This is a nice business which was supposed to change the lives of Drivers, unfortunately you've given too much attention to your clients and partners. I wish you had a listening ear👂 you could have removed the option of reducing the normal price to the lowest, the cost of fuel is too high. This is so unfair to the drivers ,car or motor bike owners. Kindly review your App so that we we all benefit equally.

it's easy to use and so helpful but the prices are only good and beneficial to passengers and not drivers , considering the cost of fuel and spares for the cars the prices are so less ,I think it's great that shud just improve on pricing and some of the locations the mapping in some areas is pathetic.

The app itself is made to benefit both parties a client and the driver, but the management it's under they are abusing the goodness of it by making the lives of drivers horrible,in a such way that a driver is venerable to be painted any color a client wants, even if a client is at fault the issue will be shifted the driver, clients miss a day without booking drivers are everyday driving, The wrong ones in this situation is the government of the day in the country where this business is.

This is one of the most taxt app that I've found to be none beneficial, looking at our economy and cost of maintaining vehicles. This app is unsafe to the drivers cause not only don't you see the price but the destination aswell, plus the prices are never fixed that's also another issue, today you'll cover 10k for 100 tomorrow you'll go for k50. Plus how would one company create two different apps for clients to use, one of which is a disadvantage for drivers cause clients reduce prices.

tango cares only about the riders not the driver's and the owners of the cars! ride price are very low and frustrating to the drivers. long distance pick ups, riders council oders after arrival at pick up point that means a loss to the drivers. taking priority whenever the rider council the order that is bad😠

Add the fares section before you accept the offer on yango Pro. Then on the customer's apps need to suspend the part of reducing fares and others putting wrong locations where pickup, when they call, and giving directions, which is different from the GPS on yango Pro

The idea is fantastic, but: 1.Upgrade the app so that it also shows AMOUNT & DESTINATION before the driver accepts the request. It's extremely UNSAFE/UNFAIR for the driver to only know the destination & amount after pickup & starting the ride. 2.The AMOUNTS are too small & very discouraging, even most riders feel pity for drivers. The MINIMUM AMOUNT must be at least K50 because cost of FUEL & SPARE PARTS are too high. 3DON'T BLINDFOLD & TAKE DRIVERS FOR GRANTED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO WITHOUT THEM.
