Strange app to get points. Went to toast box ordered drinks, paid, asked for yuu point and being told once paid can't get points. A lot of this kind of app wither you can get point at any time or scan receipt to claim points. Once the cashier don't bother to ask or the yuu sign not so visible, you going to miss to get the points.

Unable to use App when outside and when it requires an update. Click update via mobile data and yet unable to update. Allow users to continue using the app even if it needed an update. All other Apps on my phone allow me to continue using even when update available. As it is, this App already isn't that great. Points aren't attractive and no inclusion of optional card payment. Update : still unable to update using home wifi or use App at all.

Love the yuu card cos can get a lot of rewards, e.g $2 off eggs, rice etc. Also can gain points in term of $ value which i can offset against my purchase.

More to be explored! Though I find the passion card old "tap for more" scheme still felt better. Sentimentally at least :) Not sure if we could redeem cash off transaction directly with this or do we need to redeem vouchers everytime for everything? also a Suggestion: for the "transaction points log" in the app, I think it would be better to reflect merchant name instead of long series of transaction numbers so Users could track points are from which point-of-sale in particular. Cheers! :)

Feels unsecure when a 3rd party app asks me to input bank login and pin just to link card. Either get secure info straight from dbs or register our cards without such sensitive info required. Uninstalling.

Games reward no longer crediting even after completed the tasks. Pls fix the issue. Normally when i completed 1 task, the points are credited almost within 1-2mins....

READ BEF DOWNLOADING - PROBLEM WITH DBS LINKAGE OF CARDS Hello, I am unable to link my card - redirected to dead link nor am I able to access the customer service option in the app. 2 May - it's been about a week and from customer service side they've been going round the loop of repeating the terms of the app and asking me to approach DBS when it's a dead link in their app. Hope someone can find a fix for this because talking to CS is like talking to a wall.

I still like to tap with passion card for yuu, dun like to take out phone app. some guardian outlets change to another nets machine, they can copy my card no. but today 7-11 outlet say cannot u shouldn make it inaccessible! customers More troublesome take out hp !!

Login session expire every few days, after login need OTP from SMS then still need another OTP from email. Hello this is rewards app not banking app. Your rewards are so lousy there are hardly points to earn or deals so attractive that people want to steal. Elderly parents wanted to use the app but always have to get me to settle the login, its frustrating. Pls consider extending the timeout, otherwise we will just ditch the programme, it is not rewarding anyway.

I was delighted when I saw another ways to earn Yuu points by playing games. Recently there are some games I did not receive points upon completion. Check with Support and the answer is system recognise as Fraud Attempt and the reasons include play abroad, install same game in multiple devices but I did not do what was stated! As the level goes higher, same goes to the Yuu points, if unwilling to give then don't introduce.

I was happy with yuu previously but was disappointed lately when tried playing games from Arcade. Initially I was rewarded for points but later on not receive anymore even though met the criteria. The Arcade chatbot was not helping and no avenue to redirect the issue to live agent. When contacted General support, they told they couldn't help as need me to contact yuu Arcade support through chatbot which I already highlighted above issue. Disappointed with Arcade.
