This app was working earlier before and from six months it's not working even after several attempts. The account I have is an NRI account as well. Have contacted the branch several times and they are unable to bring up a solution. SBI should learn from Federal Bank and other reputed banks how to organise and support Internet banking.

I can't complete the registration. While I am going for registration first will select sim, which registered in bank. After that Registration interface will open to put user and password. After that submitted will show msg "we are unable to process your request, please try after some time". Since one week same story repeated.

Horrible app. It takes more time 2 load. If u r in hurry. Forget it. Mini statement showing only last 10 entries. Mpassbook option shows June 22 previous entries. What about June 22 to may 24 entries? It's really rediculous. If u go to sbi branch they refused to print ur passbook. They said go & print from passbook printing machine which was always dead. If u r lucky the process was very confusing. If u tried 2 print machine print entries which was already in ur passbook. Dont open account inSBI

Asking for feedback EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to close the app is very cumbersome and annoys me very much. I have already submitted the feedback like 10 times but still asks the same feeback every single time. ZERO STAR for being pathetic.

3rd class biggest scam while doing quick transfer...Money keep on getting deducted 15 to 20 times in a month and never reach to the reciever(transaction is failed but money will deduct for sure)...Never use for emergency money transfer especially quick transfer. It's scam...I have never seen a bank deduct money saying transaction in progress either payment should fail or success, 3rd class loafers bank they deduct money saying transaction in progress 30 times in a month and send money after 3

Worst technical support, i can't use this app after I changed my mobile in 2023 and from that moment onwards until today tried to register the app,lost so many pounds for international SMS and still the issue continues.Many times send the email but still SBIbcan't solve the issue.The same issues for my Wife Phone also Finally fedup after sending too many mails too.Time waste,stopped using SBI for the transactions because of this issue.

Transaction OTP not receiving to my UAE mobile number even trying many times. I am always facing difficulty in emergency situations. Forced to find other solutions. Update 30-05-24: no update from technical teams even after sending email. Still problem in receiving OTP.

As NRI first time when I installed it work. After year Then they asked for login password changed I tried it not less than dozens of time sms goes then when we try to login again with our online password please try after some time.i trued many ways but no Sucess. Deleted the app reinstalled it etc etc still very bad.

Useless app. All sbi apps are broken. First I was not able to register at all. Stuck at mobile verification. Then I finally able to login by yono lite. But cant to anything because otp is not received if trying to make transfer. I have other bank accounts as well. There apps are butter smooth. Only for this bank I have to open the actual website to get my work done. Even troubles on website. Countless restriction. After few days I have to update new password. Then new profile password & more

Another Trash from SBI, if the main yono app is trash, this Yono lite SBI app is top tier useles trash.I don't understand how this got 4 star rating. It doesn't work when u most need it. It doesn't even process the request to login and gives us a prompt to try again later, and then even if u try again later, the result is same. I thought this would work since the main app is not working, guess I was wrong. Please improve your app, even if u have to copy from other banks app implementation.

Great app for bank transactions. Very user-friendly . This app is not included BSNL for recharge. Hope you will include this shortcoming in next update. Got the developer communication, but the problem sited remains as it is that I can't recharge BSNL numbers. Expecting an earlier redressal for this short coming of BSNL recharge.

It's useless App. After downloading App, it takes directly to login page ID for registration and after entering username as in Bank account and password, always shown invalid ID and password and after three attempts, application reset but didn't turn to "forgot username login ID and password" why ?? Albeit it has been brought to the notice of SBI feedback platform but nothing satisfied with resolution

I had initially given Yono lite SBI a one-star review because the previous version did not allow me to register on the app. However, with the recent update, I am happy to say that I can now register and use the application again. The registration process was smooth and easy, and I have found the app to be excellent in terms of functionality. I would definitely recommend Yono lite SBI to others looking for a user-friendly banking app.

The application is handy when you only need to see the details of your account. When it comes to money transfer, the OTP SMS is not functioning. Waiting to get an OTP to complete the transaction is hopeless and always I need to switch back to the SBI website to complete the transactions. The developers or the concerned team should work on the enhance the user experience and the convenience a customer needs in using the banking app for his needs .

QR code scanner is not working. It is always giving the error "invalid QR code" for scanning any QR. Can you check that and fix this problem. Update (based on response): Thank you for answering but if we cannot scan any QR code then why it is given in the app? Also the error message says "Invalid QR code" which is wrong, you should display correct reason behind it so users are not confused.

Same old story. Every month this app gets technical issues. Last half an hour I have been suffering technical issues regarding download of 12 months'transaction statement from Sept01, 2022 to August31, 2023, with no success. After several futile attempts, the app develops technical issues. Raising a complaint also becomes impossible for technical issues. They don't fix this bug. Why?

App is very good and the only problem is in designing of the app layout. The "de-register" option is on just near to the back option of mobile. It will cause to reregistration while pressing the "back" option. Please rearrange the de-register option to any other place.

I remember changing deposit maturity instructions from this app, only to check it didn't even respect the changes. All I got just an in-app confirmation that the instruction has been changed. Over the next few months, I realised, it hadn't. This app doesn't even get the basics right.

The purpose of the app seems discouraging users to use the app. So many security settings in this app make it irritating while use. It keeps on logging you out even for a small duration. Different types of log in for different type of fund transfer. Opposite to the convenience of other banks application,the user interface is though good, but the process is tiring as due security features, doing everything becomes so difficult. Not recommended for day to day transactions.

Been trying to log in since yesterday - haven't received the OTP even once , been two days now and 7-8 trials ... Very frustrating , previous version though not good looking atleast used to log in - please correct the issue , very annoying especially for an existing user who is used to net banking ! UPDaTE , uts been 5 years now, this problem still exists ???? It had solved itself inbetween..
