Their clothes are very nice! Love the fabric! I gave it a 4 because I always wear size medium but here medium is way to tight! I wanted to return it but it is to expensive to just return it! I didn't like that they don't prepaid return as a option but they do give you an option to keep the items and give you back half of the money!! Other than that the shirts I got is exactly like the picture and the fabric is an amazing! I would still shop here again!

So far, Zaful has been wonderful. I've ordered a couple times from them, and each time the packages came in a reasonable time. Quality of the clothes does pretty much live up to it's description. I personally love love love their clothing and wear it all the time. The only thing I have to add is when buying crop tops or any sort like it, they are a bit shorter then they appear online (at least to me), now that's not necessarily a compliment, just something to be weary off lol!

This company provides you with a variety of trendy products, fast delivery, special offers and discounts when you download the app. They definitely put the customer first, with the pandemic and shopping online it can be a little challenging picking the right size. With ZAFUL, that is not a problem. They have great policies in place to keep the customers happy. So I would definitely recommend it.

I tried in multiple occasions to buy items. When it came to the payment options, it had Credit Card, Google Pay, and PayPal. I tried with Credit and Google Pay and every time it wouldn't take my payment. Update: The payment problem from above is still an issue, however, the customer service people are great at helping. I contacted through messenger and I received immediate replies and they issued an invoice for me, sent it to my email, and I was able to pay immediately with no further issue.

Wasted 110$ and my package never came and they ONLY refunded me 40$, the messages kept getting lost and the only item I was able to buy later (because shipping is 20$) was cheap and fell apart easily. Never again.Their excuse was that it was store policy and that I didnt pay for insurance when insecure only covers when you want the items to be resent. They also offered 60$ discount if I would want to order again and pay the rest but they can't give me that amount in store credit. What a joke.

I thought this app was a scam at first, especially reading the reviews. However, my first order came on time; it wasn't damaged. Instead my order was rather quite magnificent. I like how the app tracks the order for you to keep check on it. It helps promotes lower deals that you can afford. It even has the options where you can find a spefic item you would desire. In my opinion, this app has one of the best clothing and shoes I seen so far. A decent job on shipping times. I enjoy it.

Poor customer service & cheap products. The clothes are poorly made. I bought a dress and a button popped off right as I pulled it from the packaging. Really bad customer service, putting a ticket in for help is not a user friendly process, at all. Their return/refund exchange policy is a huge scam. If you don't like a product you bought they only offer "Zaful credit" and you can't return parts of an order, you have to return the whole order. Not worth the hassle or $$

I've been using the Zaful app for a while now. It's easy to use and reliable. It seems to use the same or similiar software as several other e-boutiques, so if you are familiar with one you will be familiar with this as well. I've always recieved a quality product, at a low price. The pictures match the product and the size charts are accurate. Recommended.

I have shopped a lot on Zaful and 40% of what I've gotten from the app was too small, and have even had men's shorts split in the back while I was out with friends. I know that when I'm using the app, I'm buying from many different sellers. It's impossible to return the items due to the fact that they are coming from another country and the return shipping is 3 time the cost of the items that were sized wrong for USA sizes. I continue to shop for certain items, and my losses have come down a bit

As a loyal Zaful shopper, I genuinely enjoy using this app. It's so user friendly and super easy to use. I love how I just tap on the app and immediately I'm taken to my own personalized home page. At the top, it shows icons for my wish list, coupons, orders and reward points. No need to search a menu for tabs or pages that I need because it's all right in front of me.

This place provides pretty decent cheap clothes. I don't suggest spending $30 on something from here tho because you can probably find something similar around the same price but better quality. From my experience, I get better quality for the simple cheap clothes, but it tends to look cheaper the more money I spend on an item. But overall, not a bad app

Overall, i love the clothes and the layout of the app. My only complaint is, I never once received tracking updates thru the app itself after shipping confirmation. I had to continually go into the email to get to my shipping link. Kinda defeats the purpose of the in-app tracking? *Update* my app will not show me any tracking and I have spoken with their reps saying my item left the warehouse. Bad in app tracking still

this app is completely unusable and has only ever been open on my phone once because i have not even been able to open it more than that. i have tried many things to fix it but nothing seems to work. sometimes when i try to open it it manages to cause my entire phone to freeze for a few seconds and i end up either having to turn my screen off and on again, after which i will be back to my home screen, or even having to restart my entire phone. please fix this app.

I tried registering and adding my password. Which had all the characters that were required. But it kept blocking my responses. So I tried a other password doubling down on everything it was asking. And it still didn't want to work. So I skipped the registering. And went to the app as a guest. And it kept freezing up. I immediately Uninstaller the app. My friends all had similar problems as well. To bad because they have great clothes. But so do tons of other stores as well.

I've ordered multiple items at different times and they have come as expected. I love the packaging it comes in because you don't have to mess with it much. Clothing has met expectations. The app is also not much different from the web browser and I like using both! You still get the same useful usage on the app and it's very easy to control as well as navigate.

I've shopped from Boston, MA and now from Mexico.... Shipping has improved greatly! I've ordered from some of their competitors too, and i gotta say, I've had the best experiences with zaful for sure. Love the suits, but i hate when something doesn't work, but then it's not even worth returning it most times. But i love the basics, and quality is great for the price !

It was a decent experience as far as ordering and receiving the items go. However, upon an agreement after a few sets of swim suits didnt fit, it was an agreement that was partially fulfilled. But, being able to start a message and get a reply was good timing. Fitting of the clothes vary and you definitely want to read the reviews on it that particular item fits small, just right, or too large.
