It handles external storage very well, even on later OS versions. If this app featured comprehensive batch file renaming and with root, batch permission and ownership changing, and a dual panes option it would be the world's ultimate Android file management app.
