Generally happy with Zalando. Until they send you a wrong article and you end up loving in but you have to spend more money than it's worth to keep it. Or send it back, then reoder the right article(if you find it) and then wait til they send it back to you. Time is also money. Horrible customer service.

I don't know what they're thinking, but this app is straight up malware. Starts itself IN THE FOREGROUND for no reason at all. I don't even want to know what it does in the background. Google should look into this, Zalando is shady.

The latest update at the end of June '24 seems to have reset the app to the default country of Germany (WHY???) and you can't correct this, nor add your address any longer. BUT: if you go to their browser URL with your country's suffix .xx (for instance .at for Austria) and log on there, you are automatically rerouted to their app and to your correct account. It's obviously an annoying programming error.

Disfunctional Upon signing in, saved items are missing, but worse: delivery address is missing, too. Worst: I can't enter my delivery address, because it has country set to Germany, for bizarre and unknown reasons. My account is not, and never was in Germany. In short: App is unusable

It has been so many years, but how come there is no option to change the app language. If you choose a country, the app only has the local language. Why not have it in English as well. For this particular reason, it is hard to develop any interest towards browsing products in the app.

I ordered two items at the same time. One item I received the other I didn't receive because ccourier didn't find my Adresse, which is totally bs. Now, if I want to order the item, it costs more, and I have to wait longer. The support doesn't care about that. They just ignore the problem and blame the courier. Worst support.

Never ordering from here again! Over £100 order complete Scracthed up (PoloRalphWallet). i asked for a complete refund and got sent back a partial refund of £14 (without me confirming it). disgusting serivce from them, very bad communicatiom skills, they have 0 respect for there customers. all items are from abroad so exepct 1-2 week arrival. dont waste your money, go else where. no wonder why they're cheap, all items are like second hand, not even new. Using ASOS from now on, they never fail!

Great customer service, reasonable delivery charges if any! 100 day return policy, can shop with ease knowing you'll be reimbursed if item doesn't fit etc...and just reorder correct size. very satisfied customer.

Zalando is every wonderful shopping site. I have been using is for more than 5 years now. No issues, but recently paying in delivery method is not working. Please fix it!

I wish you could go to your profile easily rather than having to go back all the way until you reach the home page. When scroll around it gets really hard to go back 10 times just so I can access my profile and purchases.

Still waiting to be reimbursed after more than two weeks have passed since my returned item arrived at their facility. Customer service stopped responding to my emails, and calling them led nowhere. Dont't recommend.

The return process is owercomplicated. App manages to remember bank details for purchase, but not return, also previuosly was possible to peste in iban, now not, have to type in by hand. new changes are very unuser friendly...

It's annoying for me being Android user to navigate back to the home page if I'm somewhere amidst browsing. I don't know how many times I have to click back arrow to go back to home page.

Some of the customer care people are very rude. And some representatives don't even respond and wait for chat to be closed by disconnection. Also since there's no exchange and many of the product listed without a proper size chart. It's nightmare.

Hi! I use the app in Lithuania and cannot figure out how to change it to English or how to contact any human. The Lithuanian categories names and app are confusing. This would be a 5 star review otherwise. Could ZALANDO please tell me how to change the app to English?

I ordered a set of white ankle boot on the 8th of June for my daughter's graduation which is supposed to be on the 20th of the sameJune but never received my order. Fun shopping experience but please set a mode where you can change the side of the shopping beta assistant. As a left handed person it's quite horrible to scroll with having the icon exactly where you want to scroll. Other than that, I'm very happy. Ordering and delivery always work out. The product range is insanely huge and everything is structured so you can get well around

Abyssimal search. It's basically impossible to find styles via search terms. Most of the time you end up using the filter page and then manually scroll through everything yourself. Especially now that ai tools and computer vision gets smarter and smarter I really hope shops like zalando make use of new technology and improve the search.

The shopping experience from Zalando is getting worse and worse. You can no longer send product ratings. Some items have absolutely different material composition than declared in the app. Wrong sizes are sent out from stock. And my personal best is that i received a coat with a used hankie in the pocket and iron burns on sleeves. Will try their competitors for a change.

I have been a customer for years, consistently using the Plus account and always paying on time. However, it's ridiculous that I can no longer choose my payment method myself, and that I can't pick up my order at the post office, which is really annoying. The app itself has also undergone bad changes, for example, we can no longer filter by brands, and the color filter doesn't work either. I'm going to cancel my premium account and not recommend this app at all.
