Booked a spot from 27.07 to 29.07 near st pancras to catch a train for Paris Olympics. All bays were full, nowhere to park. Had to kind of reverse into a bush, so that don't block other cars. Customer support non existent. Tried calling - all operators are busy. Tried chat, ai not is useless, no options for my specific problem. Tried contacting support, throws an error with no explanation. From now on will only use the competitor app.

Stay away from this company, especially for long/rolling contracts. There's no customer support, no phone number, it's all revolving about squeezing as much money as possible from the driver and space holder. 'fun' fact, if you select the notice option on the automatic chat, it runs into error.. how convenient

UPDATE: AVOID AVOID AVOID. Followed the instructions, parked in the correct bay and received a £100 PCN which after investigation, YPS upheld the decision of the parking enforcer. I then sent 5 pages of evidence to the PCN issuer who agreed the fine was issued in error. SO USERS BEWARE - YPS say they will challenge a PCN but in my case they did not and it was up to me to prove they were wrong.

great for budget and safe parking, edit: iv had an issue that I needed resolving but it takes hours if not days to get in touch, so if u have a booking coming up soon and need help, all the best, also some of the spaces on here don't seem to be by the actual owners. Iv had people leave notes on my car asking me not to park there when iv paid for it.

Check this ,I bought a parking from the app I payed 26 £ , when I finish work I go to the car I find a tiket on it 100£ penalty 😅, I email costumer service explaining the situation and what they say '' I SHOULD PUT A badge on the windscreen '' There was not information on the app telling to put a badge , How I'm gone know and I end up paying for penalty to How bad it's that ,thas disgusting costumer service shame on you ,I park there 2 time before and did not get a tiket ,

Lately the apps UX has nosedived. Scrolling the map is near impossible, any horizontal movement triggers scrolling to another screen.

This used to be great. So fast. Now it doesn't pick up your location, and when you search for a location, it just tells you about ulez! Absolutely rubbish. Whatever the developers have done recently, reverse it. It's a waste of time. Faster to queue up and pay manually. Abysmal.

I booked a "guaranteed" space at a premiere inn in warwick. The premiere in had no knowledge of having an agreement with the YourParkingSpace app. No knowledge of it and furthermore they did not charge for parking. Absolute scam. When i tried to contact the app customer service there was no-one available to answer my call. You have been warned.

There is so much wrong here it's hard to know where to start. I didn't have the app so I parked using the web site. I was sent a password in an unencrypted email and there's no easy to change it in the app. The email said I would get discount on my first booking in the app but there's no sign of it. And it tells me they're are no parking spaces available in the search area even then I'm standing in a car park that uses this app. I have four other parking apps and they all work much better!

App itself is easy to use and good stock of parking locations, however amending a booking leaves a lot to be desired as you can't edit the start time off a booking. We needed to arrive early than planned, but as you can't amend the start time, I had to cancel and rebook and only got 50% of initial booking back. 😡 Also, id advise not using it to book for things like cricket which could end early as you won't knows until it's too late to receive a full refund. 😡

used it once, got to the parking garage and could not get the app to open the shutter to get in. App looks good and easy to use but if you can't get to your parking space it's really useless. Could not get any support to fix it and the chatbot is useless, not even a phone number for customer support. I followed ALL the instructions in the app and it did not work, there were no contact details to contact the space owners and I didn't get a reply on the chat.

Poor app, has vehicle details like MOT reminders that don't update and can't find vehicles with change of reg plate presumably because they don't refresh their underlying database or do fresh imports from the DVLA. A feature intended to help users has become an annoyance.

Awful company. I paid £28 for 2 days parking at Luton Airport. When my flight was delayed by 2 hours, I tried to add extra time. They charged me an extra £42 for those 2 hours. Reused a refund. If I hadn't have paid for the extra hours, I would have got a ticket. I'll never use them again. AVOID!

This is really bad service , don't use it . They take 2 months upfron and unless you terminate 1 month in advance you lose 1 month worth of service . There is no way to communicate to customer service , they keep sending bills after I've cancelled and I had to block them from my card. Really awfull experience . Strongly recommend not to use

Excellent UI in the app, clear signs at carparks making payments easy. However, very limited ways to contacting them without a AI chatbot blocking you. Got a parking fine even though I had paid for parking. Couldn't even get an explanation. App - 5 stars Customer service - 2 stars

This app is a scam! DO NOT USE THIS APP TO PARK IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE CITY COUNCIL SPACES as there is no communication between the company who owns the app and the city council. I paid for parking via the app as instructed by the city council on the side of the parking meter as they advertised that it was "quicker and more convenient". when I returned two hours later, a parking fine from the city council had been issued even thought I paid the full amount via the app. Horrendous experience!

It's an ok app, but you're unable to manage your own parking spaces through the app and have to do that through the website. Also, when listing your space, there is no settings to list the charge for electric charging. If you add electric charging available, it should allow you to add the charging rate.

There's something fishy about this app. Twice I've used this app to park at Shannon street Leeds. I've put in the window of time and paid. Both times I've gotten a parking charge from this carpark despite parking well within the alloted time. I'd be suspicious of using this again despite having good UX. If it doesn't grant you the proper access of the parking space for what you book then it simply isn't fit for use.

Although the app is not bad, I have had a very bad experience as a space owner in Ireland because they are not ready to operate outside UK. My space was booked for four months and never got paid on time. Every month, I had to request to be paid and their CS was unable to provide clarification about what was going on. Their last payment took two extra months, came short and from a random person sending me money via Revolut, without any email or receipt. Very poor.

Read the small print and make sure you understand it well! I ended up paying two months parking instead of one because I hadn't cancelled a month parking as soon as I had booked it. Weird stuff and frankly it sounds like a trap one can easily fall into. I will report them to Which? In terms of consumer rights, this sort of cancellation policies need exposing, it is not OK.
