Unfortunately, The paying for all numbers feature, which worked fine with the old app, doesnt work with this one at all. I am forced to pay for each number/line individualy!

It is good but it is not as simple as othe application. The worst thing is that, it does not accept the visa net (visa electron) for payment. I hope that they can add this option for payment.

It's not easy to login,, it's not respond of email login, only username and password can access to login. sometimes username couldn't remember, my suggestion is Email or OTP login more convenient. Please make easy login in next update.

Services do not work most of the time. Customer service is not available. When customer service answers, they are lazy and do not fully understand my request. I am not able to change my plan, and when I want to stop my plan renewing, it renews anyway.

The app looks good but the font scaling in the app is not present. I use a large font for my phone settings and the app does not accommodate the size of the font so some menus are not displayed correctly

credit transfer showing "credit transfer service unavailable". its happening from so long, complaint done multiple times but no one bother to resolve it. worst customer service. just pay them and don't ask for any service.

Be very careful as they dont always add the validity when u recharge. Their offers are weak and the internet speed gets very slow from 4pm till midnight. They also manipulate the internet bundles depending on your personal usage and date of your renewal to take more money out of people.

Very badly implemented indeed, signing in is so confusing, after fingerprint it loads again and ask again for the fingerprint... I'm really surprised how Ooredoo are so advanced than you!

I find this app is not working properly a lot of the time. I have put in auto recharge several times and it is still not on. I am trying to recharge and it keeps asking for method even though there are no options. I thought Zain would have something more user-friendly.

The international calls are very inconvenient. Very hard to proceed with plus the call receiving side complaints about different (local) phone numbers. I highly recommend to update your unprofessional system and / or don't charge money for a bad service!

I just recharged 5 KD to renew my prepaid bundle, which was set to automatic renewal, instead some international add-on _that I bought more than a month ago and expired more than a week ago_ got renewed automatically, so I just clicked the button to disable it, and there you go, the 60-minute international bundle valid for a month disappeared, i.e., it's not there anymore. The bundle needs another 5 KD to renew, and customer care said nothing could be done. Now, dumping this SIM! TRAP ZAIN APP!!

The app does not show correct information with samsung z fold 2. It shows my data plan is unlimited and my free voice minutes are unlimited when they are in fact limited. Edit: I've sent the email as you requested and it has been about a month without any reply or call back.

Never get a line in this telecom aside from VERY POOR INTERNET, VERY POOR SYSTEM AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a contract in this line and the sim card was suspended because I did not use it during the entire lockdown and was unable to pay because of monetary issues then when I return to work & able to pay the arrears and requested to re-open the line First they told me, "Due to Zain policy , the amount on the terminated lines should be payed then the line can be reconnected again with a monthly bills without a contract , and we are no authorized to reconnect the line with unsettled amounts." However, going to and fro they keep on tossing me from one branch to another only to found out that the sim/number was sold already to other person so I was not able to use it. Then they let me pay the entire contract along with the line services in full without even using the service itself! Seriously?? And I was not able to do anything because they threatened me if I don't pay the entire contract they will put legal case against me. So I did pay and ask for contract closure to avoid issues. BUT THEY NEVER CALL OR MESSAGE ME BACK AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT DUE, INSTEAD THEY KEEP ON SENDING A BOT CHAT FOR MY CONCERN. LOL!!!!! They are very fast asking you to pay but if you needed something from them they will never serve you right. ALL FOR PROFIT!! Imagine, receiving a link so a robot can chat you with few specific options so if your concern is not in the choices just cry. How can a robot provide an answer to your request? It sucks!!! If you are still getting this goodluck to your future headache. I suggest find another telecom with better service and more considerate in their contracts !

Terabel App, can't show all my mobile numbers in the application like Ooredoo dose, contacted the Airport office ,they said they will call me back, they did call, but wanted me to come to the main office and sign some papers to get it done. I removed the App. Now traying to reinstall it, but it won't install. Very disappointed.

I have been trying reactivate my acct and every time I go to do the payment it only says thank you, we have received your request and nothing happens I even went to the store and it didn't want to take my payment. It is very frustrating. Update: I reached out as they asked and it was such a waist of my time. They couldn't help me on anything there assistance was just as bad as when I reached out to the customer service agents online. Their is no point of emailing them because they can't help us.

Definitely the most unreliable and confusing app for a mobile company. Always provide incomplete and wrong information and there is no way to use the already deposited amount to buy some extra always takes you to the credit card...

The app showed a data balance of 45 GB. But the data was cut off at 30 GB. The customer care executive who attended the call informed that it is split between 25 GB for Social Media and 20 GB for normal usage. When complained that it's shown as 30/45 GB shown and what could be done about it, the customer care executive replied, "nothing". The app should be able to show the data split up so that a customer can be aware about the data split up. Hence the 1 star rating.

Worst network company app ever. Nothing opens. It takes too long to open anything, if it opens! Adding any extras or subscribing to any service is a nightmare. Basically nothing works, which is so strange for an app of a company supposed to be big!

Every time my capacity ends I am suffering. To renew it..I am supposed to have internet. 🤦‍♂️ How exactly?!. Then: It used to have add infinite capacity after I spend 50% or more. Now I've logging in and spent 100% and I still don't find it. Visited Zain branch and said they can't help..call 107. 107 (customer service) said okay we'll send a link that doesn't need internet..still nothing sent. Omg..this is very frustrating.
