Everything is fine ..but whenever we make payment we are unable to send the payment details to our business partner nor we are able to take scren shot ..so better team make shareing the payment receipt option.i hope your team will work on it

Thank you developet team. Last time i complained about app not working on wifi connection but works on mobile data. It is working now on both type of connectivity. Can you please add feature to approve incoming UPI payment request in UPI section?

The app always keeps asking for loan requirement. In spite of selecting not needed, each time this is continuing. It's very irritating.

The SBI YONO app is generally user-friendly and efficient, but it does not support the instant addition of beneficiaries for Saral accounts through ATM-like features. This limitation can be frustrating for users who need to make urgent transfers. Integrating an option for immediate beneficiary approval at ATMs would significantly improve the app's practicality and user experience.

Yono business now improved a lot. But scan and payment is not working at all by any means. Message is invalid scan code. Screen shot is not possible in SBI yono app. Every time I open the application and ask for loan and if denying then reasons for not to avail loan. This requires many steps to go in app and do the needful work. This should be once in a year or six months for your business .

Extremely user friendly mobile application for internet banking. The only problem being that in case you get locked then you have 24 hours penalty Are you visit your branch to get it unlocked. Banks like ICICI have a very good system of self recovery of your password by keying in your basic credentials and account details with OTP.

Following are major draw back with SBI yono business app 1. Instant payment option without adding beneficiary available for Rs 4999/- only, otherwise i have to wait for 4hrs to make payment to added beneficiary. My suggestion is this amount should be Rs 25000/- same as other bank given this facility. 2. Debit payment acknowledgement option available with download facility not with sharing features. My suggestion is app should be having sharing option feature for debit payment acknowledgement

In Fund Transfer, I got the message that Beneficiary Branch Name should not be more than 30 characters. However, the fact is that Beneficiary Branch name is not entered by user or admin. It is fetched by system itself. So, how can we control the length of Beneficiary Branch. This should be rectified by App Developer otherwise Fund transfer is not possible in such cases. And the app is not useful in such cases.

For transferring money, no OTP is received in my registered mobile number and hence no transaction is made through this app. Since last week while downloading the account statement only 0 byte is downloaded and it doesn't open in the microsoft app. Please sort out the problem. To maintain cash book and account of the office we need the account statement on day today basis.

Everything is working fine and the new UI made it better. But it would be convenient if the app had a MPIN system for login purposes.. Edit :30/06/24- Introducing the MPIN system is the best thing there could ever be, you really listened to people's opinions.. Well deserved for 5 stars One thing lastly, leave the app as it is, no need to change it..

Dear Officer This is to bring to your kind notice that while operating the Yono Business App I am unable to enter into the app. Whenever I am tapping the app button it only shows the circular loading circle throughout. Attaching and enclosing the screenshot for your kind perusal. Kindly support guide and resolve the issue at the earliest as it's causing a lot of trouble to us by and large. I am experiencing this since last Saturday and it's Tuesday today. It's working properly in laptop!

After the new update, Yono Business app has become very easy to use. M Pin is saving time. If there is an option like mPassbook in it, then it will be even more useful because only the last 10 transactions are visible in the mini statement section. Thank you so much for making this easy and useful.
