1. Show final destination of passenger when order comes so that drivers can decide if it's safe for them to accept or not. People are being killed in Zambia 2. Add a provision where drivers are given the number of people boarding so that the driver is more comfortable 3. Prices should tally with the distance for instance 10KM should be K100 not K66. Fuel, Float, Bundles and Talktime is used. Have a heart for drivers. Otherwise so far 1 Star is enough for you

I will advise drivers and passengers to stop using this Yango drivers app, they don't care about anybody except their money, they use the drivers to make their money. They treat drivers badly and blame drivers for passengers cancellations. They blocked drivers without their concent for no reason, useless app. They tell you 20 cedis and you reach your destination you end up paying 100 cedis.

The aap is worse bcuz of calculator they used for ride rent it's awesome for a ride when it's short but next time a long even 14 kilometers customer pay is 120 no other bonus looks to come in my account so after Hard working on it you got less then others aap and special thing is you will not paid even it's five kilometers far from picking up points in night time drivers getting very low amount to give hard time service

Map still needs improvement, labels are still not clear on driver side. 3D (mode) map may take more data aand space in phone, it should be removed, its of no use either.

This is a very poor application. If I request a ride as a passenger and a rider accepts my ride. If he calls me at the pick up location or before reaching the pick up location and I deny that I have not booked any write and do not cancel the ride from the application, then according to Youngo the rider has to go to the pick up location. If he cancels the ride, doesn't go to the pickup location, then his points or go application will be deducted while the rider will know that it is a fake ride.

your map is not so good and passengers behaviour sometimes not even good and not give us rating and we got no extra pay if we are passengers picup location and he/she cancels the ride suddenly please solve these some issues. please i drive it 16 hours petrol prices high your fare is very low please solve these major problems so i'll give you 5 stars next time. 20 May, 19:56 Your new update is a bomb 💣... Why can't a driver cancel a ride if he or she doesn't feel secure to the pickup point? Drivers are humans, not machines. You only update the app, not thinking of drivers' safety. I must have an option to cancel a ride if I don't feel secure to the clients pickup point. Thank you!

In my opinion, the pricing system in our yango-hailing app doesn't always seem equitable for drivers. There are instances where the app assigns drivers to pickups that are over 4 kilometers away, yet the distance traveled by the driver to reach the customer isn't factored into the fare calculation. Additionally, the app doesn't account for current fuel prices, vehicle maintenance costs, and other related expenses. Consequently, many drivers are reluctant to accept such calls.

Dear yango Pro team, you are doing great work. Everything is OK now, but when the customer gives the tip to the driver, there is no option for thans. And one more think In dubai airport have good work for yango. But the problem, there is no yango person for guiding the customer, and no parking for yango. Deducting 10 points after cancellation is way 2 much and then blocking for 5 or more hours...Have to accept offer even if its far away... low fares and no inapp top up system..things like these remain the same then i will not be surprised that yango will go out of drivers very soon. I have talked to drivers and they prefer using other companies.

As a loyal user of the Yango Pro App, I am disappointed by the lack of support provided in addressing these concerns.

This app is good but there are big issues: 1. There the drop point not show at the time of acceptance of ride which become too much difficult to take ride or not. 2. And the rate of ride is also not show there. 3. So, this may effect badly the rider because customer chooses too little price of ride about Rs.9 per Km which is not fair. I hope you will take action and make it properly like indrive or yango and other apps.

My consent is why is yango not paying branding fee to its branded cars but rather making the branded cars to complete some number of trips before giving them bonuses. I think it's cheating bcos these branded cars are advertising the brand yango, and you are not paying anything to the branded cars . Branding fee must be paid to branded cars, and if there are some bonuses too, they take it as well . Yango, please come out with explanations . Thanks

Yango is a perfect and easy app to use for business. The only thing Yango must improve is the pricing of orders. As drivers, we are really crying 😭 on prices. I will give an example, someone books for 8 kilometers and the price is K55. This is too low to think of the car wearing out, fuel is K31.12, float and data bundles. Please help the drivers!!!!

Dear yango team. You are doing great work. Before when we start the ride it will direct to us waze navigation. But from last update its going on yango map. We are not familiar with the yango maps so its very difficult to reach on the destination. Please add option for waze also. Thanks

Stealing bonus from captain this happen several time but they fail to explain or show why they didn't provide bonus. 3. No proper platform for captain to discuss issues. 4. No any incentive for captain.

Totally unsatisfied with their support. Initially they responded but later-on while following up for the issue, response still not given after reasonable time has been passed. The rider brought the courier and while paying him there was a big difference between the amount he asked VS that being shown in the app. While I was trying to confirm from the app, the rider was speaking rudely before I could check properly. Tthings worsened up between us. We agreed that he take the courier back. BUT NO .

I've to stop using this app because * poor mapping system, this app can cause you to drive on one way route ...... * Long pick up points. * They only adds 1 or 2 points to your activities that's when you've completed a trip while they deducts 10 points from your activities, that's totally nonsense. * They changes riders for you without informing you. * poor pricing. Also, the prices on your delivery packages are worse not even to talk about ahh.

Excellent experience both as a driver and as a rider. The only issue I felt for drivers is that the facility to top up your account should be direct. The drivers should be able to top up their accounts directly rather than topping it up on their taxi company numbers and then sending screenshot to confirm their payments. This procedure is lengthy and complicated for many.
