The app doesn't work outside Saudi Arabia and since I study abroad and all of my public services are linked to my Zain sim card number including ( Absher , Tawaklna , bank services , National address and what's app ) everytime I need to recharge my sim card I have to call my family to recharge it for me and be available to send them the verification code otherwise the number will no longer be valid and all of my public services will stop working ! This is very annoying seriously .

The absolute worst Telecom Company in Saudi Arabia. Ever since I changed my cellphone account to Zain, and I've been having problems with my services. I have 5 cell phone numbers for myself and my family, and two home internet accounts. Needless to say we continually have problems with our services from disconnects to no internet service to sudden service blackouts especially at knight and on weekends. They also send fishing messages to add services to our bills. Also the app doesn' work..

Very worst service Never buy this sim anyone. More charges compared to any other companies and very very worst service and experience. Many times I recharged Internet service 500mb for 40 riyal and unlimited social media service. When I'm using social media. My data has been consumed from the Internet package and its finished. And there is no call minutes with Internet package. If we are calling any local, very high charges.Other all providing some local minutes free atleast.

When i arrive on madina this may 15,2024 from the Philippines i'll found the store to buy this sim prepaid card package The staff was so humble and cencerly entertain to the customer like me well I know this ZAIN prepaid product because they offer amazing service for the internet subscription and local call subscription also international call subscription so this app is great and amazing.

It is very Bad service. I subcribe offer from zain appliction unlimited internet daily. But when I want to stop this subcription, after that I can't stop it. They just mention automatically renewal but they didn't mention how to stop this subscriptions. I contact the customer services from zin app and whatsapp but no any reply and no any solution. It is really disappointing. It is look like I get trap and scam. Plese evaluate ànd fix your system.

Poor service & worst customer service. 5G router not working for past 2 weeks. Despite raising multiple tickets, they keep on saying that issue will be resolved soon. I will advise everyone NOT TO EVEN THINK about getting this service. PATHETIC

ZainKSA Team cheaters and there not support the customer, they did not refund my amount of 119SAR, did not send a New sim card, or did not give a recharge also, rudely behaved by the staff in the store. Waste to use this app. You people will lose your money. Don't buy anything from the Zain app or store.

App keeps showing my data being used, even though I'm on WiFi all day. The graph shows I have used 5gb but the statistics show I have only used 400mb this month.

Does not work well. More over they activate internet packages without permission and deduct money every month. I got a message that 3 riyal is deducted for auto renewal package, I am shocked. Trying to deactivate the package.

Very Good/flexible option you added now in application for data and call minutes, we can buy with more flexible option, it is much better if you add validity/duration also, like 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 day or 28 days

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!! DON'T USE ZAIN SERVICES!!! I applied for zain package that contains 15gb of Internet Data, 15gb of Social media, and 400 minutes of call time, once activated, I only received 13.5 of 15gb for each internet and social media, which means they took away 3gb in total from my package which I paid for, 1.5gb from Internet and 1.5 from social media were deducted the moment I activated this service, I reached out to the support but they've done NOTHING about it, Loads of Trash 👎

Swift and nice experince. A suggestion by adding an option to transfere to from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa. Unless there is a good reason for not having this option.

There is no option for minus or zero star otherwise i will give minus star, first time i am giving negative review in my life, Very bad network even i am in jeddah, i want to terminate my number online, it is not terminating online and when i call to customer care more than 10 times they only transferring call to ivr, and ivr saying you have to visit zain shop, i wasted my money 250 + bill amount because of nonetwork issue, after complaining multiple time network issue no one can resolve it.

I think this is the worst app in playstore, for every update must have to login from beginning. Add your details & password then you can enter to app. Only faced in this app not in any other then why not to leave this service? Yes, I've done at my end. I feel better with another service.

bad experience using zain internet. Very bad internet service and connection, even though there are no discounts on each package, please fix the internet connection problem with good quality, it is very annoying with a bad internet connection in all my activities. even for video calls with my family it is very difficult to connect with the bad internet connection. so I only ask for a fix for the internet connection problem with better quality.
