just had the worst experience with this app - tried it for the first time. booked a spa massage and they cancelled it without intimation even though I used up a Rs 500 discount coupon on the booking and now the customer care team keeps on asking to wait for a call from the relevant team. very unprofessional. probably never going to use this again and going back to good old urban company. never had such an experience with UC. man I just wanted a massage, ended up more tensed

Very poor service and app. The manicure–pedicure machine doesn’t work and staff come unprepared, forgetting basic items like an extension cord. Instead of relaxing, I had to arrange things for them and later clean up, as they just left everything messy—unlike parlours where staff handle it all. To make it worse, they ask for separate bookings for every service. Save your time and money—just go to a parlour and enjoy stress-free service.

I booked the service twice I had a very bad experience. The professionals are very unprofessional, they will call you and ask to change the timings of booking according to their convenience. I booked for waxing , I don't know what kind of wax was used, hair growth came in 2 weeks and I usually get hair growth back after a month at least. I won't recomend this app at all.

Yes Madam has resorted to looting its customers. I renewed my subscription today..but even after getting Rs.100 discount after subscription..ended up paying Rs.380 +294 extra under the pretense of taxes and charges including price of compulsory kit which is not required every time. They displayed renewal fees as Rs.250 but during payment it became 294 after taxes! My advice to everyone reading this review is "DO NOT FALL IN THIS TRAP OF MEMBERSHIP..IT IS ALL SHAM...TRY OTHER BETTER PRICED APPS"

Worst app and worst service. This was my first time I was opting for the service and I booked my package. on the day of service they called me saying that the service person is not available and asked me if I can take some other slot and I said Yes .... later again after some time they called and said that my area is Non-Servicable. This is so irritating and unprofessional. I recommend do not use their app and service.

"Yes Madam, my experience with Anju was extremely good. She was very polite, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the services. I had taken a facial and a hair spa, and both were done with great care and perfection. The products used were of good quality, and the overall process was very relaxing. My skin feels refreshed and glowing after the facial, and my hair feels smooth, soft, and healthy after the spa. I am really happy with the services provided by Anju.

I strongly advise against using this app or its services. The platform displays one price at the time of booking and charges a different amount during payment. The doctor's consultati experience is also very disappointing. The timer starts even before the doctor joins, and ends exactly on time, which means 10–15 minutes are lost just waiting. The doctor barely chats for 10 minutes, mostly just asking questions. By the time results are discussed, the session ends and you’re asked to pay again.

taken single service.professional who came is very average.The app doesn't have the capacity to adapt any service last moment. the person informed one of the product I choose is finished they will help with another product.so of course price change is involved.but they had to call to customer care to handle it backend. app is not good at all the person itself refunded me the money from her own account. and they should hire good professional. they are not punctual came 1 hr late.

Korean Roll-On Wax I recently booked a Korean roll-on wax service (full arms, full legs, and underarms) and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. This wax is not suitable for sensitive skin. The procedure caused severe irritation, rashes, and even lumps, making it extremely painful and uncomfortable. There should be a pre-oil or gel application recommended before using this wax to reduce its harsh effects, but it was not suggested during my service

First of all, the money was deducted and booking wasn't made. it was very shocking. had to talk to the support team and their response was to wait and see. after 20 min booking was confirmed which could not take place as I got the call from the support team after eagerly waiting for the professional to arrive that The staff can't come due to personal reasons. we can assign you another. Horrible policies and professionals. I tried booking for 1st time, that prof called me immediately after booking of the service and from app not on mobile. I did not got any notification, she didn't turned up for booking. I got up at 6 only for services tried reaching proff she was not approachable. customer care says they can't cancel my order unless I confirm but I refused to cancel, but with option they kept booking hanging...

I dont know if they have discontinued the service of consulting with the cosmologist at just 59 but i have paid the amount and started the conversation on the other hand no agent was assigned to me and chat showed that i was conversating with them but no one was assigned. don't know what is up with them. i have availed some services before but after this I don't think i would use this app again.

I booked some service from the men section. The app let me book and pay for it and did not mention anything about being only available for women but when the person came she said it is only for women. They refunded the base amount but I had also paid for the membership which is non-refundable. Yes madam followed up with me to refund the membership amount next day. Kudos to the customer service! They have also promised to fix the bug in the app.

This is my first time using services from Yes Madam. I am very happy with the service provided. The Professional was well trained. She was knowledgeable about the products used. The only issue was with the peeloff wax. The professional did a good job, but the product itself was not great. Other than this all other products were very good. Loved the Korean glow facial.👍

Very disappointing and bad experience. looking at all the ads i installed this app and even paid for elite group. booked korean pedicure service, paid online upfront and got a call saying they don't have it in stock. Now when I try to cancel they are charging 50 rupees for cancellation. There are many hidden cost as well like choosing standard or gold professional and peak hour extra rate. And for cancellation then don't even have an option for us to select that the preferred service is nt avlbl

Big scam. They take money ahead and nobody turned up, not even picking call. waste of time. We cannot cancel too. After calling customer support multiple times, they tell professional is not available and they will reschedule it later. All plans for the day depending on this spoilt. No professionalism. Did not even refund full amount back.

After paying an extra amount for an early morning slot, the professional did not arrive at all, nor did she pick up the call. Further, on contacting support services they kept on apologizing with no concrete solution and at last they rescheduled the booking which I did not ask for. I'd suggest going to Urban Company, there's very little price difference but at least they are professional and they'll show up and do the services. UC has never disappointed me

You people just do all this for marketing purposes, nothing else really happens. Last week, I booked a service through Yes Madam. I had selected a particular slot, but later it got changed automatically.The service lady said she could see a different time slot on her end, whereas my app showed a completely different timing. After that, Itried reaching out to your customer care the entire day—no one picked up the call, I was just kept on hold in a queue. Even the chat support was not available 👎

Very disappointing experience! I strongly advise not to make any online payments on this app. I booked a service today (27.07.2025) for 1:30 PM, but no one showed up till now (4:45 PM). There is no option for cancellation from the customer side, and they neither provided the service nor canceled it from their end. Still waiting for a refund. One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Totally unprofessional and unreliable!

worst app ever..... I Paid for elite membership... yet I've got such a bad experience. I've booked the service twice, two times my money was debited... yet the service was not booked. After a while, one of them got booked, and I got a call saying that the agent is not well to do the service. The customer support team is very worst and they would simply waste your time and will tell you to do n number of things. I will never recommend such a very highly unprofessional app and services.
