Worked for a few years. Suddenly (I assume it is related to the most recent app update/firmware update) the camera is visible only from within the same WLAN. The router is close by, as it was, and working flawlessly. Resolved by a later update. Back to 5*.

Events are full of motion detections , BUT, no recorded videos in SD card, OR OTHER TIMES, no motion detection at all. Don 't buy cameras with yoosee software. Now it began to record and save only the last motion with much delay and after deletes it too. Time has come to destroy the 3rd camera with yoosee software in order to save my nerves. It's a pity that there is not zero points.

This is an update from my orevious review in April 2024. Since then, I've had another update and have had no glitches thus far. The app is good enough with occasional glitches e.g when there's an update cameras go offline and have to be set back manually. Date and time as well goes back to China time zone, playback is extremely slow, night vision is very grainy and i have wiped the lances clean so many times, they are clear in the day and grainy at night...Firmware updates crashes the cameras.

SCAM - buyer beware! The camera's features are purposefully crippled to drive people to subscribe to their overpriced cloud service. Recorded video footage can't be viewed from the SD card using this app. The adverts state that the cloud service is not necessary if you use an SD card but that is a lie - no alert event videos can be played back without a cloud subscription. Most advertised features are not available without a cloud subscription!

Very happy. Have two Yoosee cameras for a couple of years. Apart from the fact that they occasionally move themselves a little bit, they are brilliant. Haven't subscribed to cloud services. Have SD cards installed recording all the time. About a months worth. Have the latest firmware and Android app installed. Can review everything on the cards. Happy customer

This app falls short compared to other ipcam camera apps and is the reason I wouldn't buy another one of these ipcams. I bought a different brand and that app is much better... More control. For instance, I can't disable night vision, which I don't need when pointing out the window... It just reflects the infrared light off the glass and I can't see anything but a red glare

I've had this camera for a few months and so far I "was" quite happy with it, until the update. I've tried several times to reconnect it and all has failed. So now I've un-installed it and went back into the google store to wipe out the setting by removing it from games and apps, now I will attempt to re-install it and hopefully that will do the trick. If this final attempt doesn't work. I'm guessing I will toss it in the trash. It's not worth the time and trouble and the headache.

Good, but: 1. Better if invited guest mode allowed for storing favorite positions. 2. Better if user could assign static ip/port to properly facilitate the ONVIF server. 3. Better if it would always show video stored on SD card, instead, it mostly says "network busy, try again later". 4. Better if it had a robust ONVIF communication logger. 5. Better if camera positioning control were not backwards in unflipped mode. 6. Better if flipped/unflipped modes were reversed to reflect intuition.

Why are there ADS?! Cannot be immediately skipped or disabled. This app is not a place for ads. Users bought your hardware, we have no choice but to use your app for it's purpose. The startup ad is the last straw. By the time I get to view the live stream, it's too late and I have to review the recorded video but have to wait for it to get written onto the sd card.

Push notifications. currently, set to recieve no more then 1 per minute. but it just streams hundreds of beeps threw as if that setting doesnt exist, it surely doesnt work... well, I have news for you, that pisses me off. Surely I am not getting what I paid for. what's the point of offering those options, if they dont work? Also, regarding the high medium and low sensitivity settings for motion. the LOW setting doesnt work. need options to set where to monitor motion, not whole screen

UPDATE! APP IS ACCESSING CLIPBOARD WITHOUT PERMISSION! The app seems to work for viewing live, moving, but playback is a hit and miss. It'll say no sd card so I go out, take it out and right back in, format it and it'll work for a few days. I definitely don't use cheap sd cards so don't understand. Another major problem is it don't loop recording, instead it'll stop when card is full and you have to reformat it to record again!

App worked great with an older Android device. Ever since I upgraded to a Pixel 2 XL running on Android 9, I constantly get network error messages. But going back to the older Android 7 device and it connects great. Only giving it 2 stars because it worked on an older Android. Developers need to catch up and resolve compatibility issues with current Android version.

Don't buy. Camera movement through app is slow. I have my camera to always record because the record-on-movement option, it was too slow. Once the person ,or object, was gone, the camera would start recording. And finally, my biggest problem is that I can no longer access what is on the card. It always says connection error. So completely useless now to me.

Too many ads. And night vision is forced. For a hidden security camera, it's not safe. If it's night and a burger cuts on a light it'll give my camera location away. The night vision is automatic, and loud! If there is dim light it'll constantly cut off and on and it's annoying. Please add a night vision toggle option or I'm returning the product. Thank you.

I just installed this app to work with a Hiseeu device. Everything is working fine. I was concerned by the recent bad reviews. Possibly the firmware has been updated since then. If the app in not working properly, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling again. I also like the ability ability to switch the monitoring resolutions, in case of delays through the network.

The problem that I am having with the app is when someone pushes the button on the video doorbell and quickly moves out of view the app does not let me record that moment when the person is in view, they can out smart the save record, download function. It would be ideal if it were to be able to grab the complete moment and maybe just a second beforehand.

I have had this device for about 3yrs and absolutely loved it!!! Since the last update I really don't like it at all!!!!!!! It is slow tip pick up and record movement and going through playback is very tedious and stressful. Also no longer keeps correct time. It used to be very easy in a clear line and never missed a thing and timing stayed the same. PLEASEE RETURN TO PREVIOUS VERSION: (
