very poor customer service. if you are using paynow to Duitnow (which I attempt to do on my first attempt), the transfer was put on hold because some identification check is required. ding ding dong dong, I ask for, who's identification is required, sender or receiver, no response. fund put on hold. now I request for the transfer to be cancelled, the customer service told me 35sgd cancellation fee is required when nothing was done. already planned to cancel and switch to WISE or REVOLUT

keep having problems with the app, keep stating, "something went wrong." Have to uninstall n install again to get it works just once, then something went wrong again. Have to keep uninstall n install the app to get it working properly again.

Made quite a few transactions in October but it didn't show up in my transaction history via the app. Last transaction shown was in September. Re-Logged in and re-installed my app to no avail. Fix the bug perhaps?

I added a new debit card in order to top up to youtrip. It's been 2 days and the 50 cents charged to my debit card still hasn't been refunded. Other cards do this buy refunds the amount immediately but youtrip so slow. 50 cents also want to keep for so long for what?

Just only Jap currency rate went up to 118.4 and the app is jammed can't Top up, can't exchange currency. Please fix this issue. Edit : It has only been resolved once the app traffic flow has gone down. When this happens again, this issue will still happen. Tell me is the problem solved?

I changed to a new phone and when I tried to add my card to google wallet, it says "something went wrong, invalid argument". When I tried again, same thing. Tried adding in Google wallet, same thing. Nobody seems to be able to rectify the issue. It is so frustrating.

I initially planned not to review since it has been resolved but right until the end. They are blaming gcash(mobile wallet in the Philippines) for the 1 week delay. I found out, they are accepting overseas transfer to Gcash even if they are not official partner. The money would go through local banks first. So how would I suppose to track. They keep on telling me transaction has been completed on their end. No support at all. not even once they apologized! so stressful!

Card suddenly cannot paywave or ezlink. Cannot see card number in app. Always show 'Something is Wrong'. Now cannot even uninstall when I try to uninstall to reinstall. Really don't know what's wrong with the app now.

Very impractical when you request the bank statements. Instead of generating one in-app, customers are expected to call the call center, who will THEN send the documents via email! Very inconvenient and would recommend other apps. I called the call center 20 minutes ago and haven't received the documents yet! I had to call again to follow up because I needed the documents urgently. I finally got them then!! A long time customer but seriously considering moving to other cards

I keep encountering the error something went wrong when trying to use the app. Unfortunately, I got charged twice because the app had a delay when I tried to change currencies the second time because of the error. Really disappointing.

Hi i am unable to register for this. When it comes to the email verification step, it keep repeating when i was told to click the "Confirm email address" button in the email. Have tried reinstalled the Apps many time, same problem. Can the team assist? Thanks

Rather often when I open the app, or click on an option within it, it shows "something went wrong". Closing and restarting the app doesn't help. Too unstable to be reliant on solely when overseas. Hope it will get better.

used this app long ago, decided to give it another try. on my first launch i managed to successfully login and was browsing halfway when the "something went wrong" prompt came up. i reopened the app and couldnt even get past the loading page. LUCKILY i didnt top up money yet. imagine this happening on my trip when im about to make transactions.

keeps having errors easily in the sap when exchanging currency after the Sep25 update. And you cannot close and reopen the app to walk off the error. Even if you reopen the app, it keeps saying "Something went wrong". You have to wait a damn 10mins before reopening it again. And then if error happens again when converting currency, it's back to 10mins wait again! What's wrong really?

Edit: youtrip team was proactive in solving the issue, and glad that it wasnt a removal of a feature. Have revised my ratings. Thanks to the team for assisting! I used to love the transaction being shown on the home page but now it seems like i need to go into each currency wallet to see that specific transaction and furthermore i have to choose the time period i can see, and only up to 31 days. If i cant rmb when the transaction was made i had to search it month by month which is poor design

I have starting to use it when I was in Korea, the app is great and convenient, easily to check the amounts out I spent. However, when im trying to show details of my card on the app, it always show "sorry, something went wrong, pls rey again later." I uninstalled once and reinstalled, it stills the same. Hopefully to solve it ASAP

its an unreliable app. i topped up 100 to my card (lucky its 100) and the amount was deducted from my account. status in youtrip also shows successful. yet no money on the youtrip card. Imagine you are travelling and rely on youtrip, you are finished!!! use youtrip at your risk. i am not using it after i spend whatever is left and of course recovering my 100. SUPER UNRELIABLE. WONDER IF ITS CHINA APP

Conversion rates are good. However, when I try to show details of my card on the app, it always show "sorry, something went wrong, pls rey again later., it has been happening for 8 days already, I am unable to book my Airbnb because I don't have my card details. I uninstalled once and reinstalled, it stills the same. Truly a massive hindrance.

Good exchange rates, however, the app have been consistently coming up with the "Something is wrong" message when trying to see card details, becoming more of a hindrance than a convenience, failing when it is needed the most. Wonder what's the deal with making it so difficult to view card details when all other functions are just working fine

When switching UTrip app to SMS to get OTP code, UTrip switch back to login mode, this is not helpful; how are you suppose to retrieve SMS OTP codes or getting my banking app OTP codes ? Should allow to stay in background Need to have a separate limit for pending spent transactions and top up. Some items take too long to clear, as long as 7 days! Not a good business proposition to encourage frequent use of this card. Minor savings if you only allowed $3K spending. Keep your credit cards handy!
