This game have lots of bot and a few players. The devs on this game dont fix bug issues even the lost of character(becomes create new character) No positive review if you cant fix account error(some players experiencing where their character suddenly disappeared and became create new character) Youre just too strict to those refunding but not taking actions to those players complaining about the game bugs and errors.

The graphics is fine. But please fix the server. I have made progress in two servers now. I can't even re-enter those server. What do you want the players to do? Remake in various server? Server that I made a progress in are always full. Might wanna set limits of account entered the server. Let's say 30000 players in 1 server. These 30000 that made progress are the only one that can re-enter fast. If limit of acount reach. I know programming it will be hard. Well, It's just my opinion.

Playing this Game would be very nice if There will be No BOTS. There are lots of BOTS around specially in Dragon Cave where you can gather Crystal for you to forge TIGEREUM. sadly you will not see those crystals because those Bots are automatically standing and jumping to those crystal spots. Its not fair for other players. My friends who use to play this game. Quited and uninstall the Apps. For me i believe and hoping that your going to fix this issue. And have a fair gameplay experience.

Servers are always full because of the multiple dummy accounts created by greedy players to grind crystals. Some can't even enter the same server they were in before they logged out. They just tend to create fresh character in another new server. Waste of time and effort if you are just going to lose the progress you have worked on so much.

My problem here is that, why increase the amount of server when you can just increase the limit of the other server that's already running. I know others said similar things as well, because of the limit or maximum player in each sever's, I can't open my other account (main). Because the server is full, which gives me an option to create new account, and make the other account pointless. The game is decent and fun to play but the server limit is truly disappointing.

Always say people in the sever queue has reached it maximum limit making it impossible to enter the game and created so many new sever but I already have level 40+ in Asia 16 I don't want to start over!! Can you please fix it. It a really fun game and I wanna keep going but this problem make it so tired just to play only just to log in have to wait 1,2,3,4,5 hour and then have to start over again?? Getting in feel like winning a big lottery fix it please!!!!

The game is good; the graphics, the skill etc. Yet, the healing system is sucks! the items to full up the HP stock are too expensive and it's hard to get, and there is a lot of healing potion in my bag but I can't use it in p2p battles, dungeon, and matches. That is sucks' useless. And also the BOTs in dragon cave are sucks!

Yes i enjoying this game but in the past few days, when i just a low lvl player i noticed that there's a lot of bug that's irritated me well i just didn't mind it because yulgang is going to fix it. But day by day the bug that keep poping up. and the one main problem the players reach lvl 40. 'Authorization failed' that say when players Binding there account in wemix. so please fix the main probem. YG say this game is a P2E but how can we'Enjoy- 2E' this game if the main problem is not fixed?..

I would've rated it 5star if only this game can have more consideration to it's players. Everywhere you go, there are more bots than actual players. Regarding on "DEMON HUNTER CAVE" it would be better instead of using tokens to go to the other floors, just limit the players by their levels. For example levels 50-55 on 1st floor, 55-60 on sencond floor and so on. So everyone would be focusing on leveling up more to obtain more crystals. You can add xp boost on top up market for you to earn more.

Gaming experience is okay it's just that you run out of quest at certain level and get stack in there, graphics are okay. My only concern is the server is always full and smelting Crystals to TIG is not even working all the time, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I even tried making new account and character to try if I would have the same problem and guess what, now I couldn't even bind my Wemix account to the game. Anyways this is a problem that could be fix. Overall the game is fun.

After several patches I still can't forge. Still saying invalid request. Before I was able to do so. I've follow the instructions still didn't work. And the customer assistance is useless, you'll just be in a loop with out resolution. Please fix it. The game was fun and interesting just need to fix few more things. Specially the Bots in the dragon caves ^^, ***After the last patch After 2 invalid request upon forging it stated that I already reach the maximum forging attempt for the day

The game is fun and easy to play. I love it. The only thing I hate was that when I enter a battle team (either in dungeon, tournament &etc.) I'm always unlucky to team-up with players who likes to leave the team battle early. Not even staying for seconds. Leaving me alone to complete the team battle.

I play the game for the past 2 weeks I know some players are complaining. Me as well, because sometimes the game just crash for no reason specially In demon hunter cave as well as bots in the game if you can't fix it why bother play it plus the guild system is trash plus the acquisition of materials are little bit harsh to find. Lastly the meal system are quit too slow to recover if ever there is a way to get bound ingots not in achievement but rather converting from coins it would be better

Game is good. The graphics is good. You can level up fast as long as you play hard. But the big but is you cannot bind your wemix wallet to the app itself. Then yes, you will do research how you can resolved the problem. After 300 retries or as if 4ever retries finally we've bind our wemix to the app. And the the next thing you will discover you cannot forge because the server have reached the limit. Piece of advice why not make a limit to every player/day. Not in a server. Dats unfair!

I love the game and it's game play experience... But the problem is with forging crystal and linking with wemix wallet, the most frustrating thing for me... This kind of game play is my favorite but why do you promote something that doesn't work... Maybe if you give other options (other than wemix wallet)... this will greatly improved your rating... Options!!!

The game overall is good its just that forging crystal to TIG doesn't even work it just says invalid request and when i go back to yulgang it just says authorization failed i search for some tutorial or tips how to fix this and none of them work and seeing the date of tutorials posted it seems that this problem has been around a year and still not fixed. One star will update the rating once this is fixed.

It would be great if there was a mini map on the screen so we could see where were heading to without feeling lost, and going in circles. Also camera rotation for a better view of the area of the map /or location of where were at and NPC's name and there purpose should be put as well. For Example: Dampyo (Crafting/Craftsman). And kindly please do something about the queue, bots and everything else that is needed to be fixed. Thank you! :)
