Unusable app. Cannot log in or set the MPIN. It just hangs and nothing happens. Very horrible experience.

Horrible app, just like the previous app. Takes forever to download and all features are of bygone ages. If you plan to copy the app similar to the Indian version, atleast make it as fast and smooth it is.

Mar 17 2021, Yono app does not work hung at device registered. App keeps sending OTP after entering customer id, user id and password. It does. It does not take me to account view page. I tried 5 times and I now give up . Pls fix it. It was working before.

Worst experience with the bank( Mississauga branch) and the app.No one is ready to help!! I am a new student been here for 2 months trying to set it up but unfortunately app doesn't work at all and bank employee never ready to help,never got a call back.

The app is not working properly I'm unable to log in using MPIN, Everytime they require username and password. Another issue is that not getting OTP for fund transfer apart from this, i can't access my SBI India account. So it's worst app to use...👎

Poor. Works only rarely. Very bad experience. Edit: changed from one to three stars as the developer reachout and provided solution to fix the issue. But still can't they clear data and cache when they push out the updates.

Not working 😭!!! The customer care service is not working. After I submit my application its showing time expired and login again. But when I try to login its saying the number is already in the data please use the existing customer. I dont have any customer Id. How can I solve these?

Trying to login with my existing user Id for many days.. Frustrating...always getting an me error "oops...wrong ID" I have always logged with the same id till few days back( before yono became mandatory). Any suggestions?

Worst app ever.... when u try to set mpin says fatal error. Asks for otp 1000 times even though mode is set to email it doesn't send otp to email.

Not letting me log in. Jumps to "Oops.....blah blah.." window everytime I attempt to login. Tried all apps from SBI. Ridiculous service by SBI. Hope Central Government has noticed this long overdue frustration from NRI customers!

So useless app. No one is working to make it friendly. Even after changing the password it doesn't let me log in. So frustrated.

This app is garbage. I downloaded this 2 days ago and the same message popping up on the screen since then. Like u will be connected to site soon. Its not functioning i wanna check my details of account and this app keeps on irritating me. Please fix this or give us another alternative

App is unusable after update Application loops at register user id and never goes beyond that . Once you reach the prompt this device is registered it kicks off and back on the starting screen. This is ridiculous that an update screws up. An app that is not great but usable to trash.

Calling toll free number is basically none existence customer service goes to voice mail and says (hannan Abdullah) which means it goes to 1 person as that's the name who you hear when goes to voicemail What's the point of toll free number if no one answers and there is 1 person working and goes to voicemail I never seen a bank that you call and goes to voicemail A bank big like this should have customer service I never once got hold of anyone as always goes to voicemail

Lot more features need to be added like etransfer , international fund transfer , Biometric Login system. Many other tabs like services, when clicked, kick out by saying oops time out.... For app developers: If you don't understand missing stuff, just copy the RBC bank app , its feature and make the same like that. Bug free, simple and easy.

I have been using this app for a while, this is the slowest banking app I ever seen and keeps logging me out due to some unknown error, thing just take too much time to load even if my internet is fast, the services provide is just basic especially the interac - e transfer doesn't even have auto deposit option, the debit card can't even be used to purchase online, and app interface is just bad they don't even have dark mode, you should make the app better to make people user your service more.
