Decent experience, but You gove doesn't give survey's often, I last received a month ago, but I rate them good their rewards are good but you have to wait very long I accidentally deactivated "pulse" they doesn't allow to reactivate this , This is very frustrating. Can any one help me on this please? Now its two years, I have not reached 5000 points only virtual points.. No rewards in practical even after2 yrs Very annoying, no reply from their customer care

cannot get Pulse to work right and have never received a response from support. it says I need to install a CA certificate in settings but there isn't anything like that in settings. I doubt I've been getting any credit this whole month despite the intrusive app.

I'm getting surveys only twice per month and the two I've had this month are low points. You have to get 5000 points to claim a reward which is either £50 in cash or gift card for various retailers. I started at the end of April and it's now nearly end of June and I have only got 775 points so far. Probably won't be until about February 2025 when I get up to 5000 points.

App works fine but the number of surveys I'm offered has dropped off massively as I get closer to being able to claim my reward. Started out getting a couple of surveys a week but now lucky if I get one a month. Seems a little scamlike so that they don't ever have to pay you. It's interesting that a lot of people mention offers of gift cards but the only reward I have available is a £50 transfer once I reach 5000 points. App is often glitchy - doesn't show daily survey results.

Why is it trying to force me to use the app in traditional Chinese language? I have tried reinstalling + even logging in & out again after reinstalling to change to English, but the moment I logged in, it jumps straight to Trad Chinese and I have no ways to change this in settings! And you can't even cash out now because they force up to change your personal particular-name and country to Chinese.... Like what?!

I'm on several of the survey sites and this one is my favorite!! I haven't had any issues with redeeming my points and I feel like the YouGov survey site pays better than most of the other survey sites that I've tried!!! I would highly recommend this site to anyone who would like to take surveys for points/gift cards!!!

I love giving my opinion! So this is a great app for me, even though my choices are one vote among many thousands. Another thing I love is some extra cash! It's not much, but you get a few thousand points for each survey, and with enough points, you can get a 15-25 dollar gift card from major stores like Amazon. So, it's a fun app with occasional cash. Can't go wrong, really.

Even if you do every single survey they send your way (which feels like a lot, especially considering how time consuming they can be) it takes waaaayyy too long to be able to redeem a reward. Not worth the time and effort at all. Also it's absolutely by design that if you misclick once you lose all survey progress and receive NO credit, even if you did the entire survey. As if this company is incapable of saving survey progress as you go along? No.

I really liked the surveys I qualified for however the VPN slowed my device too much. I lasted 3 weeks and had to uninstall because of the affects on my other apps. It didnt pay enough for the inconvenience of slow and unstable network when I had apps that actually paid. The surveys are honestly great though just not enough compensation for the time and effort it takes.

Yougov is an amazing app/service tbh. Coming from someone who's been using it for a couple years now, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The surveys are never too long & their super easy to complete. Not to mention, their surveys actually ask the most important questions relating to the world these days which I absolutely love! Also, you get your rewards as promised as well. I've cashed out many times with them and it's always on time and never a hassle!

During a survey if you accidentally go back or switch to another app/phone call, then try to resume the survey 9 out of 10 its unable to go back where you left off and you can't continue. Its infuriating when your 15 mins into a high point survey and seems like you don't get the points either. Realized the website does hold your spot and might rather just use this option rather than the app

I had to change my reveiw. I did a survey for $10 and 5000 points and I never received either one. I also cashed out at the same time and got an Amazon gift card for $15 and I never received either one. It's been several weeks for one and 2 weeks for the other. I have emailed them and they have responded but never fixed anything. These surveys apps really need to get it together and try to retain their long time customers instead of treating them like trash. Uninstalled. Don't bother with this.

I'm pleasantly surprised to actually find an app that pays out for opinions. I get a survey almost every day, and have redeemed two $15 Amazon gift cards already in about...(4?) months. It takes awhile to accumulate points, but it's worth it. I only wish once you've redeemed a gift card, it didn't take 10 days to 3 weeks for them to e-mail it to you, so you can finally use it. It should be automatic; same day as you click 'redeem', it should be in your inbox.

I DO NOT get all the points that the surveys tell me I'm going to get at the outset. This last survey said it was worth 4,000 points. At completion my points went from ~11,00 to ~ 13,000. This has happened in the past too. Very frustrating. If it happens again I'm deleting. I'm certain I'm down at least 30 percent in accrued points. It's not really worth doing the surveys to begin with. But then to not get the points you're supposed to is beyond irritating.

I've been using YouGov's website for a month now and have found that it is fairly easy to navigate and works well. That said, the app is trash. I've attempted this last survey 10 times and had to continously restart the app due to "An error has occured." Not only have a wasted time, but when technology fails seemingly for no reason it tend to be aggravating.

Great app. I've been using it for years. I wish we had the ability to cash out with PayPal. I love the flash surveys! 3/14/24 Edit: I just redeemed 30K points for a $25 Walmart gift card. Within 1 minute, I received the card via email and added it to my Walmart wallet. Back when I first started, I had to wait for rewards to be sent via mail! I've never had an issue redeeming anything.

I'm not getting the points for completing surveys. This has happened about 3 times! These surveys take time to complete and to not be rewarded is very, very frustrating to say the least! I contacted support and was told to send a screenshot of the email for the surveys. I delete the majority of my emails once I read them, so they won't pile up on my accounts. So far I'm on the fence as to whether I'm going to keep the app or delete it... Again, it's very very frustrating to not be rewarded!

It's pretty okay. You get rewards for completing surveys and collecting a certain amount of points. It takes forever though. Some surveys seem to ask invasive questions like my address and name. Even though they say it won't be shared, I still don't feel comfortable doing so. There's no way to skip or remove surveys you don't like so you're stuck with the last one you started until it expires. Really sucks.

Stupid, glitchy app. I tried using Pulse (an optional part of the app) and it didn't work to set up. I followed the instructions precisely and it didn't work, just keeps showing "finish setting up Pulse." Also, on daily questions, sometimes one of the questions will say to choose all answer options that apply, but then it will only let you pick one option. Also, will say that daily question results are available, but then they don't show up and aren't available so you can't ever find results.

I like the surveys and the payout options. Although I'm having issues with a few things such as Pulse, I keep getting notifications, or when I go on the app that my "Pulse" isn't registering, under the "Task" tab, it shows that there's a survey available but when I click on the tab I get an error messages "There was a problem creating your profile, could you please re-enter your email address" I have sent messages to support through emails.
