I am now unable to use my Android TV because this g--d--- thing just pops up a dialog box saying that it is running, but never actually works. How do I get rid of it? Worst failure of any app I've installed as far as I can remember. Ultimately I had to factory reset my box, after owning it only a single day. Safe mode wasn't enough to fix the problem. Be warned.

This is the best Android TV remote controller available on Play Store. You can use Hanset as Microphone for TV, Remote controller, Keyboard, Mouse. You can directly open apps from the mobile, can take screenshots Overall, this is a good option But it is not good as gamepad. Gamepad requires major changes. Joystick only moves in X and Y axis. There should be an option to setup controller as User wants.

The UI needs a major upgrade. It's not obvious how to set the device to be controlled. I had to guess until I found it. I can only move the mouse but can't tap. The air mouse works pretty great but I still can't tap. The remote keeps disconnecting every few minutes, requiring me to set the device to be controlled again. Tested with Android 4.4.2 being controlled using Android 10. Edit to response: That's not exactly right. The remote of CetusPlay app works, even on such old Android version. It is also not just the mouse feature, the regular remote with arrows doesn't work either.

The best remote so far. I am using it with Airtel Xtreme. The Alphabetic Keyboard doesn't work for Netflix and other popular streaming apps. But Keyboard is working for Playstore. (This is for Airtel Xtreme, it may not be true for other platforms). Airmouse isn't very smooth, so buying Airmouse didn't seem worth it. Though buying it to remove ads is worth it (although there are very few ads and it doesn't interfere with our experience much). Mouse pad works excellently n cast screen too.

The perfect phone companion for Android TV. Has all the missing features the normal Bluetooth Remote is missing and more. Developer is also super fast in responding to bug reports. If you are facing problems with Bluetooth Remote controller not able to move up/down on TV Home, then don't blame this app, but Google. As the problem is caused by bug in the new Android TV Home v3.0 update.

The app seems to be good. Has required features. Worked seamlessly for one week for me. But from today, none of my phones are able to identify the TV. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times on all devices but no luck. Even if i key in IP, phones cannot search the TV. Not sure why. Edit: Thanks to developer. Looks like the issue was with wifi router. After restarting the router, it is working now.

Just bought the "Pro User" This app is definitely better than all the remote apps on Playstore. Hands down. But it would be great if we had an option to change the function of the volume button (on phone) to any other of remote function like up or down, etc (since we don't have volume support on fireTV) Fix issues: random freezes while screeshare, landscape mode in screeshare is portrait mode on tv. Low quality screeshare. Unstable cursor in air remote mode.

Paid for pro. It was working well for a while then every now and then phone wont detect zank app on tv box. It can only detect zank on tv box itself! Accessibility is already turned on. Toggled it on and off and it still won't detect. I don't know what to do anymore. Disappointing! Not to mention if you left the app inactive for 5 seconds you have to keep manually connect the ip again!

This is one of the best apps I have ever come across and is a prime example of how advertising should be. Great product, reasonable prices, amd extremely useful. I've come to be so dependent on it that I have it installed on all my devices, completely removing my need for a remote. I could even use it to troubleshoot devices remotely and that alone is enough to justify me installing it.

Recommend this occasional update issues but fix explained or where tv watching I use in app option for TV only control top left secondary keypad for tv and back for operating smart features. Usually there's a notice to reinstall just use that to save time. Some features double tap or enter function doesn't enter/select but probably my tv, cheap!! Hard to find smart tv and Android tv box Video for setup on tube.

Best remote for chromecast. I have have downloaded all remote apps but only this one has a good ui with all the controls you need. Only downside is that it can be unreliable with finding your chromecast after a restart. If this app gets bluetooth support it would be much more reliable and would not need the app to be installed on your chromecast.

Really good remote app for android that basically got everything you need in one app, and it doesnt get disconnected all the time like other wifi apps since its using a different method. Haven't really got the file transfer feature to work from phone to android box or using the phone to delete files on the box, but that might just be me.

Seemed to be what I was looking for, but inescapable FULL SCREEN ads was a deal breaker for me... This app sometimes throws full screen ads up with audio that you CANNOT back out of (supresses the ◁ ○ □ buttons, and trying to swipe up or down to get them back just sends you to the Play Store for the advertised product (game or whatever)). A banner ad would have been fine, but as it is this app is too invasive. 😠👎

Not what I'd hoped for. The setup was more painful than it should be, even as a software engineer. No buttons are labeled or have tooltips, so you're just blindly poking at things to see what happens. None of it is very intuitive. The connection was terribly laggy, which isn't great as I was hoping to use this app as a gamepad for a project I'm working on. On that note, I couldn't even tell how to display the gamepad controls, as the images show there is one.

Works with Android 9.0 tv box. Been using it for a whole 20 minutes over bluetooth, but I'm already incredibly impressed with the free version. I'll try this for a few days before I decide to upgrade to the pro version. So far the only gripe is the media controls don't work. They should function just like on a media keyboard.

This app has a lot of great functions that make it five-star worthy. However, there is no tutorial or documentation so it is trial and error to figure out what each button does. And not all buttons use standardized icons that typically identify the function performed by the button. Minus one star for this poor execution of the UI and having to figure out most of the features on your own.

This is a great app it does just about anything you need it to, like app shortcuts, and has different ways of doing them. However I'm having trouble with the type in search bar feature, it just stopped working one day. I tried reinstalling and restarting my phone and the app but still nothing. Please help.
