I didn't like the app that much and i didn't understand the hype about it, first of all the map isn't quite accurate and it s missing a lot of places so it'd be impossible to chose ur destination. Second of all you don't have option to select ur driver, and why not !!? I would prefer if there somesort evaluation thing and see others rating the driver and sharing their experience with us .. uk safety ... After all it s a good initiative with its flaws hope u'll work on that in the next future.

The app is full of bugs when u need it, and the drivers react badly whe they see that it is a prepaid drive it's really unprofessional, in general I'm having a bad customer journey, you should focus on that and not just advertising and selling, focus on the quality of the services.

Awful 😖 the app takes a lot of time to send the verification code throughout the sms process couldn't get in the first few minutes (too long) considering if you are using it in a very critic situation when you need a ride!! I think that we are waay beyond this kind of stuff for the moment and an old Auto Stop method is still effective ( at least for the moment ) for my humble experience! Thanks.

There is no way to add a credit card. They have the tab for it, but the tab doesn't work.

Time is money, well, its not when you're using Yassir. The worst delivery service out there, it took them 300 years to deliver a simple mcdonald's order, i do live near by i'm just lazy so I tried this overrated-all-over-the-social-media-platforms and i shouldn't have .. my cousins ordered way before me using Glovo, their order arrived in 15 to 20 min .. so this app/service is not worth the fuss nor the time

Drivers are so impatient , sometimes rude , they wouldn't wait for me at all , I have a disability and at times I'm with luggage or it be raining , despite all that any passenger has the right to wait in the same exact spot they put in the location and have the driver meet them there , this app is supposed to be about faciliating not hardening the situation

First of all I would like to thank you for the efforts made to conceive such an application. Now despite the fact the application proved to be very helpful to both drivers and travellers, the itinerary is not always chosen well. There is no flexibility in selecting the itinerary. The algorithm used to choose the road picks the long distance to get to destination and this penalizes us with an unnecessary high cost. Another thing, please have someone pick up the phone of customer support....

This is the only ride-sharing app in the world that somehow cannot send me a confirmation code. It didn't matter how many times I re-sent it, the confirmation codes never arrived.

Tested in Algiers and Oran I was not convinced. I had for most of the time to wait for lot of time or when someone accepted my booking the person was super far away. Network to be improved. Apps needs to be improved to.

I ordered a taxi , he came looked at me ,when he found that i was not a girl alone (I was with a husband and a baby and they were swedish), he impolitely run almost over our legs and left,then I was calling him he did not answer or cancel either ..the funny thing is that we were going just 8 minutes away so he could take us ... I sent him asking why he came and left and did not even cancel..40 minutes of waiting ,I was blooked from the app ..a racist driver,impolite, unprofessional application.

Worst food delivery app ever seen. They call 5 times to confirm the order. Then they call to cancel or change the order. Once it's out for delivery. They take another 1-2 hours to deliver the order. I tried two times to give them a chance. But the same result. Total time will be 3-4 hours till you receive the food. Senegal desperately needs a good food delivery app. To

The app isn't safe, how could the driver click on the app that he dropped me at my destination while we still halfway there????? There should be a function that prevents them of finishing the ride unless they are in the approximate of the destination

There is no feature to choose the car, once the driver picks up the ride request you are obliged to take it. For the confort gratuit it's just a scam, they just make you pay more for old cars

I'm not really happy it works well sometimes, but most of the times i have issues of locatio, and my location wasn't always detected right, and sometimes drivers come far away from my locations, not always please fix this issues because it waste a lot of time especially when we use it for some business rides and far away places Thank you
