I am completely unable to see product details ... when I open a particular product the application freezes and if it ever unfreezes, I get images that are enlarged and the whole view is distorted. Very sad that this is lasting for at least 3 weeks now.

Stylish but pointless app. 'Search' function returns random results with little or no relevance to the product you were trying to find. Products saved in your wish list will arbitrarily be marked as 'sold out' when in fact they are still available and vice-versa (if you can find them, that is).

The app does not have a good filter for searching products. It also jumps back and forth and is difficult to navigate which is very frustrating. It is a tiny bit more user friendly than the website however.

The app is not practical to operate as the buttons are not placed in intuitive or convenient places e.g. Filters not available on every page once an item is searched. Applying too much style over substance. User experience does not make one want to stay on the app for long.

The app does not work. It prevents you from making an order because the address is not valid, meanwhile the address is already saved. I have contacted support multiple times and they either don't read the complaint at all or simply tell you to clear the cache, update the app or reinstall it, which still does not work.

Absolutely horrible. Takes forever to load items. When trying to select an item it's literally not possible to select size hence not possible to purchase it. Some of the parts aren't translated. Not intuitive, not even a little bit. This app is not ready!! I'll wait for the stores to be open again.

Tracking no. for Overseas not working, order is late more than a week and customer service not answering withy any solution, just apologizing for inconvenience. Everything is payed, but it's questionable when I'll get my order and I can't even trace it. Sooooo dissapointed! Also, glitchy, freezes if you click on item that is sold, removes some sold articles from wish list (in my wish list stand that I have 20 articles and when I open it I see only 9). So annoyed.

The awful payment process has not been fixed for over a year now. IDeal payments don't get processed, the app gets frozen and never sees your order after paying threatening to cancel it all together, even when you do it via allegedly friendly non-mobile-bank-app way, same with credit card. I don't recommend this horrible and glitchy app that has not been making any progress, seems to be completely forsaken by developers or they have no idea what they are doing, just go to the shop or website.

Only shows prices in Euros despite repeatedly ensuring region was set to Australia. Forces you to choose categories and subcategories with no 'see all' option available. Particularly ridiculous under 'Sale' where you have to dig down through drop down menus only to select a category that has no products available in it. Images containing several items listed as something vague like 'pot', and the same three items are pictured in the next listing with a different price point and name. Deleted.

I wouldn't recommend this app. I bought a product which happened to have the wrong image and a poor description didn't help making the right choice between the products. When I finally received it and saw it was not what I paid for, I contacted customer service and they said it was my fault. Conveniently, both options have been removed from the app (I guess to correct it) and asked me to pay for the shipping. Very receptive practice. Don't buy online!

You should also have a section in the online order for damaged goods with a drop down menu of the code item damaged and aaliw for images to be attached. Also the chatline should be opened on weekends too. Its when people tend to shop and have time to contact customer care for queries on deliveries.

The thought is there, but the experience is poor: it's not responsive, it's not intuitive, the logistics side of orders is not clear or trackable, it feels like a case of unnecessary customization but with cutting costs somewhere which is funny considering it's not the cheapest of brands. Feels like a beta version and that it hasn't been tested properly, because the UX/UI experience is poor for 2022. Waiting for the final and hope I get my order in reasonable time.

Buggy and unreliable app. The products and delivery shipping and handling thselves are fantastic. As for the app, scrolling through photos is either slow to load or automatically zooms in so close without me touching my screen, preventing me from seeing the product. Sometimes when I try to purchase, the app won't accept my "Individual ID" and I can't purchase at all. Other times when I click on a product to see more, nothing happens. So I end up not buying what I want from here at all. Shame.

This thing is not super user friendly. It crashes sometimes and deleted all of the items from my cart. Payment doesn't always go smoothly either. It's also hard to find the items I am looking for, even when I know they should be there. If you want matching bedding, for example, you cannot view the cushion covers and the duvet cover all at once. They're sorted into different categories. Anyway, it's difficult enough that I only use it when desperate. Also doesn't tempt me since returns are not free shipping.

Purchasing is kind of easy but navigating and finding a place where you can speak with customer service is a nightmare. Horrible customer service as well. Don't waste your money or time in this.

One of the worst buying experiences I ever had. Shocked to see this from an Inditex company. Desktop website is a pain to navigate, it's very hard to pay for the order and everything feels just chunky and unusable. Please hire a couple of QAs to help you identify and fix problems as you clearly have a lot of them.

The app has a bug: you can't make a purchase if your basket has a sold out item but you also cannot delete any sold out items from your basket (this option is greyed out when you editing your basket). This issue has been reported here but nothing was done to fix it. Basically, anyone who ever added an item to their basket that later was sold will not be able to make any purchases at all. I tried to clear cache, and to reinstall the app, but that hasn't resolve the problem.
