It appears that the tablet version of this app works just fine on my Samsung (android) phone. I simply decided in desperation to try it and it works like a charm right now. So unfortunately for all involved, I'm updating my rating for this version from a four star to a zero because it appears to be lost in cyberspace.

Good for those listed. Not all businesses are listed, so those you have to look up elsewhere, but the ones with a listing, you can call, get directions via Google, see the website, and more, straight from the YP app! Makes it easy when you can pull it all up without requiring your full attention. I still would pull off the road to use it if you are driving, but it is a timesaver!

The flashing through screens at the beginning is annoying & painful, not to mention unnecessary. Especially to people like myself with migraines. You didn't have that before the last update to your app, please go back to that way! Other than that I do really like this app. I like the "save" option so I don't have to fill my contacts with businesses I only use sometimes.

For the most part, I like the Yellow pages app. But this is for LOOKING 👀 numbers up. Not necessarily Calling that number right that min. So why do i have to click on the📞 icon and then, I have to give it time for the call to connect, then hang up. B4 they answer and look at my Recents. Just to see the #. And it is not just my phone because, I have 3 📱phones. all for different purposes. And all are different brands. And all i can see without going thru this is the area code.

What I've found is that they're very limited in their information. Sometimes the destination you're looking for isn't listed even though you have been there before and know that it's there. Otherwise they make using the app fairly simple and seeing how the phone books are becoming totally obsolete it's nice to have this app.

A great search tool for just about any service you need! I love the "add photos" option and MyBooks feature articles especially. Throw away that old phonebook...this is everything you need to make the call during just the right moment! Thanks for a very diverse app YP!

I used to really like this app, especially for gas prices. Now prices are no longer updated timely (behind at least a week). I also don't appreciate how choosing "directions" opens up Uber. It used to open Google Maps at least on my phone. I probably will no longer use this app if these things do not change. Edit 8/7/2021: Prices back to timely updates and given a choice as to which app to use for directions. Rating increased back to 5 stars.

I used to use it for everything to look up, but it has become more and more inaccurate. I end up looking up a business & calling it to order something, only to find it is someones cell phone # now. This has happened numerous times, and I'm tired of bothering people and then calling them back to make sure i hit the right call button, only to embarass myself with the same wrong number. I don't know if the the app is actually ever updated or not. I will try a different app unless it improves.

I found info that will help. However, the one provider that had a website was ineffective to me. It offered a quote, which is what I wanted in addition to services. That's why I gave it 3 stars, which was generous. Never did get a quote for a simple service, which is not "The Yellow Page's" fault...the remaining few simply provided a phone number. The Yellow Pages did the best they could, I guess.

Whatever you have done on the last 2 or 3 updates, TRASH IT!! And bring back the old system. I'm a truck driver and used the app daily across half the US. No problems at all and 99% accurate. Now it can't find my Location, even if I type it in. Takes multiple tries to finally find the business, IF it even does. Guess I'll use Google til you fix this.

This App is not up-to-date on Business Changes since COVID. Many restaurants are closed that show as Open. Or their menus do not show all, details missing, or click on menu & it may go to a take-out service, who's service page does not work! Frustrating! 1 restaurant showed as open, I drove there to find it no longer exist. Another mapped location incorrectly & could not find. This often has been before Covid & now is worse. May uninstall YP.

Does what you want it to and a little more. Rarely incorrect in my experience and a few errors can be expected occasionally. A business may move, close, etc. And it may take the app sometime before it is known and reflects such. Besides a few giant paper books laying around for select areas, now there is an app that covers everywhere. What's not to like?

Getting frustrated with this app. On multiple occasions now, this app has lead to places that no longer exist. Doesn't update it's information nearly enough. Some of these places I find out have been gone for years. Downgraded to 2 stars. My advice is to just use Google. That got me quicker and more accurate results.

Used to use this all. the. time. to look for the phone numbers of businesses I need. Now, it simply pretends to work but does nothing. It "searches" and "searches," looking up a number forever! I don't know what happened (and I see I'm not the only user who's experiencing this, sadly,), but I've uninstalled the app. No point cluttering my phone with something that doesn't work....and seems to have no developers anywhere in sight to fix it.

So helpful. I use it almost daily to get phone numbers, addresses and times for businesses. Often times links to. other info such as prices/menus or kinds of things they sell. Love that it links to GPS for directions. Update...i don't know if there was an app update or just something not right, but this app doesn't do anything now. It acts like it is searching, but it never does anyone than that. I'll have to look for another app.

Not horrible, but could use some updates. You can't filter by reviews, has lots of ads that look too much like results. Plus the ads seem to be old, like 2 or 3 years ago. Does anyone actually use it?,. I still have it, but be careful I know there are listings that are completely bogus. Not been there, next will be. I have reported several times to no avail.

There's a lot of outdated information that needs to be weeded out. Listings often show businesses that had either shut down or moved years before. Edit: three years later, nothing has changed. I often see listings for businesses that folded years ago, inaccurate business hours, incorrect phone numbers. I'm reducing my rating from 2 stars down to 1.
