I paid for cloud service & AI detection. The smart detection does not work at all, no discernment. The system also no longer records when alarming. I no longer receive any alerts, no matter the settings. I'm sitting here right now, with both sensitivity & frequency settings at max, listening to alarms every time a breeze blows a leaf, yet not a single alert notification, nor any recording when alarming. Nothing anymore triggers recording or alerts. App is now functionally useless.

Read the permissions! this basically takes all your data and allows the makers full access of everything on your phone. Also, the camera tends to get stuck or not turn right for me, I have to turn right only. Another update, I had this camera for a year and it's a big hit and miss. Some reason... It can't pick people up very good, I've had packages delivered and one stolen and it RARELY picks up the person even if it's right infront of my door...

Purchased not 1 but 2 of these junk cameras. You have to get a subscription to see see anything even though I have a memory card installed and the alarm goes off when the wind blows. I have these both outside of my office in the light sockets in the front and back. The 360 doesn't even pick up the folks beside the office building walking down the alley, so - so much for the motion., Oh, and you can't even download from the market place for a computer, just an app on a cell phone.THEY SUCK

PTZ camera is sometimes slow to respond to manual input. Often, it won't move, and then it will jump to a random point. I get warning messages stating that there's a problem with my home's wifi. There's nothing wrong with my wifi signal strength or speed. I get 278 mbps on my phone. My cable modem/router is on the 2nd floor, on the outside wall that's next to a window, and is only 30' from the camera. There's no network traffic either. One good thing though, it works in very cold temps.

Upgraded to new version of the app. All of a sudden, fingerprint login won't work anymore. Also, I don't remember my pin and this camera does not offer the ability to alternate login with username and password. I have to now reset the camera just to get to the settings. Fortunately, it's still set for motion detection so I am at least getting alerts. Issues abound such as the camera randomly panning away from the central subject and not coming back. Light is inconsistent.

This app wants to charge a subscription for the most basic features. They are also flashing a new network strength indicator that you van upgrade to a "VIP Line" which doesn't really make sense. The app claims to upgrade the connection to a high speed fiber optic connection. I would love to know how that's possible if my home doesn't have a fiber optic Internet connection, and the camera does not have a cellular antenna/connection. Seems like false advertising.

worst purchase ever. focusing on the camera, they fit right in my light bulb socket. great, love it. cameras are on good full strength wifi and always disconnect. reconnecting or resetting the device on the cameras as well as in the app is unclear. the cameras are offline in the app more than they are online. I might as well not have cameras. if you read reviews before you buy it, I would not recommend this to my closest friend or my worst enemy. it's supposed to be easy but it's frustrating.

I'm very disappointed in this camera. I can't get it to stay on where I focus it. It either stays on the outside wall or runs away from the motion alerted. It often says to check my Internet connection when my connection is excellent & my other devices have no issues. When I wrote to customer service about there being no parameters to set the camera to only pan where I want it too, they told me to turn off the motion option. When I do that, obviously it doesn't detect motion. Awful service!!

Like others said, the camera controls are finicky at best. My biggest issue, though, is with using an SD card. The controls to watch recordings on the SD card don't work properly, while the app constantly bombards you with ads to buy their cloud storage subscription. I understand you want to make money, but don't make it difficult to use SD functions just to try and push your subscription service. It's nonsense. If you want to sell the service that bad, then don't pretend to support SD cards.

Bad, old, unstable. It keeps disconnecting, it keeps turning off and then at some point I manage to make it work again from the app. App always giving errors and connections issues. So hard to watch recordings and it forces you to buy a subscription.. Which I did also for one month, and still, disappointed. Just got a new camera of the same category and it works wonders. It's a pity!

No experience happening so far. I couldn't get closer to my router if I tried. 4 cameras and none work. It shouldn't be this complicated to just connect these things, but then I started reading the other reviews. What a huge waste of my time and money, especially IF I'm eventually able to get them to work and I then have to pay them more for services. The instructions are very tiny and hard to read. The app is making my phone glitch. Seems sketchy overall. Ad said they were American made.Haha!

I have had this ap for over 6 months. Whenever I use it, especially when I want to see the detected motions, I get a message (blocking my screen) about I have received my "free" 6 seconds of video and I have to upgrade to your cloud storage to see more. I keep being pestered with adds about upgrading to your cloud storage. I paid for your app, I paid for two cameras, I paid for a router. One camera quit working in horizontal. Trying to get more money from me is extortion.

This app and these cameras are a complete joke. I really don't know where to start. Id like to say the camera works when it wants. I restart it multiple times a day as if it's battery operated. It misses all the important alerts, catches things after it's happens already. As of now with a subscription my cameras have been offline for almost two weeks without reason. Just a full rip off and the ads let's not get started with ads, whew!

Wouldn't recommend this camera at all. It constantly demands you to upgrade at higher prices and it covers up any thing it does capture in pic mode/without the upgrade, with an advertisement pressuring you into buying the upgraded version. Was advertised as a camera that could play back through my Wi-Fi, but it isn't an option once you receive it. You can only see videos upon purchasing upgrades at an annual price.

At least with the reviews I read on here, all those people were able to get the darn things connected to their internet! I've been trying for the past 2 hours and it fails each time. Both cameras. Practically sitting on top of my damn router. These are suppose to work with 5g. Troubleshooter says to use 2.4.g. There is a sticker on each thats says both 5g & 2.4g. These things are worthless and will be returned asap.

Update: this app doesn't stay connected. Tells me bad connection. Time to report to Playstore as scam. SCAM Update: fixed the connectivity, still glitchy. Since the update on Nov 3, app doesn't work. Doesn't stay connected and the wifi signal is good. I got a recent email to confirm camera. Signed in and it was only an ad for cloud. What's happening? This is ridiculous. I bought a camera, but can't use the app! Your response is you'll give me a really good deal on our subscription!

Only allows 6 secs of video to see. Ads for the camera say not subscription needed but this is always pushing to subscribe. And with only allowing 6 secs of video it looks tempting. But it costs too much for what little it offers. And then the notifications to subscribe start coming every other day. One final important note. The app is developed in China. Makes me wonder what is captured and sent to China. The whole bundle, hardware and software is a scam. Be aware! Use caution!!

It never connects to my wifi after it says it's connecting even though it is only a few feet away, it never says any other error and the troubleshooting in the app is in, I guess, Chinese.. No help at all. I've tried resetting multiple times, it never gets past connecting to WiFi even though no other devices have a problem connecting. Why is the English app not in English if you have problems?

HAD 2 YEARS (2022) BUT DOESNT WORK in 5/2024. My primary use was to monitor my teen who has epilepsy. The ability to talk to and hear my child if she feels a seizure coming on was a huge help. Now wifi won't connect and it keeps saying the camera has timed out before the loading is done while connecting. I've reset this camera 20 times in an hour and still no connection. Well, it was great while it lasted. Time to find a new product.

Slow to connect, unrelyable, unable to acurately review footage on sd card through the app. But if you just want to "check in" then it's okay. Just dont expect to be able to do it at a moment's notice. I also understand the need for ads in order to keep the app free, but they do not need to be intrusive, covering the entire screen making it take even longer to view your cameras.
