Customer suport is non-existence. I contact through Zalo in-app support center but no response for 6 days and counting. I even reached out to their Facebook page but the agent keep refering me back to in-app suport, which is not responsive. The problem with Zalo/Zalopay is even though they have a campaign offering vouchers "49k off for orders from 50k", you can't use them. The app won't let you. Twice I'd tried. So disappointed.

No notification for balance change. I dont see any notification alert for balance change anymore. I cannot determine whatever my account receive the money from friend or not? Bad experience. [2023/06/05] Answer but cannot follow guide. The report error screen cannot input. Poor app.

This is first time that I have experience with Zalo Pay, I connected my bank account to Zalo Pay and transferred money from my bank account to Zalo Pay account, but when I try to book the movie ticket on CGV app and I select pay two tickets via Zalo Pay. I was navigated to the Zalo app without discount for me. The promotion info even disable when I try to click it. Are you kidding me with your promotion? That 's bad experience

First time to use Zalopay to make transaction. And now i have problem with refund. It's been 2 weeks and i check with the bank. Still no refund. I tried to call the hotline and no one pick up the phone. I left the message but no one contact me back or receive any support on my problem. Bad experiences.

Can't even make a small simple transaction such as buying a movie ticket. The system keeps saying error and the server is down. My top up money is sitting there for nothing. They took my money from my bank and I can't even use it. I would have rated this app a full 0 if it's possible!!

Disappointed. I've used 2 debit card from 2 different banks to add fund but whenever I key in the 5th digit of card number, there's a popup said "only accept debit card". Tried many times but got the same problem for both card so I began to suspect the intelligence of this appp. It even cannot recognize the type of a card so what will happen with more complicated jobs like transferring money? So I have to uninstall, sorry.

Utterly useless for non Vietnamese. All in VN language and the payment system locks out all foreign debit cards/credit cards and even foreign banks in Vietnam such as HSBC. Only suitable for VN citizens. The developer responded but it was a stock response (impersonal) and 100% Vietnamese language so useless if I could not understand the language.

App cannot support invoice. It needs 10 working days to complete, but if it errors, that mean you have no time to get invoice in that month. Cannot transfer money until you make indentify yourself by ID card. It's very risky if your ID card pictures are on internet, you know?? Remove app.

This useless app let you put money in their app & after that will tell you that you cannot use the money in the app because your identification documents are not acceptable (i tried many times to upload my passport info, but fail at the 2nd page of the passport). Money inside the app wasted & being cheated by Zalopay! No way to contact Zalopay

no option on the set up page to switch language to English. Edit in response to developer: I am not in "other" regions, l'm in Vietnam, where your app is accepted everywhere. Edit 2: we're in 2021, 2 years after my 1st review, still no English available. Edit 3. 2022...still no option for English. You are trailing behind MoMo and Moca e-wallets. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

They asked for personal info (id no.) when I forgot my password. Evenwhen i signed up using Zalo, they still didn't allow me to recover the password using it. I made many transactions, now couldn't sign in and that account still connect to my bank account. That's so unprofessional and so insecure for me to provide my info to such a mobile wallet app. The hotline support still asked the same info, and it was on a phone call. Dont you try to support customers or just craving for our personal info

The app is running well. But sometimes you may experience bugs that make your transfer command failed, it took 3 days to resolve which is a long process. Marketing and customers service is well-done and more competing compare to others apps! But it kinda annoying when you have to open Zalo in order to join many event!

As an expat who bought a new number and registered with my passport and verified by Zalo, I can't register zalopay, as this number was used previously. Rigours situation, woth no resolution

No English available still and none of the buttons on the app work aside from the qr pay. Search options are repeatedly yielding no results.

This app is terrible to say the least. The security of this app is beyond bad. Everytime I make a purchase online, It only asks you to verify one time which is not safe at all. Someone could easily get my password and fake my identity to use my money any time! Not to mention the automatic payment function, please, to whoever thought of that function, that's the worst function to add in a Payment app. Overall, not worth it, not highly secured and unsafe.

I appreciate VNG's position as a leading company in Vietnam. However, I believe the current app interface has a gamified aesthetic that might not be suitable for a payment application. While I understand the playful approach, MoMo's recent improvements showcase a more sophisticated design direction that could be worth considering. Ultimately, I would prefer a user interface that prioritizes clarity, ease of use, and a professional appearance.
