I've been working with these exercises for 2 weeks now and can very happily say that I'm very pleased with the app. I can feel the benefits already. It sets a very apt pace with levels of difficulty to choose from also. There are extra sessions too. And each day introduces something new and I haven't got bored with a routine yet. Moreso there are extras such as a step counter, dietary advice and a water intake reminder. Plus it's free and the ads are not intrusive. Positively recommended 💚🌿

Surprisingly good. Tho it's my second day but the exercises are what i need for now. The ads are terrible tho, i keep seeing war crimes. Not quite suiting with the yoga concept. The animations is pretty basic, it's not a fancy app but it's useful. Another problem is that it doesn't not remember my progress. I have 0% for yesterday and today. Tho I finished the exercises.

Honestly I'm one of them. I say I will do this until I run out of exercises and then end up stopping after 3 days. But this app is different it motivates me and is effective. I like doing this and there are also features like super flexible. Great app for beginners, intermediate or hard. Best thing is at first I couldn't do the intermediate so I did the beginner and after completing it I could do intermediate. I'm hoping it is the same with hard! Would definitely recommend. Thx for reading bye!

I really appreciate this app. First, its music really soothes while working out. I am currently working on the hard mode and it is where it should be: not easy at all but not at a level where your whole body aches after working out. I really like it. Plus, there are really not many ads that will distract you. None between workouts so i think it is pretty satisfying.

Many many exercises to choose from and make my personalized workout. Every exercise comes with a GIF + a short video with a real person! That makes it very easy to do the exercise right. BUT I don't like that when I wanted to use the section "Personalized Plan" I had to watch 3 ADS of 30 seconds each in order to "earn" access to that plan! I have the PAID version of the app. Apart from that annoying incident, the app is recommendable.

It was pretty nice. I love the reward system 'coz it makes u feel accomplished everytime u finish a set. I'm just not sure if some of the poses are really for beginners. Also, I wish there was a way to pause in the middle of the set so that i could watch the practice vids,'coz i always forget to check them out before beginning. So i'm not really sure if i'm doing them right. Some of the illustrations also do not match the poses in the vid so i'm a little confused. Overall, still a nice app

I used this app for 7 months now. I have done all the 30 day programs, and a lot of the extras. It was all great!!! Very happy with it. Ads not annoying. I lost a dress size, and I'm more flexible than ever. I have done all the hard programs, then after an illness, I went back to the easy program, and it was just enough for me to get back my strength. A few days ago had some hiccups. Just closed the app on my last move, and didn't register my exersize. I guess a bug needs fixing.

The biggest thing I found annoying was that the name of the exercise is not listed once you start. Some times the animations don't match the exercise or sometimes some of the poses are very similar to others. Of I could see the name of the pose while I was about to do it, I would find it very helpful. Also, while the videos are really helpful, they don't always match the animations so I don't always know which way is the proper way to do it.

Just way to many ads, but that exactly how they get to it to buy a membership. I can't stand when an ad plays in the middle of my workout. Other than that the app itself is good. Plenty of different workouts for different people, very easy to make your own stuff to. So if you can deal with a 💩load of ads every like minute then try it

Very good yoga app. I love that I don't have to give them an email address. I deleted all "free" apps that require an email. It has daily reminders, it has 3 free 30 day yoga plans, which is a lot, compared to others. There are voice overs and animated instructions, which makes it easy to follow along. The voice over is robotic, but I'm guessing that is one of the reasons they can allow so much to be free. I would rather have free robot voices than paid professional voice over.

THIS ABSOLUTELY THEE BEST Yoga app that I've used (and it's FREE... +BONUS+). I LOVE how it: 1). It has a rest period before beginning each exercise 2). It has gentle, instrumental music for each exercise (and it changes w/each different exercise) 3). It visually demonstrates each movement (instead of just using directional arrows) 4). And, that it gives you a 3 second countdown between each exercise, tells you when youre halfway through and when you're almost done 5). I HIGHLY recommend it

If one is going to pay for an app, it would be very motivational to NOT see poop apps, etc. Very disappointing to be doing yoga and an app interrupts the rhythm. Point system for continuity is reasonable. UNABLE to save particular session moves I find beneficial to me. It's also continuously asking for $ on some audios connected to the app which I have gotten from you tube for FREE.

For a simple yoga app, it's great. I've used it for about 2 years and it has really helped when I don't have much time and I need to do some sort of simple yoga daily. it has helped me get back into yoga and now it's helping me ease back into it after having a baby. I really appreciate the different levels, usually I do the 30 days in easy and am able to move up to normal etc. cute, relaxing music. quick transitions. explanations of poses are super helpful. can't say anything bad about the app

Update: I still highly recommend going ad free! I have pinpointed that my music stops when I get a notification from another app. I like that you can see where you are on a bar for the workout, but if I rotate my phone that bar ks no longer available. I have been using the app for almost 3 months and love it. Some of the poses don't have a 2-part switch to for the other leg and I wish after the final pose when the workout is complete, it would alert you to say workout complete.

great app! been using it for years. love that it has different difficulty levels from easy to hard, flexible, and personal...the exercises are simple to follow and you feel and see the results. the music is soothing and best part is that it's free, unlike most yoga apps. I highly recommend trying it! it's improved my lifestyle for sure! 🧘♀️🙏

Not bad. I'm an old and stiff abject beginner, so it is hard for me to advance beyond the third workout in week one. Thankfully, the app lets me go back to the start and repeat already finished workouts. Minus 1 star for the avatar executing at least one anatomically impossible pose. (The person in the demo did didn't even come close because... it's not possible.)

Love this app. Have been using it for a year. When I finish with a level I go on to the next. When I complete them all, I start over again. It's a wonderful way to start or end the day. It's an easy app to use - voice commands, video demo if needed, music. However recently the "you're halfway through" announcement has stopped. What happened? It really helps when holding a difficult pose.

Didn't like. You input you weight and height, and they still give your exercises you can't do. I was in beginners course. App is not very good at describing how to do exercises. They have an example, but are you supposed to do it once and keep that position or go back to original position and do it several times... it was annoying. Then on exercises I couldn't do, they didn't show any other options to the exercises. Not a very well thought out app.

I like the app, does have good excercises to do. Although, i do feel like most of the apps most helpful features can only be used with the premium version which can make it less useful when you don't have premium. For instance, I find the option to edit your workout plan super helpful if you need more of a challenge. It also counts calories for each day you excercise inaccurately. If none of that bothers you thoungh... then I definitely recommend!

I like that it explains the moves prior to your actually doing them, and shows how to do them. The timer telling you when you're almost done holding the move is also helpful - though with some moves it isn't clear if you're supposed to simply hold a move or do some sort of pulsing/alternating movement for the duration. I'm only on day 3 however it keeps glitching on the next to last move - it gets to the "almost done" notification and stops and won't let me end the workout to save my progress.
