I am an FB login user. Per August, FB dropped support for FB login auth on embedded browser, it's now deprecated. Now I can't access all my cctvs as I can't login. The developers should have been aware of this, as FB has sent the warning months before. Please add support to FB SDK login immediately.

Earlier we were getting exclusive alerts in 30 seconds video but this feature has now been removed. This is unacceptable because now we have to explore full video, stored in the SD card. Please re-add this feature, urgently. Thanks

Though have been using for few years without issue, was suddenly kicked out of Facebook login. Unable to login ever since. No reply from support. paying but unable to use service.

Very easy to use although like most apps, there were times the camera freezes and needs to reset. Connectivity back after the reset. Have started with one webcam and now added another 3 more as the cloud subscription allowed up to 4 cameras max per subscription.

Camera go offline without any notice. Very weird!! When u need most then u will find camera is offline. I use two cameras. While I am writing, my cameras are offline. Same thing happened two days before and corrected automatically. So pathetic! Requesting developer to correct this immediately otherwise stop such nonsense app.

I regret buying 10 cameras after I tried Mijia 360 2K Pro. No alert limit like 6 sec video and 10 minutes interval. Unlimited 7 days alert recording on cloud. Not even asking you to subscribe anything. All feature is available plus low light full color night vision and anti glare in case you setup outdoor. You can also group cameras and other smart devices for better experience and send google voice command to turn on / off camera. I have no choice but to replace all since I prefer quality.

Literally the BEST outdoor camera and app for me. Clear image and most importantly, the connectivity to my home wifi is excellent. My previous camera and regrettably the more expensive one from another known brand turned out to be utter trash. This is way better and the price for the camera is affordable. Really happy with the app and have no major problems with it so far. It does crash sometimes when i want to open the app when i got an alert but once i close and re-open the app again it's fine

I bought four cameras and paid for a one-year subscription, but 11 days later they said my subscription was expired and I no longer have access to the benefits of the cloud. I have emailed them multiple times to try to fix this, and they just keep asking me to send where it tells me that it's expired and where I paid for a year. I have done both multiple times, and I still don't have access to my cameras. I wish I had never bought those cameras or paid for the cloud service.

There is a scope for lot of improvements, playback speed can be added, also when continuous recording is enabled motion can highlighted in different colour. The app seems like outdated need to catch up with others. Lack of features is making me look for other options.

It kicked me out of the app and I can't reaccess it using my FB account as it says the app is down. I went back on to the old app and I could access my account but now I can no longer manage my cloud subscriptions so I can't even cancel and it just gets auto renewed

I thought this was going to replace the Yi Home app but I have both of them now. Weird part is they have different sets of subscriptions for each. Once subscribed, cancel button will not take you anywhere, and I think that is intentional. Worse part is the CS. They have not been trained well and they will not give back your money in the event of a billing dispute citing that this frigging Yi Life app is a different entity altogether. I lost a ton of money in this. I am so close to leaving.

I have the old app and this new app both installed, but I still go back to the old. It seems like this new app always experiences issues when accessing the cameras - both the live and cloud feeds. A few cameras would display an error message. And then when I switch to the old app, everything's good. I hope they don't remove access to the old app until they stabilize Yi Life. It will be very inconvenient for users like us.

Utter garbage. It used to be really good home security system but since the upgrades you have to tap 2 or 3 times for it to load, it doesn't pick movement when it should, I paid for a 12 month subscription, only got 6 and they won't reinstate the cloud service. Don't bother, I certainly won't, I'm looking for another provider.

Great app. Good cameras, reliable and good resolution. Able to save on SD card. However, cannot play the six seconds recording if over a day old. This is a software bug. Yi Home app doesn't have this software issue, and it works for records up to a week old, and not using cloud service. I am switching back to Yi Home. Only thing is Yi Home doesn't allow view of four cameras at the same time unless subscribed to cloud.

I just recently subscribed to premium account 30 days continuous recording to cloud, with 2 camera but when I looked at the Yi cloud dashboard, there were no recorded videos even though my two cameras were linked / activated in the cloud. The person detection is not working even if I switched it to ON, when I looked back, it was OFF again. I asked customer support and followed the ways of what to do but sill didn't work. Just a waste of money...!
