I login my account just one day earlier. A customer want his parcel delivery early and they blacklisted me . No communication , misunderstanding with drivers, low wage . So better to do other delivery jobs rather than this. Even 1 star is more for this application.

Worst app.you suppose to finish the run in two hours but the app does a favour to you and you hardly finish in 7 hours. No more jobs from zoom.

app is bad as other says i tryed to get help in one week after sign up no single delivery by time u open get bid is gone so unless u get app open all day and look screen but consumes battery and data no point at all from support only they say try reinstall and log did all no noise app makes when job comes no.matter why no jobs is gone is need heavy improvement like uber or others who notify u of work

The app need a lot of improvement, keep sending notifications of bids when I am not even online. When online and after reject bids or jobs the app keep notifying me with the same bigld/job once and once again...

Perfect for me. This app makes everything become easier for me to receive new bookings for same day express deliveries. This is quite an amazing piece of technology. I absoluately love this.

This application is ok however it is not a full time job average income per week will not pay your rent. Costumer support is great though when there are issues with jobs they are resolved quickly. If work was to improve rating will end up being higher.

Can't rely on Zoom2U to make a living! There rates has gone down significantly! Support team is bad & sometimes rude & unprofessional. No Zoom2U app support seems to care to respond to concerns here in Appstore! When their staff call you, always give you jobs people don't want coz it's too low rates or tough jobs, I stopped answering their calls. They don't care much when I call them for help so why should I be loyal to them!

underpaid drivers accepting $7 jobs for 10 to 15kms drop offs that includes going to pickup and then dropoff jobs. no one can rely for a living absolutely and bidding system is poor they suggest a poor pricing and only offer jobs to those who bid the suggested or low price. $60 for a 200kms job for example. app has also design flaws no notifications when app is closed. also they chargeback drivers who accept bid but for some reason are not able to complete the job. very bad.

This app has nearly damaged two of my new smartphone as it crashes the system UI repeatedly. The owners of this app need this app to make it stable to run smoothly on Android platform.

No notifications when work comes thru unless app is always open, and when you do get a notfication by the time you read it, its already gone. Can't rely on getting any work, and any jobs i have seen are really underpaid.. one i saw briefly was $7 to drive 40km.. yet comments on their customer app indicates they are expensive.. so the only one making anything is obviously the business and not the workers.

This app has gone from bad to ridiculous. As others have stated, the only way you can use it is if you have that app open all time and watching it 24/7. Notifications don't work. When you open the app you can see all the jobs you missed out on flick on the screen, that have been taken by desperados who watch the screen all day.

Very good, needs some tweaks throughout. I have been on this app as a driver for a few months and it is easy to use, but the constant booking pop-up does get annoying and tedious after a while. There is one improvement that I would like implemented in this app: can you allow drivers to see the bookings/deliveries yet to be accepted on the maps feature (i.e. Routes tab)? This will help reduce hassle and let drivers know which delivery they can take depending on where they are.

Zoom increased the prices that Bunnings pay them but heavily decreased the fees they pay the delivery drivers, there's at least 15 other apps to make more money per km and per delivery than zoom...I suggest some looking at this app investigates an alternative driving app.
