Downloaded this because YouTube in browser (set to desktop mode, btw) forced me to when I clicked "Channel Customization." Well where is it?! Either it doesn't exist on the Android app or it's so well hidden behind a clunky interface that it might as well not exist. FIX THAT, maybe you'll get 4 or 5 stars. All I want is to change my featured video without having to boot my computer, which is currently down for maintenance and upgrades.

I love using this app for checking up on any comments that I receive on both of my YouTube channels, downloading and editing thumbnails, and editing my video titles and descriptions. However, I wish there were a way to do more in-depth things, like adding and editing closed captioning on videos. I'm often unable to get enough time to do it on my computer, so it would be great to be able to have more video editing tools on this app.

Solid app, could use some improvements such as a dark theme mode, also sometimes when you go to monetize a video it doesn't update that you did and you have to keep trying. The ability to edit the videos in the app would be nice, but doesnt have to be complicated, just simple things like adding/taking away music or changing the filter.

I tried emailing the developer, it said that email address is no longer being monitored. Had no problems with YouTube studio app up until about a week and a half ago, am unable at present to clear my notifications, whether I swipe or hit clear all up in the top right of the application, they disappear the minute I go back in the notifications they all reappear. I really don't want to have to use my computer every time I need to do something on YouTube studio. Please fix it.

I use this app every day. Things were generally fine, but recently the notification area will not clear. Whenever I clear the notifications, then refresh the app, they all come back. It's been days since this started, and the notifications start to pile up, making it hard to respond to my viewers. If it continues to be a problem, I will have to rely exclusively on the web app instead of my phone, which is not my preference.

Bizarrely, the numbers shown in the studio app are different from those shown on the Dashboard website, sometimes by a substantial margin (subscribers, viewers, income, etc.). In fact, they're different from those *within the same app*, as the subscriber count shown in the left hand account selection menu is different from that on the main page. It's still useful for community interaction, but not for any number management.

Basic yt studio functions are here(descriptions, playlists, scheduling videos), but most are not (end screens, splitting/editing videos etc). If you want a quick overview of your channel with basic stats, this is the perfect app. If you want web browser yt studio in this app with all the web features, you will be highly disappointed.

It's painfully slow. Trying to type out descriptions takes forever. It lags on every letter. There are missing features. Why can't I see my list of subscribers? The features they do have are confused and limited. Specifically, it doesn't always let you know when you get a new comment, but the filters are maddeningly unhelpful. This app needs a lot of work.

Straight forward and well designed. The functionality is almost there, but I would really like to see the ability to sort content by release/scheduled date. Which is currently locked to upload date. It'd also be nice to be able to create playlists in the app. Rather than having to create one on YouTube, in order to edit it here. I'd bump it to 5 stars with these changes.

I love the app. But having your description copy from when you have it saved in the settings, should copy on the phone, like it does on the Computer version. And also, having an option to automatically have an end screen would be nice rather than manually doing it. I run 5 channels at once. So that would be a nice thing to have. Other than that, it's a great app!

YouTube Studio is pretty easy to use and I'm glad dark themes are becoming common! I have one issue with the apo, however: I'd like to add captions to my videos without having to use a computer. I can't even add captions on my phone's browser, because it just opens up the app, instead of sending me to a page to manage my videos. It's frustrating, to be honest, and as someone that relys on captions to know what's going on, we should be able to add, edit, and publish captions on this app.

Somewhat decent, but there's no way to add/change/remove cards and end screens, no way to edit subtitles, no way to change thumbnails on shorts videos, and most importantly, no way to access the YouTube audio library! Also no way to change the channel layout. All of those said features are on the desktop version but not on mobile, but other than that, it's pretty good.

This app was fantastic, used it for years, it was so helpful. Now recently there was a change that makes it very inconvenient 😥. They took away the ability to search for a playlist on your channel. I so many playlists, that search ability was vital. Now I can only search for videos, but no search results come back for playlists I search for. 😡You have no idea how inconvenient that is for me

Well, I had just spent the last 15 minutes or so changing thumbnails and titles for videos I've made. I refresh on both the website, and the app only to see they're still the same. I decided to give it time, about 10 minutes to see if it was still loading, but none, not even the first video I edited is shown to be changed on both the website and app. However, it still shows edited thumbnails, titles, etc. In this app.

It was all good just a few hours ago...what happened? Today is 5/22/20 and I just uploaded a video & custom thumbnail just hours ago. Now, not only can I not save my custom thumbnail again (changed my mind about the last one), I also can't save the changes I've tried to make in my advanced settings. The save button literally doesn't work but if push the select button it works which is weird. They're in the same spot on my phone. Please fix this immediately! This app was so awesome before this!

This app was great until 2 days ago. All the sudden the "save" button does now work at all. It is completely greyed out. You cannot save anything. We can make all these changes like the Thumbnail and tags but then you cannot save it. I tried everything and it will now work. This is a HUGE problem. If you cannot save any changes what is the point? PLEASE fix this and you guys will get 5 stars again!!

Being able to see channel analytics on the go is awesome. However, the app feels incomplete. My 2 complaints: 1. The graphs are pretty minimal; it would be nice if we could have more detailed graphs like we do on the computer Studio. 2. Navigating the graphs as they are is difficult and frustrating. Right now, if you want info on a specific date or time, you have to tap on it. The problem is that the graphs are tiny and it's extremely easy to tap on the wrong date or time. It would be nice if there was some kind of tap-and-scroll feature to enable precise selection.

The app mostly works, and it's handy for keeping an eye on your performance data on the go. The reason I gave three stars is because trying to change titles or descriptions on videos is an exercise in frustration, because the text editor keeps closing every few seconds. If this gets fixed, I'll change my rating to five stars.

A decent way to manage my videos on the go. However, I do wish that the option to sort by publish date was available. It makes it difficult to see what videos are queued up on my channel for release when they're all out of order. --- Edit: They FINALLY fixed my one issue I had with the app!

Seems to be useful for some tasks, but pretty unreliable on making description edits, plus you don't get full analytical information over the app (you still have to get to a PC to show information negated by the app, like downvotes for example). Regarding description edits, the last edit I attempted 4+ times tonight through the app (where it just wouldn't update); I gave up trying to do it through the app & decided to wait until I got back to my PC to make the edit...
