Missing 90% of the roads in my hometown. It's rather useless when it only shows the highway through town, and none of the connecting streets. The contact option in-app crashes the app when clicked. So, look up Shepparton, Victoria, Australia to see an example of a city with 90% of it's roads missing. Almost all the towns and cities in Australia have a huge majority of roads missing.

It's a great app. It has one bug though, a very annoying bug. If you choose a route to a certain place it doesn't always show all the options possible. It doesn't count metro at all sometimes. I had only one minibus going to a certain location near a bus stop, but when I look for the actual bus stop it shows many more. Also, if you choose a route it shows the time when buses and minibuses arrive. But if you miss that time it's not going to update on itself. Overall it's still great

Please improve Cyprus map! Gmaps sucks here, so yandex will be the king. I mean add houses, organizations, public transport routes and all other stuff we used to back in Moscow

It's all great... About for a mouth now app lost connection with system theme settings. So whether it dark or light, you have to change it manually UPD: doesn't work with automatic. So if I choose light -> auto = stays light, dark -> auto = stays dark. So it doesn't "recognize" system setting.

Public transport units are not shown anymore on the map as well as waiting time on stops. Kudos for breaking core functionality that made Yandex maps usable. Update: that's Moscow, Russia. I cannot believe Yandex team isn't aware of the problem, but it's not fixed yet

It was the best. Not anymore. Now their unsolicited ads close left-turn part of the map, and also closing music control. Worst of all they show it fir paid users who pay the subscription monthly. Awful. Gonna switch to something else. And will never use what they show in ads. Because these companies mess up with my navigation.

This app is very accuraty and clear. Downloading it is the best decision that one can make. It directs anywhere google can reach. Try it now and you won't be disappointed.

I do like the fact that it's so easy to review services and let others know wheat to look out for. Its an amazing app that helps you with public and private transportation.

uninstalling right after install. i was originally excited about an alternative to google that does not share my info with any 3rd parties. but then, the 1st thing you have to do in order to open the app is agree to privacy terms that clearly say "your data will be used to providing the service as well as promotional and development purposes", whatever that means. might mean 3rd party, according to that loophole, but seems very misleading. shouldn't have to agree to privacy terms for maps!

Aggressive, large scale advertising covering 1/5 of the screen. No way to disable, turn off even with paid yandex account. Clearly made due to lack of competition. Strongly recommend to switch to alternative route planners. The add appears randomly when navigation is active. It doesn't follow any pattern, you just get a screen blocking interface above route length bar. It doesn't dissappear, and it stays until you swipe it or press the close button.

An endless flood of useless, annoying, and distracting notifications. Turning it off in the app's settings does not help. Бесконечный, бесполезный и отвлекающий поток спама в уведомлениях. Отключение этого мусора в настройках самого приложения не помогает.

This is probably the best navigation app I've ever used to navigate in big cities like Moscow and St-Petersburg. It rocks as long as you stay within it's map coverage. Tip: Sometimes offline map may become unavailable for certain areas. Maybe the reason is overlapping maps like "Moscow oblast" and "Podolsk". Avoid such overlap when possible. Edit: Tried to reproduce the bug, but the map loads perfectly fine right now. Definitely would recommend the app!

Doesn't give enough voice feedback while driving despite the fact that we setted up it correctly. Navigator just talked one or two times in entire 65 km trip. I couldn't believe what I experienced in navigation. One should not trust this, seems like beta product or smt like that. Sorry but Google Maps is miles ahead despite it's problems

I prefer using Yandex products for everything as an alternative to Google, but for where I live and many places I've visited Yandex.Maps isn't a viable alternative yet. Many streets/roads are missing and the majority of places are missing as well in South Florida, USA and in all of Suriname, and Venezuela. I'd love to see this app grow to be a direct competitor with Google Maps on a more global scale. It would be a nice feature to submit missing roads/places on Yandex.Maps since there isn't much in places I've been. I will continue to support this app, but it is not my primary app due to my region. I recommend a different Google Maps alternative for the same reason. *Sputnik Maps is a good web alternative for my region, but it lacks a mobile application.
