Flight meals are not up to date. I booked a flight with meals included paid extra and then after booking it shows that meals are cancelled. I opened a ticked for the same and the support team told that we directly have to contact the respected flight authorities. Even sms service for ticket downloading is not working along with fare summary.

Never ever use yatra. Booking straight from airlines website. In my personal experience I booked a ticket and the flight was cancelled and airlines has given a full refund (to yatra). But yatra has given only partial refund in the name of yatra convince fee. They don't have a customer care number.

Disgusting app. I was booking my flight for Delhi to Ahmedabad. But they didn't confirm my booking and my money got debited. I tried to contact them and I didn't get any response from them. And now when i am trying to Login, they cannot process my login due to technical error. Very disturbed and disappointing.

Would give 4 or 5 stars for the Good app but mediocre policy for refunds , and hence the 3 stars. If the flight is cancelled by airlines and they refund full amount then why does Yatra deduct the convenience fees. Even they must refund full amount. As such the customer is harrassed by sudden cancellation of his flight forcing him to book another flight at new inflated rates and on top of that these people are charging convenience fees again and again. Stop it please .

Hallmark of scammers - debit money, provide no confirmation, provide no support, no refund, shirk responsibility completely. Travel time is less than 24 hours and "support" is non existent. App/website users beware. You're better off using official hotel and airline websites for booking. Never using this app. Hard earned money down the drain.

Never seen a worse app then this. Apps selling free services have a much better interface and service level than these people who take so much money for each transaction. Unable to book a ticket for the past few hours due to this good for nothing app.

This has happened for the 2nd time now. Money deducted and no confirmation from airline system. Now I will have to again go through the pathetic support process to get a refund and obviously book another flight at a higher rate as time would be wasted and prices are going to get higher. This is my last booking using this pathetic site. Good bye.

Worst travel app!! If anyone wants to install kindly don't. As everytime money gets debited and no confirmation on tickets will be given. Its all time issue. They don't even have a support team to contact. Better to forget that there is such kind of application

The app is good . Specially with ecash. But cancellations is like a norm . 2 times I have this frustrating experience with Yatra app. Why you deduct my money when you are cancelling my tickets. Ola money payment has stuck up twice. Immediately refund my money. Ecash use should not be limited to only 10%. Atleast 33% will be attractive. Thanks.

Wrost app experience, App is not working properly like other competitors, app is giving error the enable to fetch profile, unable to see the Booked ticket. App is updated and still having every possible bug, please work on your app for smooth experience other companies are doing good with their interface. But this is very painful experience. Why U seek f/b from user if you are not working on this anytime. Get good development and testing team for your app and make it better. Did u ever try app?

I have booked the international ticked and received an email that your booking is not confirmed due to an error. I am trying to call them. However, I could not connect (unavailable). Please do not book with them as they do not have any emergency customer support . I am receiving a quick response on Google review but not on my emails.

Today I did a flight ticket and hotel booking from the main Yatra app and my hotel was confirmed and the payment was also made but when I went to the main hotel my hotel room was not booked. It is completely responsible for this Yatra apps because it is very difficult to contact the main customer care. Tried but nothing was found and I had to face a lot of problems at 2:00 in the night.

Absolutely terrible experience while booking. It always slows down while I'm trying to make the payment. And when i cancel and try again the ticket price goes up by an absurd amount. Do not waste your time with this app

I recently booked a flight through yatra and my money was deducted and my flight status was showing unconfirmed. Only cancelling I am being refunded just 1940 whereas I paid 12.5k which is to be honest a fraud. Customer service also does not help you and they will just keep repeating the same thing and will blame you like it's your mistake.the app does not give option to cancel flights before it's confirmed. Once confirmed they charge 90 per cent of amount for cancelling. Please avoid this app.

Scamming customers. Was checking prices for Sector A to B. Went back and forth couple of times to check best prices and promo codes. When I tried again they sneakingly changed search from Sector B to A. I booked without noticing it. I called Indigo airline within 5 min and got it cancelled who also issued FULL refund. But these people refused to refund convenience charges. Not only that they refused to reactivate the promo code. App also throws error during cancellation. Worst experience.

App was good but now they have removed promo code option to use along with gift cards. Prices are way better at other sites the convenience fee they charge is way too high when you use coupon better to not use coupon at all. What is the point of giving 10-15% off & then taking more than that in convenience fee? Also we don't have any option to contact them. They take ages to reply via mail so no point sending them mails. Booked a ticket went to pending no calls nothing just refund after 2 days.

THIS IS THE WORST APP. They are frauds and don't have customer service. I booked a flight from Agartala to Jaipur for 9352 INR. When I applied an offer from Axis Bank credit card for 12% off on domestic flights, the price dropped to 8230 INR. I proceeded to pay, filled in my credit card, but then the price increased to 9967 INR with no offer or discount applied. I did not receive the 12% offer that I had applied for, resulting in an extra payment they are refusing to refund me. THEY ARE FRAUD.

I've had the misfortune of using this app, and it's been a nightmare! The app doesn't allow u to logout the only way to logout is to delete the app and reinstall it. But that's not even the worst part. The app constantly fails to fetch my profile, and when I try to login, it asks me to create an account first! It's a vicious cycle that makes no sense. The developers need to fix these basic issues before I'd even consider using it again. Until then, I'd advise everyone to stay away from this App.

It used to be really good, but in my recent experience, had incessant missed bookings, wrong bookings, missed/late payments, especially with flights. The minimal discounts thats offered is not worth the headaches and stress that comes with it. Nonetheless, this is the last time I am using the app and website. Will likely use to screen flights and hotels, but will never again use the same to book anything (not even a pedicure for my dog!)
