There are so many things wrong with this service. First the drivers lack basic manners. Second they would cancel the ride but if you do the same they'll send curse words to you through texts. Third they often charge double. The GPS is 0 out of 10. Overall i had been using it since the beginning and not a single ride was satisfactory. Huge thumbs down. And shame on the developers of this app who never take action against the drivers.

Useful app but have maps issues sometimes, the riders choose unusual way to reach the destination and according to the their application is showing that, no doubt they drop us to location still maps should be revised. And continuously we are having a problem in reaching a specific destination on daily basis. We put our address of the place and riders stop about 1 km before the location saying our map is showing this location and they end the ride and we don't know where to complain about maps.

We set a different location but it shows something different. Even 1 min waiting charges are applied. At least 5 mins waiting should be free. This is the time which passes by even coming out of the house. Last day I set location for The Wok gulberg and the driver took me to McDonald's and extra charges were applied on me as McDonald's location was shown to the driver and he had to drive extra to take to my location. Even on my app, the wok was shown but this app is disastrous. Deleting it!

It's a great app, but you need to check your operation when picking drivers with the nearest location. It is always very far and they drivers don't want to come and they drivers don't fully understand how your app works and the discount you are offering so they get upset when the payment is lower than their usual payment in other transportation apps. You need to fill the information gap.

It is very difficult to find a ride on Yango, a so called cab booking app. Firstly, the ride is not booked even after waiting for so long and if you're lucky enough to have one booked, the drivers always ask for extra fare and cancel the ride if we don't agree with them to pay them more than the said fare. Totally disgusting. Poor management.

I think the app doesn't show the location of the customer or it give priority not based on location to customer I always face difficulty getting drivers near me. And what the drivers show after the ride is completed and what was estimated for the customer in the beginning is not even close.

I'm very disappointed. Used to be my favorite and go to app everytime!. When It first launched everything was perfect. I got 50% discount on the first three rides, even without the discount the prices were AFFORDABLE and CHEAP! But , recently I started to to on the same destination every single day and every day the prices got increased . From 200rs to 310rs ??.I don't understand why this is happening . Other apps and physically is now way cheaper so petrol prices isn't the issue. Installing it!

Very frustrating experience. For God's sake hire a proper developer to design the ui. The map is not properly updated nor the fair is properly shown in the end of the ride. Today i faced a lot of confusion (yango map was not showing the location in accordance with google maps). Also equip your drivers and teach them to how to use a smartphone properly.

Customer service sucks. In case of any issue you have no helpline to call. There is a support chat which replies late and with generic answers. Support email will definitely take even more time so you are stuck. Better than Uber, Careem and indrive in Lahore Pakistan. The rides come fast, there are a lot of them available, the prices are just a bit higher. The maps actually work and show the exact location of the car. The map also shows house numbers which are mostly unavailable in Google Maps.

Yango is best. But there's a major problem that you can't use yango when you in a hurry. Because drivers being unable to see destination and fare, call us, most of the time they don't want to go to the destination and ask us to cancel it. Yango should either teach them not to do that or it should let drivers see fare and destination. I will remove 1 start and add 5 star once i get a reply.

The worst experience ever. Firstly, there's an issue with the yango map, you can't set your location, secondly, the map is incorrect as well, you add a pickup location, but the driver goes to another location and then you need to call them and explain the address all over again, due to which the driver asks for extra money. Lastly, the driver adds the wait time and the customer has to pay for it, for which the customer has no knowledge, it's only shown to the driver which is totally wrong. Worst

it says 150 on application when u order and they charge u more than 270. they even don't have a platform to receive users comment and customers experience. even the type of car mentioned on the app and the real car is so different.itn general it is not safe transport service. just take care before u lost ur life.

This option of arriving at any place is not the the can arrive at any place and he can start the Ride while the customer is waiting for him and this is the second time it happened with me in this month very bad experience i missed my important thing because of this feature. This feature should stop. Driver should allowed to arrive at the location when he is physically available not if he's 2KM away

Yango ghana is the very embodiment of incompetence. Over the years using their service it is rare to actually have a pleasant experience. app itself is mediocre at best. Crashing multiple times. Map is inaccurate and not up to date a lot of the time . The type of cars registered with them under "comfort" option is a complete joke. And the last straw is when one of their riders picked up a food delivery and never delivered. I gave been unable to get anything done about a refundfor over a month.

Hey yango! it's good app with good quality map I will again come here after my first ride experience with yango as I have never found a chance to try it . But I want to give a suggestion kindly give this feature to the app to show the price from one place to other in another city if we are pre planning. I have to check time and location in another city but it uses only current location. I mean from current location to that location on other city kindly work on it.Thankyou.

Awesome app, works well. The issue is with Drivers. I put in a location and every time, they call to ask where I am and want me to meet them elsewhere. Also, I don't know why the rides are given to drivers who are far from where I am yet I can see lots more around my location. Lastly, drivers or food delivery guys always go to the wrong location. Quite annoying. Drivers also need to be taught courtesy of assisting clients with luggage. Ultimately, once on the go, most drivers are good.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with yango service. The rates are too high, and the app incorrectly located my destination, resulting in a much higher charge than the offered rate. I provided the support team with screenshots of both the entered destination and its correct location on Google Maps, but the issue remains unresolved. This has been highly frustrating 😕

The app itself is beautiful, useful and intuitive. The service is awful. I asked for a car twice, last year and today. Both times the drivers checked as arrived but I could see they were a mile away in the app's map and driving further away. A huge waste of time. Both times I had to cancel after wasting 30 minutes of dealing with unresponsive drivers.
