They cancelled my deliver twice in a row , even tho they made me change my order place , they rejected second one too , saying deliver didn't want to bring the order to the adress and also says there's no other deliver that can take the order instead , even tho its not first time, terrible experience , only loser in the case is the restaurant who was already preparing the order , and the customer who they disappointed and wasted time of .

No app frustrates me like this one. You add items come n want to pay. Some items r out of stock but wen u try to remove them they not removable. The app just disappear wen u open it. Yooo it's a lot. I literally cnt use it anymore bcoz of items on my cart that I cnt remove.

They charge you for things and don't deliver items. When you ask than only do they offer a refund and refund you less than you were charged. Not happy!

The app worked great for a while , now struggling to add items to my cart , uninstalled and reinstalled the app still same issue and struggling to get assistance!!!

Poor experience. Items charged but not delivered. The support chat sent a response more than an hour ago that someone will connect with me. No one contacted me.

Their service is super slow, this is the second I've ordered from them and twice did I have to wait 2 hours for my orders. And they always have items that are out of stock 😑 The app lags alot and most of the time kicks you out while picking from their groceries. Overall this app/company has the potential to be the best, it just needs time to be on full proper service

Wow this app is bad, the good deals aren't worth it becuase why have I been on 5 different calls trying to find out if my order was canceled or not after I got a notification to say it was. It's because the app never works and the estimated delivery time is ALWAYS wrong (update) - my delivery arrived and there is stuff missing that I ordered but I didn't see anything about it on the app so of course I have to call thier support to sort it out so inconvenient.

Why isn't there an no star options cause what the hell is even wrong with this app. I open it just then suddenly it closes, I open it again and suddenly closes and over and over again even deleted the app trying to see if it can solve this issue but Noooo!! it doesn't want me to use it. Are the creators of this App idiots cause why would you not try and fix your app for F!! sakes.

You can't change or update your cart. It is getting frustrating when arranging purchases when you can't delete or change an item in your cart.

The app always closes when opening it. It opens after 2nd or 3rd attempt after closing it the first time. The location for delivery can be improved, the accurate location is not pinned no matter how many times you've added it in manually and located it in the map

Worst App ever. Downloaded it 3 weeks back and up to date I can not add items to the cart. I've tried on my phone (Honor X6A) and my Samsung tablet. I called the helpline on the 25th of June and was told the matter had been escalated as there was a bug on the App and this would be resolved in a few days.. But here we are on the 16th of July and the App is still not working. What's the point? Here on 30/07 to let you know that the App is still not working 😞

PROS: Good value on items for cost and many promos.CONS 1. difficulty toggling between cash and card, it sometimes changes payment option whilst busy adding items.2.difficulty changing address it seems to default to initially saved address.3. No update in real time of out of stock goods,it shows out of stock but doesn't update cart and tota,l hav to uninstall .4. No option to add alternative product.5. No chat function to update on delivery.products can take up to 4 hours to arrive not 30mns

Overall great experience, the customer service communicated when there were delays, I however feel the drivers service needs to improve and expand location too. They deliver a few houses away from me but not available at my house. I always have to use my neighbors address to buy. We are on the same street

Today this app is getting a zero star ... the reason for which is that I've tried looking for what I needed and realized that I was just wasting my time since there is a limit in their groceries... not everything is there and I hope .... I really hope that they can try to improve.

The reason it's getting 1 star is because if something is out of stock there is no way to remove the item from the cart. I don't want to be charged for something that isn't available especially when there isn't an alternative I want. Also even when I try and click on an alternative it doesn't remove the out of stock product from the cart. Would love to see more vegetarian and vegan options besides the fresh produce.

This app has many technical problems. One time,I ordered and they deducted money from my account,then 2minutes later my order was cancelled, without my concern(I had to call the help line to receive my things). Today I have been trying to order but the app keeps on crashing over and over again,I cleared cache and data but still it doesn't work,I uninstalled it and downloaded it again but still it doesn't work.
