The camera is fine. My problem is the App for the camera. The App needs some serious improvement. The playback is not user friendly. It is difficult to payback your recording. Also the Detection Area setting does not really work. I keep getting alarms in the area that I should not have detection. The ✂️ for cropping the video does not work. Plus trying to get support from these people is impossible. They never respond to your emails for help.

Quality of video is excellent, easy playback, constantly records. My one issue is you cannot truly set the amount of movement sensitivity. There is a slide bar that makes it look like you can adjust to any movement sensitivity setting you want, but when u try to adjust, it's midway point, or very high, or nothing. This causes it to record every two minutes making checking for movements impossible unless u have a specific time u know u want to monitor, otherwise it's a sea of videos.

Update: my husband had changed the setting to motion tracking. Still a glitch-ey interface. Not safe! Someone else got access to my cameras, and was moving them. I watched the cameras rotate while the app was closed, so someone was moving them without my authorization. Additionally, the app was always slow to load, and on occasion wouldn't load at all. TL;DR Find a different camera, this one is a total scam. Extremely scary.

Ever since I switched from cloud to SD card I've had issues with it saving video. There are times where the video is not saved. There is also an issue saving presets and I get a message saying that it failed to save. Now the app has issues loading video from the cameras, and I have to go to the website just to view my cameras. This has become a great inconvenience.

HORRIBLE! Had these for a couple of years now... they've been up and down seemingly at random! Noticed they were offline AGAIN a couple of days ago... now will NOT even connect to our home wifi router! I bought these off Amazon, and kept adding (up to 4!), as they did work originally... but now feels like they've built in obsolescence and it's kicked in for me! Pulling my hair out with this junk!!!

Unreliable. Cameras regularly go offline, which can only be fixed by unplugging camera and plugging back in. Only happens when you're not home, so you obviously can't do anything to resolve the issue when you actually need it to be working. If you need these for security, or are looking to watch after your pets, these cameras and their compatible app are completely unreliable. Spend the extra money and get a better camera. Very disappointed. Picture is clear and sound quality ok when working.

It does work well and has a lot of useful festures, HOWEVER, it is no good for security cameras because of all the ads it shows before it allows you to see why it alerted you to sound or movement. You get an alert, switch on the app, it takes a long time to load, shows you at least TWO ads, then allows you to see what the camera saw. By that time the cause might be long gone. I would pay for an ad free version that went straight to the camera and I am looking for something like that now.

This app would be incredible if the "Motion Detection Sensitivity" control worked. It makes no difference changing it from low, medium, or high. It records every tiny movement. It records everything, every few minutes. My cloud recordings are pretty much useless, and it uses over 200GB of my home internet allotment to upload all of them. I am now cancelling my cloud service.

not a fan, i wish i never purchased all 4 of those things. motion tracker does not have a return set point. app is forever forcing you to allow it to run in the background every time you open it. slow, cant search by date using the data recording in memory card. item spends most time recording the sky and the clouds than moving objects at a low altitude... ahh, got it now. CLOUD RECORDING! It makes perfect sence now.

Freeze ups 3 out of 5 opens. Multiple invasive ads every time you try to open. I suspect the freeze ups are just it trying to open an ad and failing. Cloud services are pretty expensive. No way to be rid of ads that I can find. Otherwise, it does the job in minimal fashion. Like bare minimum. And you have to play around with it to make it show your recording. Overall, it wears on the nerves and I wish I could find an alternate app. I might actually replace the cameras just to be free.

Hello, when your ap first came out, it worked quite well. A couple of restarts, maybe some freezing, but generally not too bad. However, recently it has become almost unusable. Between all of the layers of ads, the screen going into idle, and constant needed restarts, I spend more time trying to keep the app going than it's worth it. I know you can make it better. I hope you do. Without a good monitoring app for cameras, the cameras are useless. Please HELP! CHRIS

This app used to work pretty well. But now it's terrible the cameras go off whenever they feel like it. I can't get my playback off of my SD cards. You can't look at playback easily it's not a very good app anymore. Would not recommend at all. It seems every time they update it gives you less options. And their computer website is terrible now also. You can't get any playback even off of your SD card unless you buy their cloud storage.

Terrible app, it's full of Adds, it forces you to buy their cloud service, even if you purchase separate SD cards to record internally, adds keep on popping all over the place. * Update. Now you can't even use the app anymore, after the last update, it seems you have to buy their cloud services or you're not able to use your cameras. Also it's impossible to record in the SD card.

Absolutely horrid software!!! The tracking does NOT work. THE SENSITIVITY for alerts does not work properly!! It either alerts you to every tiny poof of air or nothing at all changing the settings it does nothing. Playback is intensely frustrating if you don't have a paid subscription. And lately just opening my camera to view it is getting harder with the intrusive ads and crashing. Over all do not recommend due to the software. Sadly the cameras are decent quality and sound.

I see there might be a few bad reviews and only a 3 star rate. My personal experience has been a few years using the app. My cameras are never out, the app is free to use (unless you want to record). I do have a strong WIFI, the cameras were also around $50.00 and the only thing I have had to replace was a DC cord with in a few years of use. Also, the adds people complain about are usually only about 10 to 15 seconds and it's just one add when opening the app.

I'v had the system several years. It used to work excellent. After April 2024 update it is now useless. Camera won't load; pop ups stall everything out. Whatever occurred in April has rendered my camera useless. My system was installed professionally so that is not the problem. YCC365 has changed something. Please fix it or send me an email on how to fix it.

Total waste of $$, service is over priced for such poor & cheaply made quality. Night vision doesn't work, flood flight doesn't work, picture quality is so bad you can't even see what your looking at, if someone was to break in your home, etc. you'd get a notification probably 2 days after they entered & left, if your lucky to get that much. The app is constantly &I repeat CONSTANTLY crashing. I have to uninstall & instal every other day.

This camera is a waste of money. You have to either pay a subscription or be forced to watch a long advertisement before being able to view your camera. So when you get an alert that there was motion, by the time you get to your camera feed, whatever caused the alert is gone. And without an SD card or subscription, you can only view live (no recordings). On top of that, the picture is horrible and the app is ridiculously slow even on fast wifi.

The initial setup was easy. The camera and sound are good quality. However, after the 1st use of the app it went downhill. I have not been able to view my camera anymore, playback are non existent even tho I have the cloud storage. I pondered purchasing one of the higher clouds but it's not worth it. It always says it's not available. I constantly get alerts but can never view it. At this point, it's like I have no camera. I will be purchasing something else.

7/02/24 update: I have had no access to my cameras for weeks. I feel so vulnerable not having security at my home! This update was not helpful. Delayed loading, pixelated images a lot now. Images color is off a lot now. Has to turn the intelligence tracking off because the camera was moving for the wind blowing. Zoom out is not low enough to see all of what I need to see. I need security so my dogs don't get shot. Can't afford not to have them now.
