Day 3 for me and I'm not bored yet. Easy to follow and building up in intensity. Not overly hard, but can feel the working muscles. Really like it so far. Update 1 year on. If you really persist with it, you can see good results. I keep coming back to it as it's very well put together, doesn't take a lot of time and just overall the best yet

Really Good App I like the voice,choice of music, detailed instructions and the different types of workout. I use different workouts depending on how I feel and it works. This app helps track your progress with pictures and measurements which is golden. Sometimes I don't lose weight but reduce in size and this helps. I also like the exercises targeted for different body parts and sometimes I only have a few minutes before work, therefore the 7-10 minutes short workout options are great.

I have a tough time sticking to a workout routine, but I have used this app every day for 16 days in a row. It's not fancy but the the workouts are quick and it's easy to follow along. Suggestions for updates: I'd love to see in an update is a way to view the body position for the exercises from more than 1 angle, as well as how to modify some of the harder exercises.

So far, so good. No crashes or weird issues with the ap like some people have mentioned. I've made it to day 10 and realized that that is all the farther I can go for free, which I don't appreciate😡. I'm contemplating buying the full version, which is only $3.99, but haven't decided yet. It's helping me maintain my current weight, and it might just be the holidays, but I haven't really lost weight since starting. I can tell that it's helping my body though, so that's good.

Wonderful home workout! Truly makes me sore without the workout seeming too hard. It create workouts, you can create your own workout, track your weight and the app has milestones for you to complete, and you can store progress photos in the app. The app is easy to use and doesn't push about purchusing the full version. Only workout app that I actually use in my fitness rountine.

The app is crashing! I loved using the app and the programs I was on the third one until yesterday when it crashed. I tried using it today and it kept crashing, I Uninstalled it and it continues to crash. I'm not even able to get past the loading screen. Very disappointing since I paid for a year subscription and now I am not able to finish what I paid for.

i love this app. Easy to follow along. Layout is easy to understand. First app in a very long time that i found with a clean logical layout. Well done. The excersizes were easy enough to do that i was not intimidated, short enough to not get bored or overwhelmed yet long enough you feel immediate results. So far overall a wonderfull app. Thank you.

What a great app! The time of each session is super customizable, especially if you only have an extra ten minutes during your day to do some yoga. I sweat every workout and I definitely see improvements in muscle toning and even shed a few pounds! There is a small fee but it's free until you're done with the whole first part and I'd say it's worth it to keep going with your progress.

Love this app. Great workouts and I am seeing progress. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is bc it does not save your progress when you transfer devices. You can restore your purchase but not your progress, which does not make any sense. I have had to start over twice. I have reached out to the developer email twice about this but have failed to receive a response.

I love the yoga moves and I love the way it presents everything. My only complaint is that it doesn't tell you when the individual exercise is complete so I'm stuck having to stare at my phone instead on concentrating on the exercise watching for the end so I know to stop and get into the next exercise position. I would give 5 stars if that issue was fixed.

I love this app and it's ability to adjust the time frame to fit a quick routine in the morning or longer in the evening! I tell everyone to get this app and start the programs - no I couldn't do all the poses when I first started, but I kept with it and was excitedly proud when I finally could do the pose! Just even 5 min a day goes a super long way!

I bought the paid version, hoping that I would get a sound at the end of each exercise so that I would know when to stop with out looking, but it still only vibrates. very irritating when you miss the rest time because ther wasn't a sound. I changed the sounds in the settings, but it still only vibrates. I love everything else about the app. But I wish I wouldn't have paid for it now.

Prepare to get in shape as the exercises are efficient like no other I've seen in apps! However, I can't go with 5 stars because the no notification of transitioning from one exercise to another is a big disadvantage. You're busy trying to do the exercise AND on the lookout for the rest time otherwise you keep going and that's a pain (figuratively and literally). Add voiceover or a musical notification to take a rest would up this app to 5 star and beyond, because it would be phenomenal!

I LOVE this app. Each time you workout is different, so I'm not getting bored...but it's not completely different, so it's not overwhelming either. I feel the workout, but I'm not aching so much I don't want to workout again two days later. There's a moving model, written description, and audio description of what the next exercise is. You can also adjust times for everything to make it easier or harder. Only wish there was a noise when the timer for the exercise started, not just when it stops

Great app. The workouts are customizable and there are no ads. Can choose from either their custom built plans (love the weight loss one) or you can create your own based on the many options they have. The animated guide is super easy to follow and the app will tell you how to properly breathe through each exercise. I use this casually as it fits into my schedule but it could easily be used as an entire monthly program. Love it!

I love this app it's easy to follow and the breathing exercises are easy to follow. The only thing I would want or to do differently is to reverse the person saying inhale out through the nose exhale out through the mouth would be to place that up front and the music to the back. It's hard to hear her saying that while doing the breathing exercise. The music is too loud.

ITS REALLY FREE. Allows you to make your own exercise plans, edit and change over and over. Easy to put in measurements, pictures, adding is easy in each section of app. The exercises are different each time you open it and you have an option to go to a different section of exercises, breathing, calming, stretching...finally an app that actually does what they say. Thank you.
