Love the new look of the lite version, small, fast stable, sites still there and web bookmark links right in front .. * ok i noticed how you can switch search engines but it should be in settings. ***where is the news on the front..just missing that to be perfect again

Noble effort to do a lightweight web browser. But maybe they went too far on the simplification to the point of sacrificing the options settings (they're very scarce) and the option to synchronize with a Yandex account to import bookmarks and open tabs from other Yandex Browser

It's practically unusable if you don't understand Russian. I understand it's basic and light but there's absolutely no available options. The only browser I could find was Yandax and that again was in Russian. It's probably fine for the Russian market but internationally???? I just don't get it.

No doubt the app is fast n light but it is empty. Other lite browsing app like uc mini or opera mini has features. This yandex lite has nothing other than a search bar. To me that's poor. There's no settings, u can't even save a picture unless u screenshot. It's download speed is poor or when loading a video

The description of this apk is in English but does not tell us that there are no settings option for English users. And if there are such options, then please explain it clearly in order that this "lite" browser version can be adjusted to the user's language. Otherwise, please say "Russian ONLY". I had to download this app in order to learn that it is fairly useless to non-Russian speakers. :(

I've installed uninstalled yandex browser and this light version over 25 times and counting. All because love their browser, hate the support team. Always about the language issue. In Russian, support says to do this or that and it Never works. They want screen shot of issue. With all the complaint about language issue it be fixed, Right??

Has good features but it needs improvement. Not all the items on the homepage are consistently labled. some links are clear and easy to understand where others are labled with "DESCR_..." the voice search feature doesn't work as it speaks another language and there could be a night mode with accessibility features in the accessibility section.

Yandex lite has served me well but it has no adblock, & I need to use a third party blocker & this should not be the case, its pretty fast though. The pages can be translated but some cant, this browser can do with a little work 😓 So far updates have stopped but I'm still using it I hope to see an update or ill have look for another lite browser that can use Yandex search. 😥

It's still as good as it was years ago except it now has a missing feature. It used to allow bookmarking. Also not sure what happens with cookies or tracking? How do we manage privacy. I appreciate lightweight fast browsing but there needs to be a balance of aforementioned minimal features and how to manage those.

Yandex Browser Lite is still very fast, lightweight and light on battery use compared to most similar Chromium based Android browser apps. The only thing that is missing is better Google log in feature support sometimes Yandex Browser Lite says that Google log in password support isn't supported by Google try again in a separate browser or Google Chrome.

If only you made another lite browser with aesthetic and fluidity in mind. Hermit (>5mb) and Opera Touch are both lite. And they both have features that enhance fluidity greatly. Opera Touch's fast navigation is superior in tab navigation and modern. Hermit's "lite app" feature enables one to replace storage hungry apps and reopens another window. Hermit's ability to show settings with a side swipe in the lite app does away with cog wheel/hamburger menu; thus enhances fluidity.

I use Yandex Mail, Yandex Disk, the Yandex Browser and Translate and Weather and I think this Lite Browser is really very fast -but the search results are obviously targeted at russian speakers, it's not enough to just translate the name of the app and the description in the Play store. I give 3 stars for the performance and too show my positive attitude towards your services in general, but I think presenting the app for a non-russian-speaking audience in the app store is missleading

I wrote a review of Yandex today but for some reasons it got removed. This is a very fast and feature rich browser. I highly recommend it if your usual browser is struggling with multiple pages. The landing page, which can be off-putting for some, is in Russian. But this can be changed from the settings. The browser otherwise is in English but this can also be changed to your own tongue. Thank you Russia, with love from Turkiye.

Light and Fast true. Fulfills this purpose. However some concerns, I understand the app is designed to be light but dark mode is very important and standard. Also noted, the app has immediate access to device services/permission without asking. Like it can directly access files and folders without asking for permission. Yet when you go to permission settings on device, they are not turned on/allowed.Unfortunately cannot use without privacy features. Uninstalled

I was looking for a fast browser that doesn't take up to much storage space. This is perfect, just what I was looking for. Yandex Browser lite loads pages fast. It sort of like a less feature packed version of the Yandex browser (which is an amazing browser, check it out). I can't think of any drawbacks except the lack of features; but it's a lite browser. What do you expect?
