The app wouldnt let me get a sign up pass code at snapp chat amd ot takes too long to get text at sms.( one hour to be exact).it should resent in 1 minut

I don't know if the drivers are supposed to make people pay extra if they have bags and stuff I just don't think it's right personally 👀 please can this act come to an end because it is very irrelevant isn't that the reason for cars not to only carry people but also lagage and other items so yes that's what I think

I would say the app is okay at it's current state but more improvements could be done in the area of accurately pin pointing the locations of where you are going and where you are coming from.But in all fairness the app is considerably good and am expecting more changes from yango and their services.

The apps GPS is designed poorly,they have limited locations,it can't track your life location,and some of the destinations are wrong so u have to set the location on the map yourself else you will be taken to a wrong place, their contact service to does not provide proper solutions to your issues,its like their just sending a reply just to end the issue without actually solving it.The only good thing about this app is sometimes the prices are better compared to the others but not worth it for me

This app is similar to Yango. There are two things that makes this app stand out negatively. No.1, the prices for economy are in a range, they are not fixed. For example, 205 - 240, so you only know when you get to your destination the amount you will pay. No.2, it does not have the chopela option, so those cheaper rides will not exist. Another thing I forgot to add is that, the app does not allow me to use data at times, it will just cut off, and say no Internet connection.

The passenger's destination does not show up. This is very backdrop of the app. That's why I am not using Yango pro as driver. Its very allergic that you cannot see in advance the destination where you have to take the passenger. Just take a blind ride without knowing the destination. Destination may be a dangerous area where l did not want to go.

The app is very handy and convenient, but the pricing favours the customers at the expense of the driver. A more favourable solution would be welcome.

Tried both yango standard and lite. Not able to receive SMS text. My SMS works fine as I'm able to receive text from my friends.

It could be improved. Drivers travel a Kilo or more to fetch next client. Even when the probability of picking up one near them is higher after dropping off one at their destination. For example, driver drops client 1 at Manda Hill, his next client would be in Northmead. why not Manda Hill as you could tell, alot of people would be waiting for their drivers coming from a further place.
