Choose a service class for any occasion. Ride Economy for everyday errands, treat yourself to Comfort and Comfort+ to relax in a more spacious car, or go with Business when every detail counts. Use Delivery to ship items of any size by car. Fares and available service classes vary by location, but we always show the exact price (or a fair estimate) before you request a ride.
PAY BY CARD OR CASH
You can pay for rides automatically if you add your card in the app, but drivers also accept cash. Payment method availability may vary depending on location.
A SMART APP THAT SAVES YOU TIME
Yandex Go uses smart algorithms built on live traffic data to connect riders with drivers who can reach them fastest. Depending on your location, the app will also suggest alternative pickup points to help lower your fare.
RIDES WITH MULTIPLE STOPS
Request a ride with multiple destinations, like if you’re dropping your kids off at school, picking up a friend on the way, or need to run a quick errand. Yandex Go maps all your stops on one route and calculates the fare for the entire trip upfront.
CHILD SAFETY SEATS
Choose the Kids service class to ride safely with your child in a safety or booster seat.
Currently available in the capitals of Armenia, Belarus, Georgia and Kazakhstan, as well as 169 cities across Russia.
FOOD FROM RESTAURANTS
Order food from local cafes and restaurants. Just enter your address and we’ll show you everything that’s available nearby. Narrow down your search with filters and find your favorites or try something new. Currently available in Russia and Kazakhstan.
FAMILY ACCOUNT
You can open a family account in Yandex Go. Family accounts are a great way to take care of your whole family and pay for their taxi rides. A single family account can have 4 members all using the same bank card. The family account can also be used to pay for orders in lots of different Yandex services, not just Taxi. Family members can share their location during rides, and the account owner can set limits and view the order history.

Worked once, then taxi drivers keep missing pickup and try to call, useless because none of them speak English. Now I'm not allowed to request a ride and pay with cash. So just like everything else in Kazakhstan for tourists there is no working infrastructure

Almost the best. Sometimes app freezes, not responding or restarts. In most cases, it works well and quality of services are good too. PS: the app is updated too often

Because of your stupid taxi service I was late to an important meeting. Your gps is very slow. It always confuses me. Taxi drivers sometimes decline the phone call.

Worst app ever. Taxi driver always takes the longest route, pin is not precise, you pay even if the driver waits in a wrong spot. I tried this POS twice and I'm uninstalling again.

Driver is very accommodating given the situation that they don't speak English. I usually don't get change from small changes, but he still give. Thanks to Yandex! it's easier to get any transportation to go anywhere in the city.

Bloated. Was better being just one taxi app. Now you want to take my money for canceling the trip because otherwise you won't get any. Marvelous. I bet it's also "to make drivers' lives easier"

Beware of scam, they will charge your credit card 3 times, will drag you through customer support for days and won't return the money. Update: The driver will cancel on you and you will be charged whatsoever. Yandex is a scam.

Rarely any free vehicles. Estimated time for arrival should be multiplied by at least 2-3. After waiting for 15 minutes, vehicles canceling. EDIT - to answer the answer of this review: They are playing dumb. Firstly, there is no delivery, it's a taxi service. Secondly, the time of estimate of pick up works like this: 1. Estimated time of arrival: 3 min 2. After 2 min pass, estimated time is 4 min 3. After 4 min pass, estimated time is 4 min 4. After total of 10 min , vehicle finally arrives.

Beware. On short rides in the center they will add some amount of money so You ride 2km for 6€ Thank You for your answer. I have no problem with programmers but with the vision of the app. That You do not inform me when You charge me extra. So, after it happened again I am uninstalling this app

not filled the map fully. Most places' names are not mentioned here. hopefully, they will fix that problem soon) Another main problem is that the estimated waiting period is usually longer than expected. Anyway, it's a very useful app, I like it

I'm trying to set up the payment method so I can use this app. This requires the app to send me a text message to my phone. Unfortunately, I never receive the text message so I'm unable to even use this app at all. SO DISAPPOINTING! I tried a similar text message set up with another app and it worked so the problem is with the Yandex Go all - it won't let me go anywhere 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Flawed, but the most usable in its category. Often, too pricey. Support is good. The service needs improvement. Comfort class is a master of none and always a gamble. Get standard or comfort+. Sometimes, standard drivers are better. Yandex needs to enforce some rules for lesser classes. Otherwise, drivers get a little too brave. The worst offender is the horrendous smell in anything less than comfort+. There needs to be option to get a car with a non-smoking driver, because some cars stink.

Be careful. The app is horrible, but what's worse the drivers will actively try to scam you. For example, you requested a toll route, for extra cost, to save time. The driver will try to get you to pay the toll, or avoid that route all together. They are complete scammers, I would use a different service if you have an option.

Support sucks. They don't offer solutions to clients I had a taxi ride that I cancelled before I could fully get into the car. Long story short, the driver tried to take off already while I was still getting into the car and ran over my foot, almost pinning my heel and possibly breaking bones... Reached out to support and they offered no help whatsoever, just said it's not ok for drivers to do that. Um, yeah thanks Captain Obvious. Also the location feature is not precise enough, confusing ppl.

THEY ARE THEIFS THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I have been trying for over 24 hours to get ahold of them. I have sent 20 messages in the app support, two emails, and one message through their website. The only response I have gotten was after posting a one star review here, their response was an email address. I have emailed now twice, first one being last night and another this morning. Still nothing. The taxi drive picked up the wrong person and I still got charged. I just want a refund.

Awful user interface and user experience I keep confusing location and destination fields, why do you present me current location when I click "where to" its a nightmare to use, I kept ordering taxi to my destination. a nightmare app that combines delivery, taxi, scooters into one app. The following is for scooters: I cannot believe i am saying this but this centralized system should remind us of some not so distant past and its failures... It is ridiculously slow and the last app i prefer.

I absolutely recommend it to tourists in Tbilisi if they don't want to get scammed by regular taxi drivers and want an easy and reliable way of getting around. Taxis usually arrive under 5 minutes and the price is calculated before you order. Make sure you identify the plate number in the app with the car. I found the customer support to be responsive and helpful, and the app doesnt use much data at all.

I have nothing but duplicate bad reviews. This app sometimes crashes for no visible reason. Sometimes it just crashes several times in a row right after it is opened. There is some content in the Russian language despite that the device is not made for Russia and does not have the Russian language in settings (i.e. Yandex just did not translate everything from their original language). Every new update makes the app less stable. I enjoyed it in the past but now it is more torture.

DO NOT USE! This app is worthless. I tried arranging for several cabs and it never worked a single time. 80% of the time, the app wouldn't open but would say "server error...please try again later." When it finally opened, I would summon a cab but the app wouldn't show any available in the map. I would wait 10 - 15 minutes each time and it would never confirm a driver. I would cancel & try again. I now have a bunch of small charges on my CC totaling $18. I never got in a single cab. AVOID!!!
